Recent Review: We hired Allied Outdoor Solutions to repair our outdoor fireplace and remove an existing flagstone patio. Both had been poorly built by a different company who apparently had no clue how to build a fireplace. They were falling apart. Our visit with Don Norris, project consultant, Carlos Flores, project manager and Jesse the masonry master put us at ease that this project would be done correctly. They were all so polite and easy to work with. All were extremely knowledgeable about the work needed. Carlos kept me updated with every step of the work and is such a pleasant person to work with. We needed the job completed by Memorial Day. The weather continued to work its havoc but Carlos worked his magic and the job was finished on time! Watching the crew start to work each day was a pleasant surprise. They were upbeat and worked so well together. You could tell they had been doing this for a while now and enjoyed working together. They stayed busy and professional. No sitting around on phones and just watching one person do all the work. They laughed and enjoyed their work. You could tell they wanted the job done correct! A complete tear down of the fireplace was needed. We now have a properly built one that they made sure it would look just like the original we had designed. The patio was removed and concrete poured so quickly. Job well done. We had Carvestone applied to the patio and decking around our pool. Very pleased with the final look of the project. Hosea is a color master making the final design just like we wanted. Job well done guys!!

Recent Review: All of the work went very well. The fireplace looks great. They had to raise the top of the cabinets and remove a support on one cabinets to fit the TV. The TV fits great and no one would know anything was done to the cabinets. The lighting fixtures work and look great. The refreshing of the cabinets took a good 10 or more years off and the hardware further updated the cabinets. The outside vent for the cooktop works great. The pedestal sink is attached perfectly to the wall. Great group of folks to work with. They will tell you what they are going to do and do just that. Great Job!

Recent Review: The rep came out and noticed the damper was just jammed on itself. He took a few minutes and quickly fixed the problem. He also inspected our chimney and stated that all looked good and would not require any additional work. He did not charge us for his time. Needless to say, we were very impressed for the courtesy and the professionalism of the rep from this company. We would highly recommend this company and definitely would use in the future should the need arise. Thank you.

Recent Review: I?m very picky & know what I want (ask Handyman Connection). Bill, head contractor, came to my home & listened to my vision for our remodel (rather than tell me what I want as another bidder had tried to do). Matt, head project builder/contractor was great! A HUGE thing: I didn?t have to babysit him; I?d tell him what I wanted; leave and when I returned it was done exactly as we discussed. He had great ideas when I?d ask his thoughts. He was focused, consistent and if there were ?hiccups? that arose, he discussed the specifics as to why or why not it should be done (ex: change in lighting) and proceed once we agreed. He stayed with the job rather than leaving in the middle of the job. A few weeks later there were some touch-up items. Matt returned immediately and repaired these items. Rene Salazar, owner of Handyman Connection, followed-up once the job was complete to make sure we were happy. They are committed to doing a great job for clients as if it were there own home they were remodeling. Our neighbors, who watched the progression, heard how happy we were with Handyman Connection during this entire process....so I can assure you this is not a "fake review". We plan to hire Handyman in our next remodel.

Recent Review: Even though Capital Chimney's cost was higher than some competitors, we felt that Walter was the most knowledgeable about the repairs we needed. He was quick to schedule appointments soon after we called. The existing chimney looks great with a new cap and power washed. With the new fireplace, Walter knew right away what the problem was and after the fix it no longer smokes as badly. Walter was great to work with and we will continue to use Capital Chimney in the future.

Recent Review: Great work. It was a very thorough inspection and cleaning (no problems found in the chimney). The inspector did point out some minor issues in the firebox for the fireplace, noting that they were not something that needed to be fixed that day, but I went ahead and had him take care of it anyway. Very good service. I'd most certainly recommend them.

Recent Review: They asked a number of questions before quoting the price like how many stories, cathedral ceiling, etc. They did tell us in advance that a pass through fireplace (where you can see the firebox from more than one room) was more expensive. After doing the inspection, they identified the minor repairs and we agreed on the price before they did the work. For this reason the total price was a little higher than quoted. They came within the time frame they told us and called first as promised. The job was finished within the estimated time frame including the unexpected repair work.

Recent Review: The technician arrived on schedule. Very professional. They even got up on the roof and inspected the outside of the chimney. Gave us some suggestions on reducing potential fireplace hazards as well as problems with some repairs that I had recently made with siding on the chimney.
