Boston River Rock Delivery

Adam Pizzi was referred to me initially by my neighbor across the street as someone who could plow out my driveway after a late winter snow storm. Due to his quick response then I decided to use him for a small landscaping project. He was responsive, professional and informative. When I wanted to go with river rock he said there was not much demand for it in the Plymouth area and would have to find some. didn't say I dont do that like some would. He found the river rock quickly and had it installed by a great work staff. I could'nt be happier, and more importantly, my wife is very happy as she and Adam came up with the sidewalk design together and it looks great! I also believe I got a fair price for what work was done and the research that was done to find the river rock and purchase it in the small quantity needed for my project. Dan arrived promptly to look at our yard for the estimate. ?He is very knowledgeable and?had great suggestions. ?We have numerous garden areas that have not had professional attention for at least five years. ?We were happy with his estimate and reviews on Angie's List. ?We were also having a celebration at the house and he promised to have the work done in time. Dan let us know when the crew would arrive. ?They got there early in the morning and worked until dark. ?They completed the job the next morning. ?They were very pleasant to work with and did a terrific job. ?Several of my neighbors commented on how wonderful?everything looked and one asked Dan for an estimate. An A rating isn't high enough for how happy I am with all that Dan and his crew did.

Great! The first thing was that Leo saved me from being the laughing stock of the neighborhood. My prior landscaper had delivered 20,000 pounds of stone, and then disappeared off the planet. My poor neighbors had to look at this giant gravel pit in my yard until I found Leo. He came over right way, and spread out the stone for us, and it looks great. Then he and his team did weeding, and general cleanup of my yard. I'm also planning to have them do some more work - such as mulching, reseeding, etc. They've also taken on the biweekly maintenance of my property - mowing, leaf removal, cleanup, etc. I've been wanting to put in sprinklers, and Leo recommended a company that does sprinklers. They came by yesterday and gave me a quote and it was very fair. I trust Leo and his team, and I'm THRILLED that I found them. I've gone from having to apologize for my lawn to bragging about it, and inviting people over to see it :-) Add to this that I love to add beautiful plantings and flowers, and I have to say, my yard is just getting better and better. We love working with CR Hansen Construction. They communicate promptly and well, are both proactive and responsive, and timely and flexible. This was our third, and largest, project working with Chris, Krystal, and team. Not only did they help integrate our yard with a newly built sunroom, but they tackled additional add-ons we requested. Specifically, the sunroom project required grading, installation of a perimeter drain, installation of a granite stone landing, and placement of river rock. In addition, we had lots of weeds and bushes removed and replaced with a river rock bed. The yard was leveled as needed, prepped, and hydroseeded. A beautiful small paver patio was also installed. All of this completed within just a week! We reached out to Chris at the end of May about our project, but due to delays on our end, we weren’t ready for him until the end of August. Not only did he remain flexible to our schedule the entire time, he proactively reached out to us to check in. He went beyond our original (home owner, non-expert) ask and guided us to ensure our yard had proper drainage by recommending a catch basin and perimeter drain. He worked with us to make sure we picked out the stone finishes we wanted. We continue to come back to CR Hansen because they treat us and our projects with the utmost care, top notch customer service and quality work.

Overall experience was awesome. His office set up the appointment and Craig was right on time for the estimate. He showed up and went through a detailed step by step on what he would do and how he came up with the cost. He was relaxed, polite, and professional. We decided what we wanted to do, Craig scheduled his crew who showed up right on time and did the job great. They were also very nice and polite. We were so impressed, we had them do a couple other beds. We will use them in the future as well Highly recommended.

MITCH KURKER IS A GREAT GUY WITH A LAUDABLE ATTITUDE TOWARDS THE ENVIRONMENT AND LANDSCAPE AESTHETICS. HE ALSO HIRES HIGHLY PROFICIENT AND PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES. I CAN FIND ALMOST NO AREA IN WHICH TO FAULT MITCH AND HIS COMPANY. WE DID, HOWEVER, HAVE A COMMUNICATION ERROR. SOMETIMES I HAD TO CALL MULTIPLE TIMES TO FIND OUT WHEN WORK WAS GOING TO BE DONE, BECAUSE THE JOB WAS DONE IN STAGES. I HAD TO HAVE THE YARD CLEANED OUT BEFORE I COULD REALLY GET INTO IT TO MEASURE AND COME UP WITH MY DESIGN). WHENEVER I LEFT A MESSAGE, HE CALLED ME RIGHT BACK. IT'S JUST THAT I HAD TO HANG OUT WAITING FOR HIM TO FINISH ESTIMATES AND THEN DETERMINE WHEN THE JOB COULD BE COMPLETED. ALL IN ALL, I AM ECSTATICALLY HAPPY WITH THE JOB RESULTS. HE EVEN SPLIT THE DIFFERENCE WITH ME WHEN THE AMOUNT OF ROCK NEEDED EXCEEDED THE ESTIMATES. THIS GUY IS GREAT.
