I loved that they answered their phone (instead of getting voicemail), and the dispatcher was very pleasant and professional. I was lucky they had an opening in the schedule today for my emergency shower faucet repair! The faucet repair was more expensive than I hoped - darn those fancy European fixtures the previous owners installed - but they also replaced my failing sink disposal system at a very fair price. I also appreciate that they have a set price and only charge their call fee if you don't hire them. The plumber was professional and friendly and answered my other plumbing maintenance questions. I highly recommend them

They came for 3 separate jobs; in each case they were prompt, polite, and knowledgeable. (a) First they cleared a clogged drain (b) Second they fixed a leak under the sink, even coming back a second time when there developed a second parallel leak. On that visit they identified our water pressure as too high. (c) They installed a pressure reducing valve. That turned out to be a much harder job than they expected, taking place over two days. After they left, we experienced vibration in our pipes, so they came back without charge to adjust the pressure valve setting, which fixed it

Perfectly!!! The only plumber who would and COULD do the work, apparently! Two other companies were hired over a two year period and neither of them fixed anything; in fact, made SOME things worse! This company came when they said they would and cheerfully fixed everything on the list, including crawling through mud under my house to fix a leak in a drain pipe. The other two companies wouldn't even get under the house to SEE what the problem was and suggested a "leak detection" company! If you're afraid of getting dirty, WHY did you choose plumbing for a profession

He replaced the sprayer hose, but as he was installing it, discovered that the faucet needed to be replaced, as well (and in fact was causing some of the leak). I had water damage under the sink, and Curtis recommended a moisture mitigation firm and called them to come onsite for me

He did only the repairs we asked for, but was very clear that others would be needed. He did not try to up sell us on more, but was very polite in letting us know. Just had my annual water heaters check up and then drained to remove any sediment build up since last year. Melvin, my plumbing hero, and Travis, his colleague arrived on time, as always, and did a fine job. I also had them replace my existing garbage disposal. They double and triple checked that the unit was working properly, in this case making sure that the unit was quiet while running. In addition they made sure the under sink area was left with no messes for me to clean up. Melvin and Travis were very professional and friendly and always willing to answer my questions. They are the best

Job went well. Removed existing tanks, hauled away the tanks and installed the new tankless system. They clean-up the attic area around the job-site after they were done. They sent a picture of the job since I was not available during the time of the install.

When I informed him what a new set ran for (from Moen), he agreed with me that repair was a good option and said that he'd keep his eye out for a less expensive alternative and would call me if he saw one (that's service!). On his way out, I asked him a number of questions about a new hot water heater, and he eyeballed my current set-up and gave me some free (and helpful) advice about how to convert as inexpensively as possible. Overall, a very good service call. I recommend them highly
