I have a fairly large septic system with both black and gray water tanks. I scheduled a tank clean out for up to 3000 gallons - 4 tanks of 750 gal. each. I did the work ahead of time in uncovering the tanks and preparing them for inspection to save myself some money. The technician arrived promptly and inspected the tanks. We determined that the gray water did not necessarily need a clean out this time. The technician was friendly and gave good general tips around maintenance, i.e. no grease down the drains, how often to switch between drain fields, etc. He also did not try to sell me on pumping out the other 1500 gallons of gray water tanks which I appreciated since it saved me money

Called to have my septic tank pumped. My tank is easily available and the lids were already uncovered. They scheduled me the same day, had a cancellation so they moved it up with my permission. Got the job done quickly and thoroughly, probably even more thoroughly than necessary actually. Who cares if 1% is left in the bottom, we will just be filling it back up almost immediately. Anyway, I'm sure some people care, so he washed and pumped till the dang thing was clean enough to use as a swimming pool. The driver really hustled so he made the 30 minute limit for a basic charge which I appreciated. Nothing to complain about, just good affordable service

All aspects of our service were very professional and responsive. They were not able to repair our tank, but referred us to another business. They did not seem to know that their page on Angie's list indicated that they offered a 10% senior discount. THey did give a small discount, but it was not 10%. We are getting back to them with the documentation on this site

Rainbow Septic
Rainbow was great about pumping out the tank, but were unable to handle any of the more complex services. This meant I needed to go to a variety of different vendors for different parts of this job, and find 3 people I could trust, not just one. If you just want your tank pumped, these guys are great - prompt courteous, helpful. If you think you might need something more complicated, look elsewhere

Technicians showed up on time. There were two; both were in uniform, and they came in a pump truck, though we didn't need pump service. The technicians appeared to know what they were doing, and told me that we needed a new 3/4 horsepower septic pump, which was what I expected. The installed cost was $1050, which I thought was high, given that the basic cost of a pump is $200-300. Even so, needs must, so I agreed to the installation of the new pump. The installation went smoothly, the technicians were very professional, and everything was working smoothly within an hour or so. I sent an email in to All Cen Tex questioning the price, and received a very nice call the next day. They explained why their costs were what they were, and I was satisfied. I really appreciated that they took the time to call back and explain. I will definitely use All Cen Tex again

SUPERIOR SEPTIC CLEAN CAN
Quote on phone was around $550.00 plus $30,00 per hose in excess of about 90 feet. Final bill was $920.00, which was totally unexpected. I used this company before in 2015, same service was $565.00 with 3 additional hoses. They did not charge me extra to pump the second tank with the pump in it. I was able to find the original invoice and compared it to the one I received yesterday for the same service. This time they charged me for 4 hoses--an extra $120.00 Also, they driver who serviced the tank decided it took too long to pump and added $200.00 to the bill without first discussing it with me. I objected and after a bit of discussion he took the $200.00 off. I was not happy with the drivers attitude--he told me they try to do these services fast "in-and-out". After some more talking about how this service took longer then he thought it would, I told him I would solve his issue by no longer using their services. His response was something to the effect of "that's probably a good idea". Left oil on my drive way from their truck I had to clean up. Driver paid no attention to where he placed the hoses for the servicing of the tank. Let the heavy hoses fall onto the landscape bushes I had. While I don't expect much form a septic tank driver, I would have appreciated a bit more respect for the placement of the equipment. Also, would have pushed the issue of why there was an additional 4th hose when the last time they were here they only needed 3. I called the office to discuss but gave up when I realized I was talking to someone who probably really didn't care... Definitely don't recommend

Pendelton Septic & Pumping
First weekend in December I had an issue with my grinder pump tank overflowing and suspected a bad grinder pump. I contacted Pendleton Septic Pumping & Service on Dec 6th and they said they could come out and look. I don’t know anything about plumbing or grinder pumps so I relied heavily on what they said. They came out and pumped out the tank and found that the grinder pump had blown. They said they found a pump replacement (a Barnes pump model ZOGP2072L). They told me for install and pump total would be $4850.00 Dollars (they only took cash or check, no credit cards). It was an emergency so I secured a small loan and made a bank check out to Mark Griffor (who I was texting with back and forth for correct name spellings for the check). They completed the job on Dec 6 but after that all communications with Mark Griffor stopped. I have tried repeatedly to receive an invoice for Insurance purposes and have not had any responses back. Date today is Dec 22 and still no invoice

Asked if he could give us information on his inspection of our electrical wiring, which we really appreciated he was doing as we have never had any other electrician offer to do an inspection. Our home was built in 1969 so we knew we might need a few things updated but learned of the dangers of aluminum wiring if yearly maintenance isn’t kept up- which had not been done since moving in 1979! This company is amazing! They have awesome customer service and I would recommend them to anyone! Everyone is polite and just a pleasure to speak to. The job ended up costing us a lot more than expected but it saved us a lot of money in the long run. Our pump ended up going out so Bruce ended up pumping everything he could to get us through the weekend. Because of him we didn't have to have an emergency service done over the weekend and were able to hold off until Monday. They went above and beyond for sure! I have had my service contract withJMA for two years and their service is fantastic. I called the for the work and receive a $50 discount on the pumping of the septic since I was a maintenance contract customer. They also replaced the lid of the septic for $265 which made it $35 lower lost than the amount our buyer was asking for. These guys are awesome service providers and should be highly considered when needing septic work

We woke up Monday morning to raw sewage backing up in our bathrooms and onto our front lawn from the sewer access points. After turning off the water at the main, we started putting towels all over the bathrooms and other points where water was seeping into the house. Meanwhile we called ARS Rescue Rooter in Austin TX at 9:11 and left a message that we needed service immediately. Someone called back at 9:45 to confirm the details and address. At 10:40 Marcus arrived and, after investigating and hearing our details, he immediately reduced the sewage pressure by opening the access points (which consequently released the sewage onto our front lawn which was unavoidable but FAR preferrable to the likely overflow into our house). He then noted that both we and our neighbor were served from the same main and he opened the access panel to their sewage line. They also had it building up although it hadn't overflowed yet since our line and vents are lower than theirs. He pointed out that he could clear the line on our property but if, as it appeared, the blockage was on the commen flow which was the city portion, they would need to clear it and would do it for free. That would save both us and our neighbor the ARS fee of $245. Marcus was both knowledeable and polite through hsi entire visit. He put the needs of the customer first and he was completely correct. He even turned off the main water input so that it would relieve pressure on the pipes. When the city workers came later, they agreed with Marcus' analysis and took many hours to clear out the main so that we could turn the water input back on. ARS Rescue Rooter in Austin is certainly a company that I would not hesitate to call and use in the future, should the need arise

This is hard to avoid when you know how tiny and small a mobile kitchen really is. They had everything with them to do the work and completed the job on time as they promised

I called on Wednesday morning, and Josh came out and inspected the grinder pump and identified the problem. The next morning Chris came and replaced the floats and cleaned the tank. He did a good job, very neat installation, then checked that everything was working properly. I've been using Lantz's Lakeside Plumbing for the last four years, and they are very reliable, prompt, and do very professional work. They make it a principle not to do unnecessary work, so I trust their judgment and rely on them for all my plumbing needs
