They did not do what I wanted them to do. I wanted them to put a keypad lock on the front door and they would not do that. They did not think it was a good idea. I decided I was not going to use them. There is a law in Texas about key laws I did not know about. It was about a handle-less lock. He was helpful in terms of information but did not do what I wanted. His prices were decent. They did come out quick and the keys work. I would go with somebody else because I do not like people telling what they want

Install was simple and took a modest amount of time. Still need to install an outlet in a cabinet to hide the power cord for the keypad. The alarm is loud, but not audible outside the house. Consider an add-on unit if you want to alert the neighbors. Signal range is less than ideal for some window sensors; a repeater (most any 2gig module that is hardwired) of some sort will likely help. Motion sensors are cheap looking and do not inspire confidence. Tech support answered quickly and walked me through a technical question about adding a second keypad to the system. Cellular communications are far superior to ADT system at previous house. I do not like the contract renewal clause

I bought a fixer upper house in that had been vandalized in the past so I wanted to make sure I had a good security system in place to complement my dogs! After doing some research online I called up Dyezz Surveillance and they had me fixed up in no time. They were there on-time and completed the work very quickly. I can't believe it was as easy as it was. I now have window switches, motions sensors and cameras. Now I can rest assured that my home is protected and I can sit back and relax. Service (Tech, date): Emergency door repair (Thomas 10/31/2012); door/motor issue (KC, 09/20/2014); wireless entry failed (Juan, 04/13/2015). For years, Cedar Park Overhead helped us keep functional our heavily used 15 year old garage door opener (well beyond expected service for cheap builder installed garage door opener. This year, wireless opener finally burned out so replaced garage door opener, belts, keypads, and wireless entry. As we live in far south Austin, we initially contacted Cedar Park Overhead in a panic on Halloween evening 10/31/2012. Other companies did not answer their phone. (Now, we understand that the company services all of the greater Austin regional area.) The technician cheerfully repaired our garage door as trick-or-treaters began arriving. We called again in 2014 and most recently April, 2015. Each technician has been knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. The one time that the technician was delayed, he called to apologize and to make sure the revised schedule would work for me. For the garage door opener replacement, we discussed pros and cons and repair versus replacement as well as different models and functionality. The technician also helped me program my outdated Homelink feature in my 10 year old car. Today (05/15/2015), Rick called as follow-up and to send newly available manufacturer rebates. Finally upgraded to a new cellular-enabled home security system and I wanted one that also offered access via my phone or computer, with multiple security codes for friends or service providers. Paul and Blue Line came highly recommended from friends and the price was competitive with other A-ranked providers on Angie's List so I decided to go with them. Paul was very responsive and gave me a couple of options from which to choose. His technician, Brent, texted the night before my appointment to confirm the time and showed up exactly when he said he would. Took about 90-minutes to install and he was pleasant during the entire process, including walking me through the new system, keypad, website and smartphone app. I'm very happy with this decision and the cost per month is only a few dollars more than my previous, old-school system and I have no long-term contract. I gave a B on price but that's only because I opted to purchase the system up front (vs over the duration of a 3-year contract) and it was a bit expensive. I think it will be worth it in the long run, considering I'm saving about $30/month on phone bills now. It'll pay for itself in a year

I had a really good experience with this company. They were really clean and neat and very professional. When they came out I told them that I needed a motion sensor installed and they installed that and an extra keypad in about 45 minutes and cleaned up after themselves. They also gave me 3 months of free alarm monitoring which was a very nice touch. I know that they also do Home Theater Installation and wiring

After spending numerous days interviewing alarm companies and their products, I decided to use Jeff and his crew for my install. My decision was based on the combination of Jeff's professionalism, the price/quality of the additional options I purchased, and the monthly monitoring fee associated with the system. Jeff didn't try to up sell me on anything I didn't inquire about. He carefully listened to my concerns and needs with a home security system, and advised accordingly. His installer Danny was extremely courteous and respectful of my home and pet. He even squeezed me in to their busy install schedule in order to get the system up and running over the weekend. Both Jeff and Danny also called to check up over the next few days to make sure everything was running smoothly and if we had any questions in regards to using the mobile interactive app. Jeff even advised that I wait a few months to install video cameras based on newer products being released later in the summer. Considering the low cost of the technology and ease of automation, it is my opinion that in this day and age, most home security system installation and monitoring options are over-priced. Central Security is an exception. Central Security is an Austin business that offers same service that much larger and quot;name-brandand quot; corporate competitors offer. But at a more reasonable rate. (Plus, more of your money stays local!) The owner/installer, Russell Schmidt, was on time and on budget. I feel he did not overcharge with parts and labor. Even when newer keypads were needed, he offered to install some used ones he had on hand, free of charge. The in-home work was finished within a few hours and the system was ready. It took another day or two to work out some kinks with the internet/web access. But, it is up-and-running smoothly now. My wife an I love the web access and the smartphone app as well as e-mail notification features. The $300 up-front costs included: - a new control board - new motion sensor (equipment and labor) - upgrade to wireless monitoring (it uses cellular data network) - also installed new keypads since old keypads did not work with new control board. - plus, first and last month's monitoring subscription payment Central Security also offers a reasonable 90-day notice cancellation policy. So, I don't feel like I am being locked into a long-term contract. I like that

It's working out fine. I had some problem with it to begin with. When they sent the pieces to me they had already batteries on them. I had to two keypad batteries and one keypad died within a few days when I set it up. The other keypad batteries died the following week but they did send me some new batteries to replace batteries. Anyhow, I had no problem with it

It went great. I've been recommending them to everyone looking for Home security. So far I have been so pleased with the service, the price and the quality. I received a quote from another security company and it was twice as much a month! The tech came out and reviewed our existing system to determine if anything needed to be upgraded/modified. He showed up on time and was very professional. He answered all of our questions and was very thorough in his assessment. They came out when it was convenient for me. I even had to reschedule twice due to work and they were very accommodating. He was there less than an hour and everything is working great! Their monthly payment plan is budget friendly, $16.95/mo but we paid for 6 months and got 2 free months for being an Angie's list customer. Got a personal letter from the owner of the company not too longer after welcoming us and giving us his email address in case we every have any issues. Great local company that seems to provide a high quality of service and puts the customer first. Highly recommend
