Paul Shelton is a terrific plumber. I have used him at least 4 or 5 times over the past few years. The largest job I had him do was when my washing machine drain backed up and I discovered that tree roots had made a complete mess of the drain line. The most recent job he did for me was to rebuild the valve in my shower because it was leaking. His work is always first rate, he is prompt and courteous, his charges are reasonable and I trust him implicitly. I now allow him access to my home for small plumbing repair even when I am not at home. He's a great guy, and old-fashioned plumber who does honest work. I highly recommend him

It went well, but it was way too expensive. A tailpiece was replaced in the toilet, along with 3 stops. Not too difficult I believe, but the price was 530.00.....even after I supplied the toilet tailpiece.

Terrible. First, the plumber said it would cost $129 for repair of leaky pipe outside. I had already paid $35 to Angie's to be used towards $100 worth of service. The plumber said, "You need to look at the fine print." I looked again and did not see anything. They wanted to charge me $129 on top of the $35 I had already paid. I said no, that that is not what was written on Angie's onsite services for this. He left. He came back and supposedly fixed it. But it is still leaking. Oh, well. Will never call them again

Our water faucet outside began leaking a lot right after our house was struck by lightning on May 13. We noticed the leak, but we didn't pay a lot of attention to it because we had other things to worry about, like getting contractors out to deal with the damage and relocating ourselves and our pets. Eventually, we noticed that there was pooling of water in the yard from the leak. I called Excalibur because they had replaced my water heater last year and I was extremely pleased with their service. I was not disappointed this time, either. Tim and Mike came out promptly and looked at the faucet. Immediately, Tim discovered that there was an electrical ground on the faucet. I asked if the lightning strike on our house could have caused the leak and he said that it sure could have. It turns out that the lightning strike caused pitting in the pipe leading to the faucet that led to the leaking. The repairs were made quickly and Tim was able to qualify me for a discount as well. Based on the assessment that the lightning strike contributed to the leaking pipe on the faucet, I was able to submit this as part of my claim to the insurance company. Another little touch that I really appreciate about the Excalibur team is that when Tim came into the house, he put booties on his shoes so that he didn't track in any dirt or mud. They cleaned up after themselves and handled themselves professionally at all times. I would definitely use Excalibur plumbing again

On August 3rd I filed a review on Fast Plumbing and was not pleased with the job they had done for me.. After filing the review Mr. Lee Strickland contacted me on August 11 to discuss my dissatisfaction with their company. He informed me that they should have given me an estimate before ever proceeding with the repairs, which they didn't. As you will note I have given Fast Plumbing excellent reviews in the past, but not for the work on 7-15-14 and that dealt primarily with the cost. During our conversation on 8-11-14 Mr. Strickland apologized for the mistake and said he wanted to make me happy.We agreed on a settlement and I will be using him again. Be sure to get an estimate before having work done

Before contacting 21st Century, I had contacted several other roofing companies to get a quote for the job, and I was getting very frustrated. One guy came out and said they didn't do roof repairs (why didn't they tell me that over the phone when I set up appt?). He recommended another guy, who also came out but gave me a quote that was astronomical, and they also wanted to re-roof the whole patio cover, which just got re-roofed a few years ago after the big hail storm. So then I called a few other companies, one told me his schedule was full (which was ok), the other said they'd have someone call me back to schedule an appt, and they never did, even after I called and left voicemail again. Another company never called me back...you get the picture. So when I called 21st Century, the phone was answered by a very nice woman (Diana), we set up the appt for a quote for that Friday, I got the quote by the afternoon, and once I accepted it, the work started the next morning. The roofers were very organized and neat. It took 3 days for the job to be complete, but at the end of each day, they cleaned up, no nails or debris anywhere to be found. The new siding looks great, and I would definitely hire them again

We found a damp area in a master bath closet but couldn't find the source of the leak so we called this company based on customer reviews. The first technician wasn't able to locate the leak and recommended a company to come out and find the source. I contacted MacLin and they sent a second technician who was able to find the source of the leak and repair it. He was courteous and knowledgeable and completed the job in a timely manner at what I believed was a fair price

Called for a service call and the plumber showed my husband where the water heater was actually leaking and had built up along the bottom of a wall in a garage. We went ahead and scheduled to have it replaced with a new electric 50 gallon water heater. The plumber and helper were very nice and respectful

Roots were growing inside the sewer line in the slab. Another contractor said there was a hole in the line and that the entire line would have to be dug out and replaced for 7K. Accurate Leak and Line said there was no hole ine the line. That roots had grown up through a gap in the concrete and entered from under the toilet. They replaced a broken flange and replaced the top of the lineup and filled the gap with cement - saving me 6K. They also said they could have replaced the line with CIPP if there had been a hole. Other companies said it could not be done. Accurate Leak is honest and very knowledgable. I will call them whenever my pipes may have holes in the future. Several other companies said they could not use CIPP in a slab sewer line but Accurate Leak said there were only a few construction methods they could not fix that way. The other companies would not even come out to take a look. Accurate came out and gave us a quote for free. The quote was exactly the final amount. I definitely recommend calling them for plumbing line problems. It was a pleasant and rapid solution to a very inconvenient problem
