Paradise Pool Plastering Inc
Had a hairline crack in my pool plaster and wanted just that area re-done. Pool plasterers don't apparently perform small jobs like that. My problem may get worse or may just stay the way it is for a while. Had the pool re-plastered about 4-5 years ago by Cody but warranty only covered me for a year. With the recent amount of rain in central Texas and the nature of the soil, there could be some soil expansion/ movement around the pool area. Who knows. May be looking for a pool plasterer next year . This guy seemed like a straight shooter to me

Thank God we found Celso and his crew at Austin lath and plaster. We've been meticulously restoring a 1910 farmhouse and German homestead in Blanco for two years. We're in the finishing stages and wanted the upper portion of the 10.5' walls veneered with plaster. Their worked plaster veneer finish is smooth as glass with just the right amount of subtle old school hand troweled character. I'm a tough restoration client to please and Celso's pleasant 4-6 man crew delivered a top notch plaster job in every room. They Used mega watt halogen side lighting to amplify every surface detail. Prep plastic covering was thorough and cleanup afterward superb. Pros all the way. We're very happy, as good as it get

Cen Tex Plaster
We had Cen Tex Plaster re-plaster our pool solely based on the reviews on Angie's list. They were a bit more costly than other companies, but we had had a bad experience with another pool company and didn't wish to repeat that. Cen Tex was pretty quick to come to our home, measure and work up a bid. Once we signed on the dotted line and submitted a check, work began. The workman were prompt and got the job done! Everything was done according to plan. We are very pleased with the work Cen Tex did and would recommend them to anyone needing their pool re-plastered

Paradise Pool Plastering Inc
WaterShaper Pools finished off our huge spa/overflow pool project with Paradise Pool Plastering doing the plaster work. PARADISE WAS GREAT! The owner, Mark, showed up initially to review what was to be done and took a real interest in all of the details, including flush mount jets (12 of them) plastered drain covers (6 of them) and the finish work on a unique auto-fill water system. This is the 5th pool we have had built and our first (and final) in Texas (previously in CA and AZ), so we are not new-commers to pool design and construction. Mark was extremely knowledgable and knew exactly what to ask us. His crew, lead by Juan, was puntual, organized, neat and very professional. When Mark left to handle another pool, Juan took charge and drove his crew to fantastic results! Could not be more pleased with their work. not only are the benches and steps perfectly formed, but every bit of plaster that ended up on the coping, the tile or the brick decks was removed and the entire project site, pool and patios was left immaculately cleaned. We cannot thank Mark and Juan enough for such a tremendous final touch on a truly terrific pool. Also, we cannot thank Greg Gray (the WaterShaper) and WaterShaper Pools for bringing such quality craftsmen to the complete the final steps our the construction of our pool. The best we have ever had and I would recoomend both Paradise Pool Plastering and Watershaper Pools to ANYONE who wants quality work and design in putting in a swimming pool and/or spa. I disliked that there was some disconnect when between the time we hired them and after I accepted their bid because they did not come back. They should have come back and they arranged a meeting so all the decisions could be made, but I had to go visit a place and make the picks. They had to pick up tile form a tile from a tile company and I told them where the tile place was. After they picked it out they left there and came back and three days later they called and told me that the tile they picked out was over the quote they gave me. They did not really put it in writing about how much tile money they had and I thought that I would go back to the tile company and pick something else that was within my budget. There was a delay of 2 to 3 weeks due to all this communication stuff. Once I picked out the tile it was perfect. They were here when they were supposed to be here. I would work with them and know how their system works because of their system I wanted to cancel at one point because I was so frustrated

I purchased the $99 for Drywall & Plaster Repair "deal" in early Spring. Never heard from them, so called Aug 11 and was told they were trying to hire a new drywall person and would call me afterward to schedule my work. The "deal" was to expire Sept 7 and they never called back, which is what I assumed would happen after our lame conversation. I did my part by paying upfront, they took the money and did no work - nice racket

The owner initially seemed to be really nice and since he had reviews on angies list we thought he would do a decent job. He said he would give us a discount of 200 if we did the replastering and curing process. The guys came did the replaster and we had to keep calling them multiple times for the curing process inspite of paying them upfront for that. They did a horrible job and added crazy amount of chemicals in there and did not check the chemistry. The plaster was etching in a week. We then called our regular pool guy for maintenence and he explained that PARADISE POOL PLASTERING had done such a pathetic job. When we tried to contact him he just blamed it on our pool maintence. we just checked the water and found high acid levels and our pool guy never added any acids. So it was very evident that PARADISE Pool Plastering had messed it up big time. We have tried calling him multiple times but never got any response. He does not want to confront because he knows it is his mistake. He never takes our calls. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY and we will be taking the next steps to address this issue legally

If you have a big project that requires a lot of scaffolding, look elsewhere. But if you have a smaller project, like a stucco repair or a stucco skirt, you can't do much better than Dean's Plastering & Stucco Repair. Dean runs a small 3-person crew. He's on site everyday. His crew are a father and son team, the former of whom has worked with Dean for 20+ years. Dean's price was in-line with several other estimates, but Dean was more helpful in terms of talking me through the coordination required between trades and what I needed to do to have the project lined out for him

Jason and Aruba Pools are fantastic. We had our pool resurfaced and there was a plaster defect (not crew or Aruba’s fault) and it was not known until day of. They removed and started over until it was done and done right. We now use them for weekly cleaning.
