We recently bought a house that had active termites. We called several places and got 3 estimates in total. Two of them were quoting over 800 dollars. When bugmaster came out (the next day) they gave us a $597.00 quote plus did more to treat the termites and used the exact chemical as the other guys. We scheduled with them and the tech was very punctual (on the dot 8:00 saturday morning). He was very professional and did exactly what they said they would do and charged us exactly what they quoted. He was very knowledgeable about everything. We will use them again for pest control in 3 months

Very displeased with the service. The playhouse was set on a mortared stones wall, two stone bricks high. The man came into the house and hold my husband he just needed to move a few rocks to get to the house to treat it. My husband said that was fine and wondered why he would even ask. Those few rocks he was moving were the mortared stones all around the playhouse; he destroyed the wall! If that was the case, he needed to be very clear that is what he was doing, that isn't just moving a few rocks. We had to spend our time and money remaking that wall ourselves, which was worth more than the cost of the service. That is bad customer service. He should have brought my husband out there and showed him or at least say I need to take apart the mortared wall, is that OK. Are you sure? My husband would not have just said yes, he would have gone out there and looked first. The service was expensive, and our playhouse base was ruined and cost us money and time to repair. We have not used their services since for pest control

Owner, Steve, came to our house and did the inspection. It was late in the day but he sent the estimates and documentation the same day by email. We accepted the estimate and made the appointment for treatment a few days later. Pest Wranglers called the day of the appointment to say they were on the way, showed up on time and completed the work in a little over 2 hours. The technician, Patrick, was very thorough, cleaned up when done, explained all the billing paperwork and answered all our questions. Out of 6 pest specialists who came to provide a bid for treating for termites in our cottage, this company is the only one whose employee noticed our main house had evidence of an infestation too. On top of that, he was clearly knowledgeable and provided easy-to-understand information in a straight-forward way. Although I did end up going with another company with similar knowledge and shoot-from-the-hip style, it was largely because they underestimated the amount of work to be done and were willing to honor the lower bid. I would say you name it and they did it. They did a great job. They were expensive, but I think they are in line with other companies. I did not shop around. They came 2 days after we called them. Erik came out the day I called to do a free inspection, and was very thorough checking the house foundation and the site of the infestation. He recommended a spot treatment to eliminate the nest coupled with wall treatment to kill the insects inside the structure. His visit was on a Friday and he was able to schedule treatment for the following Tuesday. Andrew showed up right on time Tuesday and was well prepared to do the job. He and Eric were both friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I will need to make sure the termites don't reappear, but for now all I have found the next day are dead bugs

He is prompt, extremely friendly and extremely competent. We also get more services for the money than any other company that we've used. If you use Frontier I guarantee that you won't want to use another pest control company again. We have setup quarterly visits by Frontier and he can accommodate any frequency that you require. There are no long term contracts to deal with either

I called Waterloo Pest Control after seeing termites in my laundry room. Ernest came out at the scheduled time to look over everything and give us an estimate. On the day of the work he was here on time and worked hard for several hours, treating the entire house and perimeter. His work was extremely neat and he was kind and professional during the entire service. After he completed treating the house he sat down with my husband and me and discussed in detail exactly what he had done, as well as what we should expect in the next week or so post-treatment. He answered all of our questions, scheduled a two-week follow-up with us, and reassured us that if we had any other questions or concerns that we could contact him and he would get right back with us. Ernest did a nice job of filling in all the drilled spots in our patio tile as well as the concrete breezeway walk. He drilled in the same holes that the previous homeowners had drilled years ago to lessen the chance of broken bits (which saved us money) and so that we wouldn't have the extra drill marks as well. Ernest did a great job and his price was competitive with other agencies. I would definitely use his services again if needed and would recommend him to anyone who wants an exterminator that is fair and takes the time to talk to you before, during, and after the work is done
