Our air conditioner started freezing up and going on and off last summer. We knew it was absolutely necessary to have a new one before April. I checked Ange and found that Ethridge had an extremely high rating. Jeff came out on the evening of the 17th and gave us a quote. After discussing it, we decided to go ahead with the installation, especially with the discount and same as cash deal. We called Jeff around 7:00 p.m. to tell him we wanted the installation. Amazingly, they scheduled it for the next day. Mike and Kevin arrived promptly at the time promised. Both were extremely friendly and courteous. They always had covers on their shoes when entering the house. They moved through the installation without problems and seemed very knowledgable and competent with their job. Whe finished, they cleaned up thoroughly. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to friends and family. On Saturday after installation we found water damage to our wall and ceiling. My husband determined that the humidifier drain pipe had not been hooked back up properly. Called Ethridge and they were here within hour. Resolved hooking pipe back up and a few other minor items. Said they would be back the next week to spray Kilz and check damage again. As of February 2, we still have not seen them. Ethridge contacted me on February 5 and made appointment to come back out. They apologized for not coming the next week as there had been a mixup in the office as to when they were supposed to come back. Jeff arrived and looked at the ceiling and determined they would need to contact the Sheetrock person who worked for them to do the repairs. Jeff had barely left the driveway when Tommy called me to get all the information he needed and to set up a time to do the repairs. As of now, I am very satisfied with the way Ethridge is handling this problem. I do not feel like they are ignoring the problem. In fact, they are making every effort to correct the problem to our satisfaction. I would still recommend them to family and friends. Tommy and his wife, Chris, came out to repair the Sheetrock. I must say that Ethridge moves quickly to correct the problem and they use extremely quality people to make the repairs. The ceiling looks good as new. I could not be any more satisfied. Even though an unforeseen mistake was made, you can count on Ethridge to fix it to your complete satisfaction. I will not hesitate tomrecommendnthem to friends and family.
