Recent Review: The Tech arrived in the morning for the install. We had removed previous shades and curtains so that access to each window was easy. The Tech came prepared with all the tools he’d need; (1) a light powerful drill; (2) Level; (3) Pencil; (4) Measuring Tape. The install went very well. The Tech was familiar with the intricacies of installing window treatment hardware and didn’t run into any issues. We will definitely hire WOW MEDIA again !

Recent Review: Dana was very professional, mindful of Covid precautions, reasonably priced and did a great job. He waited in his truck while I rehung the blind to make sure I was satisfied with the repair. I'll definitely hire him again for future remodeling projects and recommend him to others.

Recent Review: First impression was comforting. She was vibrant and excited about helping me meet my project goals. She reviewed the entire scope, offered suggestions, and recommended suppliers. In a word Tracy assumed management of the entire project. So far all I'm asked to do is follow the lead. For example. She had a supplier's supervisor call and set up a home visit at my convenience, a time to conduct measurements. Prior to that I had to visit the showroom and narrow selections prior to meeting with Tracy to decide on products. Which we did Tuesday, Aug. 7. Tracy got my agreement on choices. And to be certain made an unplanned visit to my home right after the selection process. We spent time going over choices, and adjusting, from sample books she obtained from the supplier. This will end up being a multistage project. Currently Stage 1: window treatments. All left for stage 1 is receipt of order and installation. (Could start early as week of Aug. 26. Stage 2 begins Tuesday, Aug. 27 with another visit by Tracy to my home.

Recent Review: Jeff was very easy to work with all around. My neigbor and I obtained estimates from 3 window refurbishing experts and chose Jeff based on price, knowledge and the fact that he actually does the work himself with his employees. I asked to him to install my new wooden blinds during the job and this was not a problem for him (very reasonable labor charged for this). Additionally, I have two large window security grates that he had to remove for the job and he went above and beyond on the reinstallation of these as they were initially installed improperly causing the windows to not function as I would like. This was an unexpected finding and Jeff found a creative way to reintall grates with no additional charge. He stayed true to his original price quote for the job which was appreciated.

Recent Review: Sandy came up with a great design and had all the window treatments installed in our new home as soon as they came in from the manufacturer. They look great and her vision worked out beautifully. We have been using her for many years as we have moved 3 times in the local area in the last 20 years. Each time she has had a wonderful vision of what our tastes are, and what changes each new home will require to fit our needs. She has designed everything from window treatments to kitchen remodels and bathroom overhauls, including floor plan changes, furniture arrangement, carpet designs, ceramic tile designs and everything in between necessary to complete the project. Recent Review: Rob did a great job on everything he touched. The hand rail was something he had to create and then install. It is exactly what I hoped it would look like when completed. He also contacted Schlagge locks to have the defective part of mine replaced and shipped to me, it so happened that it came just as Rob finished his day here, he took the time to install it before he did leave. I would not hesitate to call him again. He went above and beyond and is a perfectionist in his work.

Recent Review: Sergio was very responsive from the get-go. He answered the phone the first time I called and set up a time that very evening to come take a look at the job. He gave me a quote on the spot and stuck to it. He gave me good advice about where to go to look at doors and approximately what I would pay for them(there is a huge range depending upon what type of door you select). When I was ordering the doors, the man selling me the doors told me that if he were having doors installed, he would be very happy to have Sergio's team doing it. Sergio's team showed up the day after the doors were delivered, on a Saturday, and had them both installed by 2 pm that day-even though it was one of the coldest days of the year here in Boston. They came back on Monday to do some finishing work on the drywall and molding. They came back two weeks later to do the painting, because it was too cold to paint before then. His team also installed curtain rods on both doors after helping me select them. They did a great job-Sergio and his guys were responsive to every question I asked-and the doors look great. I also feel quite confident that if there is ever any problem, Sergio will send his guys right over to take care of it-he stands behind his work 100%.

Recent Review: I purchased the big deal from Handyman Matters and it was our 3rd time using them. The other two times Craig came by, this time it was Mitchell. He came the day after I called and just as Craig had been, Mitchell was punctual and professional and completed everything on my list in the 2 hours I had purchased. Recent Review: The appointment with the consultant went well. He was very knowledgeable about the company products and listened to my concerns and preferences. The prices were very reasonable compared to other companies. Installation was scheduled a few weeks later because I wasn't in a rush. Installation was quick and professional. There was one blind that needed to be replaced. It arrived in a few days and was installed.

Recent Review: Abbie's advice was tremendously helpful. This is my first time getting blinds so I had no idea what the options are. I found some blinds that I think would work nicely but the price of Stoneside's blinds is very high, more than double on-line services, even including the extra cost for installation by an installation, so I have decided to keep looking and do more comparison shopping.
