We live on the Lake Travis waterfront, yet couldn't really enjoy it because Mosquitos were swarming constantly. Since the installation, we live outside and never even think about Mosquitos anymore. The cooling mist also made a tremendous positive difference in our lives, as we can now use our patio comfortably on even the most sweltering Austin afternoon. The MCS team was a dream to work with. Installation was flawless and came-in a bit below the estimate. When we had a small problem with a couple of the nozzles, MCS responded immediately, came out the next day, fixed everything and left a note detailing what they did. Absolutlely first class operation all around.

Installers arrived promptly and were easy to work with. they took my concerns into account and modified the design a bit to accommodate them. The installation was neatly done. Our contract with the original company was that, for a $65 monthly maintenance fee, there would be a "lifetime" warranty for the system. When the current owner took over the company, the monthly fee was raised, there was no notice that any of the other agreements were changed, so we continued to pay the monthly fee to maintain the warranty. The system stopped working two months ago. We had to contact the company several times to get them to look at it and to find out what steps needed to be taken. It cannot be repaired, and the owner refuses to honor the "lifetime warranty", for which we paid $2500 over the three year period. This system worked only marginally for mosquito control.

The technician introduced himself explained how and what would be done for the extermination. Explained the difference to exterminate for mosquitoes. He mentioned no standing water. I will be calling back for mosquitoes extermination. No contract you can pay for however many mosquitoes treatments you choose.

It went great! They were on time for the consultation and answered all of my questions, especially about the toxicity of the chemicals they use and their effectiveness. I had two bids on this project. Although the cost of the installation on both bids was almost exactly the same, I appreciated the fact that MCS's ongoing maintenance and refill costs seemed cheaper and that they did a full inspection of the system at each visit. They offer a lifetime warranty, so basically if you use them to fill and maintain the system, they replace any broken nozzles, pumps, timers, etc. And while they charge a labor cost for coming out, they only charge for how much they refill the system. So if you don't use it much, they charge you for only a partial refill. Also, I had a maintenance issue right off the bat (just some confusion about the timer). I sent a note on Sunday and they were at my house 8 am Monday to fix it. That's service!

The appointment had to be rescheduled twice due to weather, but I was contacted promptly each time. Once performed, the treatment made a marked improvement in the mosquito problems. While mosquitoes still were present during the treatment effective period, they were reduced an amazing amount. We were able to stay outside at dusk and enjoy the yard with only Tiki torches going to keep the few remaining mosquitoes away. We will definitely do this each Summer.

We are so grateful we decided to use Emerald Lawns for our mosquito treatment this summer. Last year, we began fostering a little boy who had some pretty bad reactions to mosquito bites. We tried everything: a few different spray treatments from Home Depot, home remedy repellent spray, and DEET spray. Nothing worked. Every night he'd stay awake scratching all of his mosquito bites. It got to the point that we just had to stay inside since we didn't want to be in longsleeved clothes during Texas heat. We adopted him this spring so we knew we needed to do something. This year, Emerald Lawns saved us. They come to spray every several weeks and set some mosquito traps out as well. Our little guy can now run free in the backyard and enjoy the swingset without getting a bunch of mosquito bites! Thank you Emerald Lawns!

Mosquito Authority has given the best possible customer service. After Hurricane Harvey the mosquito problem exploded and I called them out for a service. After 2 days I noticed we still had some mosquitos hanging around. I let them know and they were back out the next day, no questions asked. After a couple more days I noticed a few more, but I will say its gone from a 100% problem to a 10% problem. I let them know and again they were kind and letting me know how bad its been after the Hurricane and will be sending someone right out and will search for hidden breeding sites. It feels great having them on my side and I highly highly recommend!

Recent Review: Excellent. Regarding the mosquito control, we have had three treatments using organic products and the results have been outstanding. There is no way we could have sat out on our deck at dusk and yesterday we did so for two hours without a single bite. We also have contracted with EcoTek for pest control. Likewise we use organic products which also sets this company above others. The service and professionalism has been terrific. On time, knowledgeable and thorough. Recent Review: Workman showed up on time and sprayed all areas (inside and outside) of my house. He pointed out areas where mosquitos and termites could grow and advised me how to get rid of them. The service was for 3 months; another spraying is required three months later. If I find any bugs in three months, I can call back and get free service. They offer regular, green, and organic sprays. Within two months I found cockroaches in my house. I have called and asked for another free spraying, which they agreed to promptly provide.

Recent Review: We have a terrible mosquito problem in our yard. We go through can after can of yard guard or some other spray. Mosquitonix came out and did a great job of spraying the yard and using granules/biscuits in problem areas. They say it's suppose to last for 30 days, but maybe not quite that long. It's still the most thorough job any company has performed in the 8 years we've battled these nasty little insects.

Recent Review: The service really works! I was a bit skeptical at first but was amazed at the difference it makes. My kids were able to play outside, my husband could work in the yard and I could finally enjoy my new front porch without being swarmed by mosquitos! In between the initial service on 9-4-13 and the service proformed today I have only seen 3 mosquitos. Before we had the service there were hundreds in my yard to get in the house was a nightmare!
