It was fine. I don't think there were some additional cost. They were quite prompt. I made the appointment. I mad it for after the holidays and they totally understood that. They were very friendly and the gentleman arrived on time. He works very hard. He was very pleasant and very professional. Most of the quality was an A. The tile grout was an A. He also grouted around our shower door and that kind of was a C. He was a very nice man. Around the shower door, it just wasn't quite as smooth as the tile

Very prompt response. Very professional. Two gentlemen performed the services. They requested installation instructions in advance in order to bring the appropriate tools. They arrived on time and installed the fans and doors in less than one day. Very polite and respectful. Wore masks. They knew what they were doing and cleaned up when they were done. All I had to do was vacuum afterward. I will call them again when I need work done

John was friendly, respectful and professional. He spent all day at our house assembling and installing ceiling fans. He also did a beautiful job removing a glass shower door and restoring the tub tile. We plan on using him for more projects in the near future.

Can't remember the tech's name - Dave/Dale? - anyway he was incredible! The gasket turned out to be quite complicated in finding the correction replacement solution. Regardless, Dave/Dale was diligent in finding the perfect resolution - he's a star! I would highly recommend this company.

I saw an email on a listserv from someone I didn't know recommending John so I gave him a call. He was SUPER. Came out to give me an estimate and then told me when the earliest he could do the work was. He called me back to schedule an appt, showed up early and was done quickly. He was courteous, friendly and cleaned up after he was done. Besides the fact that he did good work he was just a nice person and he drives the original Gotham SWOT van from one of the Batman movies

It's amazing how quickly these gentlemen can assess and fix any problem we throw at them. The outdoor ceiling fan just needed an additional screw, the shower door and handle needed tapping (gingerly) back into place and the toilet needed a replacement part. All work was complete within about half an hour so the charge was parts plus only a half hour of labor. These remain some of my favorite gentlemen with whom to work. I'm so grateful for all they do for us

It was incredibly difficult finding a company to fix our shower. Some mysterious leak was rotting away the baseboards and drywall in the master bath, and had seeped through the walls into other rooms. After a month of getting nowhere, I found OnCall and scheduled a consultation. Beau came out first to do the estimate: he was on time and knowledgeable about likely causes for the issue. He returned the estimate to me via email within a day or so and called to make sure I received it. After not hearing back from people and having to chase down other estimates, this was nice. I had given him a hopeful budget for the entire project and he came back slightly under, which was even nicer. We set a start date for about a week later. A few unanticipated issues came up when tearing into the walls the first day but they were dealt with and I was kept informed as things unfolded. Everything was done in phases - demo and airing out the water damaged areas, then replacing plumbing, drywall, sheet rock, tile, and so on. Julie in the office was amazing and called me just about every day to let me know what the next phase was, check my schedule to make sure I knew when people would be in my house, and let me know any additional costs for things that popped up. When they found an additional leak in the guest bathroom that originally we thought was related to the master bath issues but turned out to be something different, they sent their plumber back out to look at it and he was able to fix the issue in about 2 hours for a very reasonable cost. Every worker who came to my house was friendly and considerate of our space. I have a 13 month old son, so keeping him out of their way was a challenge but whenever possible they would work around baby gates or having to keep doors closed. The only negative was that the project was estimated 2 weeks and ended up taking closer to a month. There were a few instances of workers being late and one no-show, but 90% of the time everyone was punctual, and I understand that things happen. Part of the longer completion time was probably due to my own schedule as well. Overall we're happy with the work: the shower looks beautiful, everything is neat and clean, and most importantly, no more leaking! It's a tremendous load off our minds having this issue behind us and we're thankful we found OnCall to help

He was way overpriced as far as I was concerned. I told him that. He was very professional but very pricey. I had another handyman do the work for about 1/4 of what he wanted.

They sent out a couple of guys. I first noticed their expertise was in other areas. It took them a long time to complete the job and they were billing me every hour. The faucets they put in pretty quickly. They needed a part and it took two and a half hours to get the part. I live close to both a Home Depot and a Lowes. They then worked on the shower door for about 4 hours. They couldn’t get it in or figure it out. They had to come back and spend 2 hours the next day to finish the job. I even helped them install in based off what I watched on a YouTube video. The shower is actually already kind of broken, it wasn’t put in correctly. I did send them an email to see if they could come back to work on it or if there was any type of warranty. I think the guy who owns the business sent out the wrong guys. I wouldn’t use them again. They did waive the fee for them to come out the second day since it did take them so long

The entire job was finished a day ahead of schedule (two weeks). They beat commercial estimates by average of four thousand dollars and did a professional job. Only issue was a misunderstanding with ceiling color and they corrected immediately at no extra charge. Everything cleaned up but some minor debris left in tub - easily taken care of. We put together a solid contract outlining everything we asked for, and allowance limits on new items. Contractor followed the contract perfectly and saw to it that our toilets were top of the line within the price limits asked for. Drywall work was perfect as was the painting. No ancillary damage to anything

I expected the crew at 9A, but they arrived at 10A. The person that scheduled the job called and apologized about the scheduling mistake. After that, it was smooth sailing. Jared, John and Kyle arrived. We walked through the house and discussed the areas to be repaired. We also discussed other areas of the house needing repairs for which I wanted an estimate. I liked that they offered several suggestions for fixes which allowed me to make well-informed decisions. They came up with a list of items I needed to purchase at Home Depot. Jared went over the pricing with me and left shortly afterwards. John and Kyle prepped while I went to Home Depot. I returned and they kept plugging along. John and Kyle were very friendly and approachable. They did break for lunch and finished about 2 hours after that. They were careful and cleaned all the areas where they worked. completing the job before 4P. I'm satisfied with the work that was done. I will definitely use them again
Excellent work. This was the first time I used this business and found the owner, Alex to be punctual, easy to work with and courteous. Overall good customer service at a reasonable cost. Am using Alex again to install an awning on the back patio.

The job went exactly as planned and I'm very happy with the work that Ray and his co-worker did. Steve has a wide range of handyman skills. There was one piece of the job that didn't come out exactly right and I updated Steve and he came out promptly to address the issue. All the jobs were completed as requested and I'm a happy customer. I would recommend you call Steve if you have handyman projects around your house

I had made a list of numerous items that needed repair. He also met with my housekeeper who had more things to add to the list. Sal bought all the supplies needed to do the jobs. He came and worked diligently for several days until all things were repaired. I was extremely happy with his work, his honesty and integrity. I will not hesitate to hire him again for any other things I need done around our house
