The first visit was measuring and an estimate was given. Chad gave me a discount that I found in an ad and ordered the windows. I was given the names of two references both highly recommended this company. The windows were installed the following week. The company called, told who would be out to install the windows and when they would be there. The installation took less than an hour to complete. The installers were very professional and courteous

I have an eight feet sliding door and a large window replaced. The door and window were purchased from Home Depot. I found out after the installation that one of the door panel was damaged. After I got a new one from Home Depot, Zen was kind enough to send some one to replace it without additional charge. After opening the package, the installer found that the new door panel was still damage. So, it was not replaced. I finally got the 3rd one from Home Depot, and Zen sent the installer to install it successfully today, again without additional charge. I really appreciate Zen being responsible until the task is complete. All installers from Zen also have good protocol in cleaning up

All went very well. The installers were courteous, professional, took great care to be clean in my home, and generally did an excellent job. The estimate was done the day after I called. It was more than I had anticipated, so I got a couple of other estimates over the phone; Anchor's turned out to be lowest. During installation, when they got out one pane to install it, they told and showed me that there was a scratch in one corner, giving me the option of installing it anyway or getting a replacement(no added cost, of course). I picked the replacement. It was a small scratch in a corner, and I might not have noticed it myself; I was happy that they pointed it out. The replacement arrived in a week, and was installed the next day

The best company I have ever worked with. Aaron Nicholson was an extreme pleasure to deal with. As Legends Roofing's V.P. of Sales and Service, he made certain that I always knew exactly what was going to happen and when it would happen. The roofers replaced my roof in a single day and cleaned up the work site so that you never even knew they were there. The garage door installers did a great job as well as the gutter replacement team. All told, I could not have asked for a better experience. Aaron's recommendation to upgrade to Class IV shingles helped me save a significant percentage on my home owner's annual insurance premium

We chose Clear Choice to do the work even though their bid price was in the middle. The project manager was James Brandon and he also did the estimate. From the beginning to the end, Mr Brandon and crew were professional, efficient and prompt. Although we did keep an eye on the work being done, we did not feel the need to watch everything being done. We have had work done in the past that required our constant attention. This was not necessary with Clear Choice. We are very pleased with Clear Choice Roofing and the work that was done. We highly recommend this company

Super impressed by Payless Insulation! I called around to several Houston companies for attic insulation. Some of those companies wanted to up-sell me on the radiant barrier, etc. I did my research and found that the radiant barrier was not the best solution. I have an 1963 built house so it needed alot of help to keep the house cool in the summer and warm in the winter and not be so drafty. I choose Payless Insulation for their quick customer service, willingness to explain the details, friendliness, professionalism, and most importantly the installation team was polite, clean (they wore clean boots in as to not track in dirt, mud from their shoes), and got the job done in the time allotted. Afterwards (in my next electric bill) my energy savings was a good 40% from the previous month. My house didn't feel drafty anymore!

BEWARE Texas Doors and Windows Russel Shafer The owner of Texas Doors and Windows located in Georgetown, TX, Mr. Russel E. Shafer owned a Business in Humble, TX called Glass with Class. He closed his doors and left thousands of customers with defective doors and windows on their homes with no warranties. Unfortunately, The BBB of Houston only reports complaints up to 3 years. He does not pay his suppliers. Public record shows that he filed for bankruptcy in 2010. He has now moved to Georgetown, TX and public record shows that he owns his home valued at $376,031.00 Interesting! his website claims that his current business, Texas Doors and Windows has been in business since 1986. As you will see in the public records he filed his new business DBA on August 12, 2014. Interestingly he filed another Assumed Name (DBA) on June 20, 2018 under the NEW NAME "Texas Doors and Windows RETAIL" BEWARE of this man and his business practices. He IS NOT registered with the local Better Business Bureau

It was a pleasure working with Ben and his crew from Clean Air Houston. Ben called in advance and showed up on schedule, proceeded to explain the work to be performed and answered all of my questions. Then, he and his crew carried on the deep cleaning of air ducts and vents, and inspected the a/c units including the treatment for mold and fungus. I am very happy with the quality of service and professionalism they provided, and strongly recommend them

Our initial contact with Tim began in November 2013. At the time, he indicated he would be able to start our project in the middle of December. Tim texted me a week in advance letting me know that he'd be at our house ready to start the week of December 16th. They showed up promptly at 9am almost every morning until the job was completed. On days of expected bad weather, he'd give me a heads up if they weren't going to come out. And Tim and his crew would work weekends if they actually missed a day due to weather to keep the project on track. Tim was very accommodating by letting me stub in conduit and plumbing as they prepared the form and steel prior to the concrete pour. Tim also provided framing as needed for doors and windows and even installed the windows as they put up the siding. Tim built both the garage and covered patio with roof pitch, cedar fascia and trim, and shingles that matched our house, giving the appearance that they were built with the house. Overall, Tim and his crew were very professional. They completely cleaned the area and groomed the grounds after construction was completed. Tim always let me know ahead of time if they were going to be late because of picking up lumber, or possibly missing a day due to bad weather. Tim also shared thoughts on how the project might be improved. He even came up with a scheme that would organize ceiling joists into beams so that the tongue and groove boards of the patio roof deck could be more visible from the underside. Tim delivered on everything he said he'd do. His communication, punctuality, and quality of work exceeded expectations. We would certainly use Tim and his crew on future projects if possible

A pleasant experience from start to finish. The quoting process was a good two-way discussion, and cordial - no pushy salesman telling you how bad Company X or Y was. Just honest, factual, and straightforward. They quoted us a system with the panels, racking, and inverter which we wanted, not what they were pushing. The quote wasn't the best (hence the 'B' for price) but it did offer the best VALUE when we considered the equipment specification and the stability of the company - an important consideration when looking at a system with a 25 year life! The installation was scheduled by our coordinator, Sherry, and the team showed up when promised and got the job completed on time. Quality of workmanship was first rate and the entire installation was done with care, and tidied away before the team left. Permitting and PG&E inspection were all handled by Sherry, and that was also quick and flawless. Overall, the system they installed easily meets their projections in terms of performance, and it effectively pays for itself. We really couldn't be more pleased with NRG Clean Power and have recommended them to friends and neighbors. We'd recommend you give them your consideration if your looking for solar power
