Tried this company based on reviews and regret doing so. Shower was not draining and we assumed it was clogged. Technician quoted $315 to fix (auger), which was about $100 higher than I expected, but since it was late- I signed for him to do it. He had difficulty getting the auger to pass so he went under the house to inspect and came back saying the trap was installed a ways down the line instead of directly under the drain making it hard for the auger to pass. Came back and tried a smaller hand-held auger without success. Said he could tearout/re-install the pipes and gave me a quote, but since that was going to be very expensive, I told him we'd think about it. When I asked what we owed him, I was gobsmacked when he replied that I needed to pay the full $315, just for trying! He did offer to knock off $20 after I told him that I thought it was very unfair, but considering that he wasn't belligerent and probably did not have authority to haggle, he was paid in full and sent on his way. D*x*e Plumbing in Lindale came out and cleared the hair clog by passing an auger through the pipe in the septic tank AND installed a strap to secure our shower drain for $195...

The plumber was terrific and was able to get everything fixed right away. He was very knowledgeable. Be prepared as they do up sell through a free diagnostic on the whole house. I did have additional work done that I did not call about, but I did so with open eyes and was pleased with their services.

I really liked that the company called 20 min before arriving within the specified time window. I was able to get a prompt appointment when I called. Recent Review: I hired Legend Plumbing & Septic to come out to inspect my rear garden drainage system.Joel showed up on time (wearing a mask and respecting all the social distance protocols). Before jumping in and doing what I thought was needed (hydro blast cleaning to clear dirt and garden debris), Joel inspected the surface area of concern and the pipe clearance for less expensive charge. We have had a slow drain for many years. My solution turned out to not be the issue, which we found out without blowing a lot of money just to figure out that the project was more complicated. Instead I have a monitoring plan to be on the lookout to determine if our flow condition deteriorates further, at which time we will address. Joel was very knowledgeable and took his time on the job. Good guy. I highly recommend Legend Plumbing & Septic.

Recent Review: I called and got an appointment that same day! Billy came out and was very professional. He asked several questions to determine what the issue could be (who's bathroom is it - son or daughter, long hair, etc). He also asked if we washed our dogs in the tub since we have Golden Retreivers and they are known to shed. He then went right to work and started clearing out the tub drain. When he was finished, he tested it by filling it up with about an inch of water and then pulling the plug to make sure it would drain quickly, as expected. He was very polite and professional. We will definitely be using them again for any of our plumbing needs!

Recent Review: Called a plumber due to a very slow draining toilet who said it was the toilet not the drain.so I replaced the toilet which solved the problem for a short time. then all drains started backing up I called the original plumber back and they said they didn't make calls on Weekends . Had sewer backed up in every drain in house. Called Justin at Just in time he came out on a Sunday fixed the problem no up charge for weekend and very reasonable cost. very polite and efficient highly recommend.

Recent Review: Overall experience was positive. They have a receptionist who receives calls and books appointments (very helpful as some plumbers don't have this at all). They explained the process up front and provided a three hour window to arrive at my house. I did receive a call the next day and the service was done right away. Dave fixed my drain issue and worked on my leaky faucet and gave guidance on when I should replace the faucets. Very easy process.

Super Service Award Recent Review: It went fantastically!!!! Thomas and Tyler listened to my story of the history of my drain issues. They were very polite and professional and open minded to try a few approaches. Thomas, with persistence and expertise, was actually to push a clog through my drain. It was not certain that there was a clog other than the water backing up. My previous plumber was telling me that I had to have another access, tunneling, and egress. He performed the first one last May. Thomas and Taylor worked well together and were so supportive of what I had been through. Thomas even asked if I was on Angie's List and then gave me 10% off the bill which was only $224! I saved thousands of dollars as I almost agreed to have my yard dug up again. I can't say enough about this company and how they hold the bar high for honesty, ethics, professionalism and quality work. Recent Review: Plumber came on short notice to work on a sewer line blockage causing water to back up through a shower drain. They had to remove a toilet to get access to the line blockage, and cleared out the line. Everything was done cleanly, efficiently, and professionally.
