Nadia came out for an estimate and was very friendly. Their estimate to clean the gutters and install metal gutter guards on all of the gutters was only $5 more than another company that was only offering to clean the gutters. On the day of the cleaning, they were very patient as some unexpected things came up. They were able to start without us having to be home. When we got home, they paused and talked to us. They kept us appraised of all of the issues they found and performed some repairs free of charge. We have an old house, so we're used to having unexpected issues come up for all of our repairs. We're not used to someone providing small repairs free of charge. Nadia even pointed out some issues with our roofing shingles that we hadn't noticed before. It is obvious that they are in business to provide quality work, and they truly care for their customers. This is a great company to do business with. We plan on using them in the future when it is time for new gutters

I shopped around before hiring Austin Gutterman, and I thought I was going to choose the lowest priced bidder. They were not the lowest priced quote I got, but their folks came across as very knowledgeable and very professional - so much more so than the 2 other folks I had interviewed that I decided to go with the highest bid this time. Everyone with this company treated me right, from sales, to scheduling, and the installation team. I have had the gutters for a bit over a month now and when I look at them I am still impressed. I compare them to other homes on my street and the quality is so much better than any of my neighbors. They are sturdy and well made, definitely quality work. Yes, they were a few dollars more than the competition but I don't regret that extra money. They were worth it

Initial consult completed on time and with the required detail to conduct comparison shopping. Work completed as scheduled. There was a mistake in the color of the downspouts installed, however one call to the company resulted in prompt and courteous service to correct the issue within 7 days. There was no negotiation or pushback from the company to correct the issue and was professional the entire transaction. Excellent product and service by the entire team that uses US material and internal company installers. Overall exceptional experience, highly recommend this company

We had gutters installed on all four sides of our house and on a detached garage. We also had to bury two downspouts that otherwise would have crossed pathways, which they did. They were the only gutter company I reached out to that would also bury two drain pipes. Xellent Gutters was one of the more affordable quotes I received, and Jesus maintained great communication throughout the process. He was also on-site frequently monitoring and checking on the work, which I appreciated. I would definitely hire them again

He provided invaluable assistance in filing for insurance, met with the insurer's adjuster, and briefed all concerned at a homeowners' meeting. The roofing crew did an excellent installation job in a reasonable time frame. They did an impressive job in removing and hauling away the old roof without creating any mess at all. Our property is completely surrounded by concrete driveways and alleyways and we were worried that it would be contaminated with roofing nails. Not one nail was ever seen by any homeowner. All the owners were pleased with the results. This firm is highly recommended

I was never told the gutters were going to stripe. I would not have gotten white gutters. it is less than one year since they are installed and they look terrible. I spent many hours perfecting my remodel and the gutters are truly a disappointment. They are SENOX gutters. Beware, ask questions. The contractor Javier Tenorio had a responsibility to make me aware of what my gutters would look like in a year and then I would have been informed to make a different gutter choice. I feel this information was omitted so he could close the deal.
