Great experience. Robert and Julie do a wonderful job. They kept us in the loop the whole time and followed up when the job was dome to be sure we were satisfied with the work. Robert helped me pick out hardwood flooring for our master bedroom and closets. There was so much to choose from but he was great at narrowing down the choices to what he thought I would like. The installers came right on time and were very professional. It took one day, in and out and it looks beautiful. We have two more projects and we will definitely be using People's

Last year I had Floor Coverings install hard woods in my home. At that time I did not want my staircase done since I had two small puppies that enjoyed racing me down the staircase. The hard woods we chose are soft on the feet and most important, they are not slick. I called on a Monday and they were able to order and install on Friday. Additionally, the Hickory hardwoods that we chose have held up to two small dogs that love to run and play. I have no scratches after a year and love the look of my home. Adding hardwoods to the staircase made my home more elligant. Another well done job

Jose and his team showed up when they said they would and were polite and courteous. They were hard workers and worked long hours to complete the job on time. Bill (owner) was attentive, checked to see how job was progressing and was responsive to questions. Replaced carpet and laminate with hardwood on second floor and installed new carpet on first floor.. Would recommend and use again

We called Peoples Signature Flooring to give us a bid on installing hardwood floors in our office building. Robert came and showed us samples and we settled on an upgraded floor that he suggested over the floor we were leaning towards. We had a date that we needed the flooring installed by and Robert moved jobs around for us and got our job done weeks earlier that promised. They completed everything over a weekend. We didn't need to call them back, like we did with another company we used on a floor install earlier in the year. Peoples Signature flooring far exceeded our expectations. I would not hesitate to call them if we ever need flooring installed in the future

They did a really good job. They weren't the cheapest. I picked them because they met my deadline. I used a few coupons from the floor manufacturer, so it ended up being about the same as the other company. They promised that they would level our floors and their guys didn't. That was one thing, but we are fine with it. I remembered the date they came out because my party was the 25th and I remember it was the Thursday before then

I wrote this review 2 months after the completion of the job as I am a firm believer in giving things a little time to settle in to know if you are truly satisfied with the product. In the seven years since purchasing our home my wife never warmed up to the travertine flooring, preferring hardwood. I finally realized that trying to justify keeping the travertine was a losing proposition. As the saying goes, “If momma ain’t happy ain’t nobody happy”! We went to a local flooring company and my wife picked out the flooring she liked and they came to our home to measure up the square footage. I told them that I wanted the job bid as follows: (1) The cost per sq. ft. on the demolition of the travertine. (2) The cost per sq. ft. on the hardwood flooring we picked out and (3) The cost per sq. ft. to install the hardwood flooring. The shoe molding, T-molding, adhesive etc. could be put into the actual estimate they would present. I always think it is a good idea to get a second and preferably a third estimate. I telephoned Total Pro Flooring and met Brian over the phone and asked if his company could get the specific flooring we were interested in. He said he would check with their supplier and get back to me. I also gave him the same parameters of how I wanted the job bid. In less than an hour he called back and gave me the figures. Total Pro Flooring’s pricing came in at 25 cents per sq. ft. less on the demolition, 50 cents per sq. ft. less on the installation and $1.63 per sq. ft. for the hardwood flooring. Based on this I told Brian to come out and measure the area to be installed. I then called a third flooring company who gave me a quote on the three main issues of demolition, installation and product costs. The third company was pretty much in line with the first retailer we contacted. The first company measured the area at 1,300 sq. ft. and Total Pro Flooring’s measurement was 1,106 sq. ft. (almost 200 sq. ft. less). Both companies said they would add approximately 10% to the measurement for scrap and cutting. With such a disparity in price I wondered if maybe they were going to use a second grade of materials so I asked Total Pro Flooring the grade of flooring that would be installed. They said “First Quality”. Every box of product they delivered the week before starting the job clearly stated “First Quality” on the manufacturers label affixed to the end of each box. When I returned the flooring sample to the first company and told them we were going with another company; they inquired why? I did not tell them who was getting our business but I did share the 3 major cost figures with them and that their measurement was 200 sq. ft. more. The only reply was “well good luck with that bid”. My reply was that if they miss-measured the job it would not be my problem but their problem as we had a signed a contract. Brian came three times to our home while the installation was being done and Chad, the owner of the business, came to our home the day after the job was completed to look things over, to thank us for our business and present us with a Bona floor maintenance kit. When reviewing our project we looked at the Pro’s and Con’s. The Pro’s were the price (almost 20% less than the first estimate), the product we choose and the professional installation with the job being completed a day and a half sooner than estimated. The Con’s - all the dust from the demolition of the travertine but the new flooring made it worthwhile. It has been my experience that every business when asked why someone would do business with you is an almost automatic knee jerk response, “We give good service” but it has been my experience that very few businesses actually provide good service. When I shop for goods or services, I may go where I am attracted but will return where I feel I received good service and that my business is appreciated. Total Pro Flooring delivered excellent service and made us feel that our business WAS APPRECIATED and we will do business with them on any future flooring projects

They have a really good personality. They are really thorough. You know what they are talking about. They talk a good game but they back it up with what they do. From A to Z they are top notch.
It went well. The contractor provided a team of two individuals who took two and a half days. In that time they removed carpeting, prepped the floors for the wood, and installed a beautiful hardwood floor. They took with them all the old material removed. At the end of everyday they cleaned the room of sawdust and scrap wood. On the last day they helped bring some large pieces of furniture back in the bedroom. Their craftsmanship was superb. I have already made plans to have Delgado Wood Floors finish the floors in three other rooms. I highly recommend Delgado Wood Floors
They were excellent. The whole company was wonderful. We didn't know what kind of color we wanted on it whether we wanted real shiny or not and his salesman got on the phone, got me on the internet and they showed me pictures. They just went really out of their way to help me. They were just very nice people. The helpers were nice and the owner was nice. The price was very reasonable. We got quotes from different people and they were the best
Went great. Crew was top notch. They installed hardwood in dining room, living room, master bedroom, hallway, and stairway. They removed tile from the hallway. It took them two days from start to finish. The stairway turned out real nice. All the cuts were clean and precise. No need for trim to cover the joints. These guys are good and their work is excellent
Chris came on time on three visits and did what I had outlined for him to do with the Squueek No More repair kit. Job went well. Except an area on the floor where the joists were not accessible from above, the squeaks are gone.
The Peace Frog guys showed up on time and were fast, courteous, thorough, and very respectful of my belongings. They carefully worked around light fixtures, etc. Everything looked really nice after they were done, including the especially dirty sunroom. They also got a red stain out of the bedroom carpet that had been there since I moved in. At the last minute, I asked to add couch upholstery cleaning to my order. They tested the material to see if it would work with their cleaners, and we found it wouldn't, but I appreciate their patience in trying. They also offered to sweep my hardwood floor at the end to tidy up
Thy had to use Mini jack hammer on flooring which was 1/2 thick. The used a blower that sucked all the dust out the window. So it was a clean environment and clean floor.
The installers were exceptional and the end results were great. The sales man went on vacation shortly after we paid for the hardwoods and installation and turned us over to someone in house who didn't always respond to my calls promptly. Regarding the carpet pad we wish we had picked a more premium higher grade pad but the salesman acted as if the medium grade would be cushy and it's not as plush as we prefer and gladly would have paid more for the plush pad. I would grade both the carpet installers and the hardwood installers an A and the salesman and front office a B -
Roman did an incredible job installing my vinyl and tile floors. He installed around 800 feet of tile and 1000 feet of vinyl in my rental property. He will be my primary contact for any floor issues. He did a fantastic job and the cost was very competitive. 5 stars all the way.
An onsite visit by the owner, Milton, confirmed his diagnosis over the phone. The custom tile shower pan installed 3 years ago was not done correctly and was leaking under the tile. He pointed out areas of concern and we set a work plan. After accepting his bid, the team arrived promptly as agreed 2 days later. My experience was with a very professional crew that maintained open communication throughout the project (4 days). They arrived at the agreed time each day and the first thing done was to spread drop cloths from the door to the work area to protect my hardwood flooring. When using the saws and jackhammer, they covered furniture with plastic. When possible, tile cutting was done outside. At the end of each day, they swept the work area and removed all debris and tools. Upon arrival, they removed the custom glass shower enclosure. After using a diamond saw to remove the bottom course of wall tile, they jackhammered the old pan down to the slab and cleaned the surface. They "sponged" out a lot of water that had been retained. The corner seat was removed from the shower because it was built with framing lumber and nails penetrated the mylar waterproof barrier. They rebuilt the pan using the proper slope and concrete bed, 40 mil mylar, etc. The corner seat was rebuilt using concrete cinder blocks. Using owner provided tile, they replaced the wall tile and re-tiled the seat. Owner provided river rock tile was installed on the floor (looks great!) and all tile was grouted with matching grout. They took extra care to minimize grout space in the river rock, too. While the tile was being grouted, Milton removed several cherry hardwood floor planks from the adjacent master bedroom floor. Water had migrated from the tile under the hardwood and blistered the finish. New owner provided planks were installed, along with a new cherry transition piece between the tile and hardwood floor. During reinstallation of the custom glass shower enclosure, they noticed a defective seal strip and replaced it. The crew also noticed some of the floor tile grout just outside the shower had darkened and applied some grout color so that all grout lines now match. The end product looks just like the original shower, but without the water leak! Very satisfied
Their price was reasonable and they were very professional. They were able to take out some of my flooring so an appliance could be installed. They were later able to reuse the same flooring. I was happy with the service provided.
They did a really good job. They weren't the cheapest. I picked them because they met my deadline. What do customers in Austin say about Hardwood Floor Installation?
Our home had some carpeted areas, and the remaining was primarily hickory hardwood. After visiting a number of floor outlets, we thought it would not be possible to match the stain of the existing hardwoods. No one wanted to tackle the job. Then we met Al, owner of Supreme Hardwoods. He did an excellent job of matching the stain of the floors that were nearly 16 years old. He and his crew were professional, meticulous, and I am very happy with the results. To date, Supreme hardwoods has completed two additional rooms. I intend to hire again.
