Vital Security installed security camera's with a DVR at my home. For me, trust but verify was my approach. Jason is very knowledgeable about security systems, made a very reasonable proposal and earned my trust in the process. Many times when you hire vendors to do work on your home, they get onsite, start working, run into trouble and tell you it is going to cost more. Vital Security did run into some unforeseeable issues, but they worked through it and kept to their word on cost. I would absolutely hire them again when I look to expand my system. Competitive prices, quality work, by a team you can trust. "A rating"

I hired this company to install at my home security cameras, the Sales Manager ROEL ZAMBRANO, told me 3-4 the job will be done. They (2 persons) were at mi home fore 5 hrs. ! one of them with oust face mask, wearing only a rug like bandana. The door bell is really blurry, the Driveway camera didn't work the motion sensor. I tried to do some inspection with Mr. Zambrano, I texted him on Sunday 11/22, asking for an inspection on Monday 11/23 morning, he didn't response until Monday 11/23 @ 11:22 A.M. and he said I available at 1:00 P.m. I called him and no response. I texted again asking for appoint for Wed. 11/25 morning (is the only time that Im available), he responded that he is available only at 1:00 P.M., unfortunately Im not available at that time (1:00 P.M.). I texted that Im not available at 1:00 P.M., Now 5 hrs. later no response.

Security Consultant Pros did an amazing job on security cameras at our HOA recreational areas. This company is family owned and very professional. I definitely recommend them and will use them in the future.

Perfect. These guys did a fantastic job. Chris and Daniel where professional, knowledgeable and provided solutions for areas that seemed undoable. They worked very hard for nearly 5 hours straight on the first visit. My situation was challenging and they were able to perform the work with solutions and positive suggestions. If ever I have to call Dunmam Electric, I would most certainly hope to get Chris and/or Daniel again. Although I am certain at this point that Dunman Electric has other fine employees if Chris and Daniel is an example of the company's employees. The money I spent was worth every single penny for the professional work that was done on my house. Thank you Chris and Daniel!!!

I had a really bad experience dealing with Guardian,Protection Services, you can read my past reviews. I wasn't sure what to expect. Guardian Protection Services had locked out the new equipment that I had purchased from them in October 2013 by coding,. I fully expected Jeff Alexander, the Allstar owner, to tell me I would need to replace all of the new equipment. Now I had just spent $4000+ in buying new equipment, cameras etc from Guardian Protection Services and had paid a penalty for an early contract termination. I knew right away that Allstar was going to be different. Jeff showed up on time to do the system review, he looked at the system and he told me he thought he could get the system back in service, he could figure out the coding, it would cost me 2 hours of labor $180 and 2 months of up-front monitoring charges, no contract. I could reuse all of my new equipment and cameras. Now this was after 3 other security supply companies told me that I would need to replace all of the new equipment. So I was a skeptic, but Jeff was so confident that I gave him the opportunity. I was still a skeptic though. Anything to good to be true normally is. Jeff took the time to call me the morning of the installation to let me know his installer, Danny Perez, was on his way. I told him he was already at my house. Danny worked tirelessly and professionally to return the system to service. Allstar did exactly what they said they could do. I can use all of the new equipment that I previously purchased including the cameras. Again Jeff followed up the next day after the system was returned to service to make sure we got what we needed. In my experience, when the owner is heavily involved in the business, a restaurant, a repair shop, etc. the business will be well run and credible. I would HIGHLY recommend Allstar for security services. They do what they say they will do, they follow up extremely well, they stay with a problem until it's right, they aren't afraid of hard work, they price their services fairly---what else could you want? The install was excellent. Timothy is professional, knowledgeable, and persistent when encountering issues. He readily explains details of the install when asked and is able to do so in layman's terms so that we can fully understand the process. Also Timothy is personable and is easy to talk to. We thoroughly enjoyed his presence during the long hours that he put in to get the job done. Thank you Timothy!!!

A big thank you to the team that we worked with at ADT Authorized Premier Provider for the recent purchasing experience with a home security system. Felt like we were quoted fairly and that our business was appreciated. Their current special gives you extra equipment on top of their standard package. We took advantage of the good timing for sure.

Clint from Smith Thompson did a wonderful job installing the security system within a couple of hours. We had an old system which was installed when the home was first built. Some of the wired contacts needed replacement. Love the no contract monitoring plan.

The ADT Team did a fantastic job setting up my home security system - as someone that is not very technology oriented, they made it extremely easy for me to understand how to navigate their security platform. Happy client, thanks for everything.
