The staff were punctual, knowledgeable, and very professional. One sprinkler head had come loose. They repaired it, checked and set the sprinkler. Then they tested and programmed the sprinkler. It is now ready for spring. The only additional charge was for the loose head. I am very pleased with the work.

Fix was made to broken sprinkler as requested. Next we walked the yard together and talked about problem areas and Jeff was able to fix some areas which were not getting good coverage by replacing sprinkler heads. Most importantly, Jeff discovered a sprinkler was not rotating properly which explained why I was having to hand water certain areas. Very happy with results as Jeff was very knowledgeable and educated me on sprinklers.

I purchased an Angies List Big Deal for a sprinkler system tune up. The company was able to schedule my service for the next day. Drew arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and polite. He and his helper got to work quickly and when they were finished, gave me a written report of their findings and suggestions. I then had them adjust the height on several sprinkler heads, replace a broken one and install another in an area of my backyard that was under-watered. I am very pleased with their work and will call them first if I have any other sprinkler issues.

I am truly impressed with Austex Sprinklers. I initially called to have my sprinkler system replaced because it was such a mess. I was prepared to spend $2500-$3000, but after talking with Alex he convinced me that I should invest in a tune-up/diagnose to see if the system can be "revived," Instead of trying to sell me a whole new system. He was able to get my system working properly again for just under $400. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. ABC Home and Commercial Services came out the same day I called, to repair a broken sprinkler head, caused by a car driving through my front yard. Josh, the repairman, replaced the broken sprinkler head, and checked out the rest of the sprinkler heads in my front yard, to be sure there were not additional sprinkler heads that had been damaged. Josh was very professional, repairs were made as requested, and price was reasonable. I had a $10 coupon from their website, which was honored.

Scheduling had a few hiccups with location and time. However, when he got there, we discovered the sprinkler system controller was not working. He replaced that first, so the tune-up could commence. He adjusted a few sprinkler heads away from structures and checked all sprinkler heads. He found one with an issue and fixed it. He warned about a couple more sprinkler heads that need monitoring and run occasionally to keep them from faultering. My renters did not use the sprinkler system to save on water bills, but now they understand they must occasionally run the system. He very politely answered my questions about possibly installing a cistern system to encourage using the sprinkler system. All-in-all, for about $265, the sprinkler system is back up in a one-day visit, so I am very happy and highly recommend them. Thanks.

A+ Sprinklers & Landscape
Eric and Patrick did a fantastic job. In some cases they were able to make adjustments to existing sprinkler heads and saved me the cost of replacing them. They also found several other situations where they made recommendations on how best to modify the sprinkler head location for optimal performance. They also took the time to add a battery to the control unit to provide backup power during power outages. They also demonstrated how to set the programming feature so that the sprinkler would run automatically at times consistent with our community's water restrictions. All of the sprinkler work was done during the same appointment as the sprinkler tune-up. I have a couple of additional landscaping projects planned and have scheduled some of these projects with A+ Sprinklers and Landscape. I feel I received exceptional service at a great price. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering sprinkler or landscaping projects.

Super Service Award Recent Review: Robbie and Denton Lawn Care was excellent! He was very responsive and was able to work on our sprinkler system the next business day. Recent Review: The three-man crew did a great job repairing and resettling the edging we had and seamlessly replaced sections that could not be repaired. They took great care around sprinkler lines and cleaned up everything when they were finished. Then they evenly spread 2 cubic feet of mulch, which they moved by wheelbarrow and cart from our driveway to the backyard. Very happy with the results.

My initial experience when I contacted Neptune Sprinklers for the first time was very good. We have an existing system that was put in by the previous owner, and it's horrible, so he was going to dig that out and put in an entire new system.
