Our AC died on Sunday of Labor Day Weekend. I called several companies for service, but only ABC was able to send out a technician same-day. The technician arrived at the house less than 2 hours from my call. The technician was polite, honest and prompt. He diagnosed and fixed the system within 1 hour of arrival. The unit had a bad capacitor and he had the part on his truck, so was able to replace it on the spot. The house began to cool down immediately. The service cost about $320, but for same day repair and a replacement part on Sunday during a holiday weekend, I did not feel that was excessive. I was very satisfied with the entire experience

I've used Castillo Services several times over about 15 years. Willie Castillo has generally provided my service personally. Most recently, his son-in-law, Josh, performed the repairs. In each case, the company has displayed proficiency, courtesy, timeliness, and fair pricing, without a hint of an upsell. Once, when my heater failed about three days before Christmas, Willie repaired it for the cost of a standard service call plus a part that cost maybe 20 bucks. (I can't recall with precision.) I couldn't believe it. Last week, a broken valve kept my AC from cooling, and led to water dripping through a light fixture in my ceiling. Josh came several hours after I placed my call and spent maybe 90 minutes diagnosing the problem, assuring me he'd ruled out everything else. I had a phone conversation with Willie, who elaborated on Josh's finding. Willie told me that my cost, on the high side, would be maybe $650, stressing that he was allowing for several negative possibilities. Josh did the work the next day and the final charge was $475, all inclusive. Over two consecutive days, Josh had spent at least five hours at my home. It's now six days out, and everything seems fine. Whenever I've used Castillo, their work got the job done

Our last service call on February 19th was in response to an alert from our upstairs thermostat. Peter W. arrived shortly after our call. Appointment time was window of 8-10. Received a call from Alex he would be there approximately 9 to 9:15 and he was. He worked quickly and *thoroughly and was finished in less than 2 hours. When asked to look at a window he uncomfortably said that was only supposed to do doors but would look at it. The window had "healed itself" and the previous trouble did not repeat. *I've had repair people in the past assume almost was good enough. Alex went extra steps and made it perfect

I have emphysema and I cannot stand the heat, so when my air conditioner started acting up I called Fox Service right away. I called them to come out on Sunday afternoon and they were out within the hour to check everything out. After he checked everything the service gentleman told me what would need to be done to repair it and told me that it would cost more to repair it than to replace it, because of how old it was. So I decided to go ahead and replace it. They came out first thing Monday morning to replace my air conditioner. They went above and beyond the call of duty. I called on Sunday evening shortly after 5 pm and was asked to describe the problem. After taking my information, I was told that a technician would be in contact with me within a set time. Well within in that time Chris Aboud called me, asked me a few questions, made clear the weekend call surcharge, explained his current availability and asked if I wanted him to come over. He promised to be at my house within half an hour and kept that promise. After reviewing what I reported and checking the status of the A/C, he went outside to analyze the unit. Afterward, he took me step-by-step through what he had found, what it would take to repair the problem and laid out the situation with my 12 year old unit. He was very frank and clear about what he found and what our options were. He was honest and helpful when talking to me and my wife. He had us up and running quickly for a very reasonable price. I intend to call Honest Air Conditioning Service if and when we need help and - at Chris' recommendation - start a regular maintenance plan with Honest

Steve Osteen gave me 3 quotes for different replacement packages. After choosing the one I liked, he and Chris replaced my ac in one day. They were very careful with the rug, stairs, walls, etc. My dogs helped them a lot and gave great advice and Chris and his workers were very patient with them.
