I purchased a Big Deal for $49, for lawn aeration by Emerald Lawns. When I called to set up the appointment, the man who answered the phone was courteous and professional. We set a date for the aeration and he gave me instructions on watering the lawn so that the aeration would be as effective as possible. Unfortunately it rained heavily on the day before the appointment. On the day of the appointment, he called to suggest we reschedule the aeration as the lawn was so wet he was afraid the equipment would leave muddy ruts in my yard. We rescheduled for the following week and the service was performed as planned. My lawn appears healthier and more lush. I would definitely hire Emerald Lawns for other lawn care services

Happy with the price and work. Scheduling was ok, could have been quicker. I didn't like that I had to call the company to move forward with just the service I purchased. While it was nice that the company did a comprehensive analysis of my lawn, just wanted the aeration.

Great experience with aeration service. Tech came out to do analysis first and then scheduled following that. I had quite a few areas they needed to 'avoid' due to underground lighting wires etc and they were willing to work around that. Great experience. I would use them again.

I purchased a lawn aeration initially and from the start they were quick to respond a schedule. the representative that initially cmae out was very professional and knowledgeable. after he discussed other services they provide I signed up. they have only done 2 treatments so far so i can't comment on a full service cycle yet. overall I'm happy with my overall experience so far and would recommend emerald lawns to a friend

I put out word of the need for this service, Ron was the first responder, and did an amazing job. He said, I am sure correctly, that it was the worst yard he’d ever seen. He worked for a couple hours in the evening and came back for a couple more in the morning and when he was done, the yard was better than I thought possible with one treatment. His work was not cheap and still worth it— the work was done very well

Top Choice did everything requested in a highly professional manner and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are not the cheapest but I did not want to trust my lawn and gardens to Jim-Bob in an old truck.

Tony takes care of our lawn in Blackhawk weekly by mowing, edging, trimming bushes and tree's if needed, and just overall maintains our yard with whatever we need done. He has also fertilized and treated for weeds! He is prompt and always responsive and we couldn't be happy with the overall service! Doug Franzen, owner, is knowledgeable and very easy to communicate with. Every job I?ve scheduled has been completed efficiently and completely, leaving my trees and yard always looking great. Aside from normal maintenance, I had a giant overgrown tree in my front yard that needed a lot of attention. Doug talked me through which branches needed to go and why, then he hauled off all the trimmings leaving me with a beautifully trimmed tree. We've used Chem Lawn for the last five years periodically; as we feel it's necessary. Sometimes they aerate the lawn and other times, spray for various pests or weeds. We feel they do a good job, and our lawn is doing very well.
