They are pretty good. I wouldn't say their work really holds up over the long run but they help get things done. I really liked the guy a lot and we've hired him a couple of times. They brought in sub contractors for painting and popcorn ceiling. I would recommend him.

Steves guys did a great job. The flooring looks wonderful, including all the edges which they caulked beautifully and the staircase, which took some serious craftsmanship to complete. In addition, they were very conciensious about cleaning up, vacuuming and even bagging up the boxes and scraps and hauling them off. They completed our job in one long day which was very helpful due to our work schedules. We would definitely call on them again

LOZANOS HOME IMPROVEMENTS
Considering the scope of the work involved, everything went extremely well. It took about one week and three days to complete not counting Sundays. Mr. Lozano is very easy to work with and is helpful in coming up with solutions for all of the things that can happen during remodeling. He has solid working relationships with suppliers and other tradesmen. For example, when we were clearing out one of our lower kitchen cabinets in preparation for the tearing up of the kitchen floor, we discovered we had water damage from an unknown source. Juan called in a plumber he works with and it was determined that the upstairs shower was leaking underneath and dripping down inside of a wall that was brick on one side. It could have been a nightmare but Juan worked with the plumber in isolating the problem and the whole thing only cost $250 to fix. He also called in his cabinet guy who did a really good job of using the solid wood parts from the old cabinet, and the new cabinet is much better than the original. I believe Juan's specialty is with the granite countertops. He really knows how to maximize the use of the slabs and minimize seams. We are very pleased with the outcome of the job and Juan seems like a person who will back up his work if we have any problems down the road. Right now, everything looks great

Best Austin Handyman & Remodeling
From the beginning to the end, the employees were all very professional and very prompt. I purchased the coupon on Angie's list for $79/2 hours of handyman services Wednesday morning (08/28). Since I was pressed for time, I called and left a message that morning and within a few hours I received a call back. The young lady was very pleasant while gathering the details of my job. She informed me ahead of time, that should the job require additional hours, I will be charged at the rate of $39/hr. When I agreed, we scheduled the appointment for Friday morning at 9 am and I was told to expect a call from the handyman to again go over the details of the job. Mr. Texeira (handyman) was very professional at every level of communication, whether on the phone or in person. He called me on Thursday to discuss what exactly was needed so he could be prepared for the job and told me he would call me when he was about 30 - 45 minutes away. Friday morning at 8:25 am, he contacted me that he was on his way and arrived and began work promptly at 9 am. The job was a bit more difficult than I had originally explained so it went over the original 2 hours. He explained to me every step of the way as to why it was a bigger job and I was very grateful for that. Also, because I wasn't aware of all that the rail installation entailed, I did not have the correct amount of material. Mr. Texeira worked very hard to complete the job to code with what I had given him and the rails look absolutely wonderful. He also did a great job with the transition piece. He explained the 2 hours overage, and that I would be receiving an invoice via e-mail regarding the new charges, which I did promptly. He left my home very clean and in the same condition as when he began his work. I also talked to him about the little jobs I was doing which included caulking my bathtub and he even went the extra mile to demonstrate how to properly do it. That's service! I will definitely use them again and refer them to all my friends

I dealt with Bill Delamar. He was the nicest, easy going, most preffessional guy ever, throughout the entire process, start to finish. We have a pretty big house with alot of stuff, and due to a plumbing leak, we had to have the flooring replaced. While we were at it, we decided to go ahead and upgrade from carpet to pergo and tile, although we did go back with new carpet in some areas. Bill was a real pleasure to work with. They have different crews that specialize in installing the diffent types of flooring, since we had 3 different types, we dealt with different crews of installers. They were ALL great guys & did a fabulous job. They showed up on time, they did their work, and cleaned up behind themselves. I thought it was going to be a lot of trouble to do all the work, but these guys got it all done with-out any problems, my Wife & I were truly amazed. Delgado Wood Floors exceeded our expectations by transforming our 19th century oak/walnut inlay floors to their near original beauty. The sanding, filling and sealing of our varied species of wood floors was completed in a very professional manner. The workmanship was excellent. The Delgado team was equally skilled when installing our LVT at laundry room and engineered wood at kitchen. We were especially pleased by the concientious nature of the team who returned multiple times to complete our kitchen floor after 2 or 3 occasions finding the humidity too high to complete the work. Delgado Wood Floors will be my go to from now on, and I will recommend them to my design clients with confidence

Thy had to use Mini jack hammer on flooring which was 1/2 thick. The used a blower that sucked all the dust out the window. So it was a clean environment and clean floor.

We have worked with Kris in the past and were eager to work with her again on our new big project. We trust Kris, like her viewpoint on design, and follow her guidance/advice. For this project, we were downsizing from a large newer home to an older much smaller home. Kris provided consulting services before we closed on our house straight through to the completion of our remodeling project. We needed to gut the kitchen and dining room to create a new eat-in kitchen. We needed to eliminate furniture that wouldn't fit in the new house. We were replacing the flooring in the entire first level of the house. We replaced all the windows. We needed to remove popcorn ceilings and repaint 100% of the interior of the home, including removal of wood paneling. We relied on Kris' design expertise throughout all of this work. She consulted and made recommendations, which we executed on, regarding design improvements, color selection and product selection. Kitchen: Kris was instrumental in the creation of a new layout for our kitchen and the selections for the entire kitchen - wall color, backsplash, flooring, countertops, cabinet color, window treatments, light fixtures. Light fixtures were sourced through Kris. Living Areas: Furniture placement, color palette, feedback on area rug selections, wall décor placement. Windows: We worked with Kris to select all our window treatments, which she sourced for us. Came up with the perfect solution for our window needs - roman shades. And so pleased that we finally did the black-out lining for our bedrooms! Flooring: We decided to go with a hard wood floor throughout the first level of the house, Kris helped us select the wood, sourced the product and recommended an excellent craftsman who could do the installation of the flooring. Kris can take most of the credit for the beautiful result of the remodeling project. ;) We couldn't have done it without her! Side note: My husband and I have a very dynamic relationship especially when it comes to big decisions and can be a challenge to work with. Extra points go to Kris for being able to successfully navigate the highs and lows of working with a couple like us

The floor was installed in a 43 year old house. The foundation was more uneven than expected an the old walls and flood repairs presented challenges. The installer did a beautiful job of floating the floors so there is no flex or noise. The representative helped find wide baseboards that matched the door frames and other trim but also helped cover up wall gaps and damage. No one knows the floor isn't wood. The maintenance is easier than wood or laminate flooring. We love it

I had originally called asking for help in putting the transitions between my tile and hardwood floor between my kitchen and living room. I just couldn't figure out how to make it work right--based on my DIY project. In addition, I had an entrance where the tile was a different level than the hardwood. Finally, in an effort to level an area where the previous owners had the floor leveled, using a sander, I "lowered" the floor to much creating a dip in my flooring. This was not good. They came in, fixed all the transitions (including the ones going into a bedroom I'd forgotten about) but the big thing was he took up over 1/2 the floor to get to the 'dip'. He poured a compound on the area and smoothed it out to now be level with the rest of the floor. Then replaced all of the hardwood (again). It all looks great now. Then I asked them to replace the faucet in my sink. All done in a 1/2 day. Very happy with the results

3-31-2022 Incredible customer service experience! Our beautiful wood floors had been ruined by a dishwasher malfunction. The wood floors covered the kitchen, dining room, and living room, and the water damage had gone into the dining room too. We were very distraught about having to replace the wood with a different type of flooring, because we loved our wood floors! A few companies came out to give us an estimate, but it seemed that no one wanted to take on the job, because of the problems involved. When we reached out to Doug Taborn, with Floor Coverings International, he was quick to set up an appointment with us! Doug seemed confident that his company could resolve the problem! They would replace the damaged dining room boards with wood that was taken out of the kitchen, and install a wonderful new product, Coretec, in the kitchen and pantry! Doug's wife, Janet, came with him when he brought the new samples, and she was extremely helpful in picking out the color/pattern! They are both extremely delightful to work with! And in the end, we could not be happier with everything! The floor guys, Luis, Jerry, and Alex were wonderful! They are very professional, very detail-oriented, and very hard working! You cannot even tell where the boards were replaced in the dining room! And the kitchen product, Coretec, is beautiful, and very comfortable to stand and walk on!
