Austin Pool Liner Replacement

When we bought our new house, we interviewed several pool service companies. Steve was the most impressive one that we interviewed and we are happy we went with him. He takes great car of our pool and explains everything that is going on with it. He has taught us a lot about pools and takes great care of ours. We really appreciate his communication. He is always available and happy to explain what is going on. His prices are fair and his service is excellent.

This company is awful. They would miss weeks at a time, become very argumentative when the quality of service is questioned and even repeatedly lied. They would tell me my pool is blue when it's clearly green. They replaced equipment unnecessarily and managed the pool in a manner that follow up firms said was damaging to my pool and equipment. I'm spending thousands to replace damaged equipment and cleanup their mess. Terrible company, terrible management and a total disappointment.

Our experience with them was great, wonderful. Their price is reasonable. We can count on them. They are on time. They seem to be honest.

I called in about jacuzzi service, which this company does not provide. They graciously took my information so they could find me a reference. That is great customer service. Most people would have said no and let it go at that. Thanks!

They are helpful in person and over the phone. They show up on time, they are consistent and very responsive. If I e-mail a question, I can expect an answer the same day, (sometimes they will even call back with the answer).

Ocean Quest Pools' service went well. They came on time and did what they agreed to doing. They gave me a quote on some potential repairs which we're still quite tossing around. I was very satisfied with the service. They came out, here for 30 minutes to give me a bid and they took off.

VERY VERY Disappointed. Communication is not their strong point. The owner Sandy obviously takes NO role in the business. After years as a customer My husband called on one of the many annoying weekly calls we have to make and Sandy had no idea who we were or the numerous problems we have had and continue to have. Really ? We have been more than patient over the last 3 years and sadly their service is only getting worse. The invoices are always incorrect and come to find out we have been charged for nearly 2 years for a service I and quot;thoughtand quot; I was getting and wasn't. We are constantly on the phone calling to find out why they haven't shown up at a scheduled day or time, why our pool constantly has algae etc ( up until recently when the finally hired someone who knows what they are doing) We have given them many many opportunities to rectify the problem and sadly they just don't care enough about us as customers or they have so much business they don't care whether they lose customers. Whatever the problem is sadly I would NOT recommend this company unless you want to spend every week calling them to find out why you're service has not been completed or for that matter done at all. When we are away for weeks at a time and come home to algae infested half full pool/fountain and I'm told and quot;Oh yes the guys have been thereand quot; Ummm No you haven't ! (yes we have security cameras we know when they have been here and when they haven't) But they billed us for it. Hmmm ? The only positive thing I can say about Ocean Quest is that with all the problems we have had with them dealing with Mel their service rep is the ONLY reason we have stayed as long as we have and Jeff but sadly he isn't there any longer. I hope for their sake they can get it together before they go out of business. Sadly despite our loyalty and patience we don't expect any response from Ocean Quest or any attempt to rectify the situation. If we do I will be more than happy to update a more satisfactory report. I truly hope they will and prove us wrong.

Jorge always does an excellent job and very thorough. Hill Country Pools is always very responsive to any requests or concerns. Excellent locally owned company.

The technician was very good. We will use him again in the spring time. We would recommend Nikki's Pool to others.

They were good. They were local. I can get to them if I need to. They came out once a week on a given day.
