We just moved into a new Wilshire home. The builder did not have comfort height toilets as an option. We purchased a new toilet from Lowes to have installed prior to an elderly family member staying with us over the holiday. The tech showed up on time and quickly removed the old (new) toilet and replaced our new purchased. Very neat and tidy job and he was done in about an hour. Will definitely use this company again, considering we have other toilets were want to replace in this home in the months ahead.

The new toilet's rough-in size wasn't the correct size (my fault) and we didn't realize this until they had removed the original toilet. These guys went above and beyond after I asked them to put the new toilet in the master vs. the powder room where it was originally intended to go. This meant they removed and reinstalled the powder room toilet then installed the new toilet in the master bath where it fit.

I provided the new toilet. The plumber removed the old toilet and then found the valve coming out from the wall was broken. Luckily he had a part with him, so he was able to replace it and install the new toilet I had bought. He also carried the new toilet up the stairs from my car and carried the old one down the stairs to the dumpster, which was a big help to me. He was friendly, professional, and efficient. I will definitely use this company again.

We hired Gilbert to inspect and then later replace a defective toilet in our house. Gilbert responded to our request for services immediately and when he wasn't able to get to our appointment that week he recommended two other plumbers that served our area and that he trusted to do a good job. We were so impressed with Gilbert that we opted to turn off the water to that toilet and wait until he could fit us in, which he very quickly did. Once here, Gilbert was EXTREMELY professional, courteous and efficient. He took extra care when placing items on our wood floors and also kept the work space clean and made sure he left the area spotless when he was done. It turned out that we needed to order a new toilet so the timing on that required Gilbert to come back out the second time on a Sunday morning, which he did and at no extra cost and made quick work of the problem. You read that right...made a trip out on a Sunday at NO EXTRA COST! We can honestly say that everything about our experience with Gilbert went well beyond expectations, which unfortunately is a rare thing these days. Gilbert personally answered the phone when we called, called just as he said he would prior to arriving for our appointments, was super knowledgable in his work and followed-up on the service. All of that said, maybe the best thing about Gilbert is how friendly and personable he is. We will ALWAYS use Gilbert for any plumbing needs from now on and just can't say enough good things about this company. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would because he knocked it out of the park in every regard. THANK YOU, GILBERT!!

Recent Review: I had an American Standard toilet that had been inhabited by a ghost; it would randomly refill its tank when no one was looking. Gary, the Exorcist Plumber, and his sidekick Kevin, were at my house within an hour after I called. They assessed the problem (leaking flapper-thingy) and gave me estimates on both repairing the existing toilet or replacing it entirely. In an effort to avoid a re-infestation of plumbing poltergeists, I opted to have the toilet replaced. They proceeded to procure a new toilet and completed the installation within 3 hours from when I had initially called them. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I would say that you can't go wrong when you're On The Right!

Recent Review: I have used them twice now and I am getting ready to get a bid from them for a very large job to redo the plumbing in an older home where we are having a leak in the slab. I have been pleased with their work in the past. They are very conscientious about coming out and doing everything on time. They are very punctual and keep the job site clean. In general, I have been very pleased with the value that they provide for what they charge. They charged $220 for the work that they did in May and there were some other things that they did as well. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

Recent Review: They were very prompt, curtious, and responsive. They came down several hundred dollars to match another bid that I recieved for the same work. They were also very disturbed that two other plumbers had been in to work on the same toilet in the past and didn't mention that the toilet drain line was not to code, let alone reset the toilet to inadequate drainage - TWICE! No surprise there as those plumbers were provided through a home warranty program (another issue).

Recent Review: The company was very prompt and helpful in setting up an appointment for after 5:00pm (I work til 5:00). Two very nice young men (Cody and Brian) were waiting for me when I got home from work. Although they had most of the required replacement parts with them, they had to make a trip to Lowe's to get another part. They showed no annoyance at having to stop their work to do this. The entire time they were there they were very polite; they didn't even mind my dog being present! I will definitely call them again should the need arise.

Recent Review: I've used this service several times before and have been quite happy with the outcomes. This time I had problems getting their representative to establish a date for the work. Contacted the owner (a retired police officer with whom I had dealt before) and was put on their schedule. I provided him with a list of my work projects in advance. The first two or three times I used this handyman service, the owner or his representative came out to look at my projects and gave me an estimate. Now, I just send them a list and trust their pricing which has usually been quite fair. This time, two fellows came out, one of whom I knew from previous sessions. They got held up in traffic and were late, but called to let me know they were on their way. They had been provided with a list of the projects, and I toured them through the house to locate each project. They went right to work, including one of them making a run to the hardware store for supplies. Brought their own tools and some supplies, e.g. nails, did the job as I wanted it, and cleaned up after themselves. All the workers from Anything Around the House who have worked on my home have been pleasant, competent, and professional in a casual sort of way, i.e. no uniforms but neat working clothes. They also seem very trustworthy.

Recent Review: I had experienced whole house blockage and called Moore and More because my sister had used them. They promptly fit me into their schedule. They performed the service explained to me and showed me what had clogged my pipes. The problem was remedied. They were expensive, but the work is guaranteed (which I don't find often with plumbers). They also offered a platinum service that allows a yearly inspection of pipes and discounted service calls and future service needs. I took advantage of that plan. Everything was explained in detail before, during, and after the process. Great company and crew.
