Hired them to seal slow-leaking French Doors and replace surrounding wood floor and trim. Repair showed signs of damage about a year later meaning leak was not properly fixed. Company was shared this information via email/no response.

He also knows how to custom build a door when the specifications do not match what is generally available. His specialty is as a door carpenter. HOME OWNERS BEWARE! I am having to come out with a statement regarding this company. They installed doors that were not built to standard on our home. We spent thousands of dollars on these French doors. Lance, the gentleman we worked with at the Front Door Company on Burnet, said he would replace the faulty doors. However, he has since changed his mind and instead sent over a repair man to rig them to the best of his best ability. Not only that, but in the time it took Lance to decide not to stand by his word, the doors were left unprimed and open to the elements during several rainy days. Unfortunately, I broke my ankle and we have neither the hearts nor the time to deal with this company anymore. It sounds like they get many things right, but when they get it wrong, boy do they get it wrong

They were quite professional. It was only later that I discovered that they didn't use as much insulation as they should have. It seemed to be a poor job on the insulation part of it. We discovered it when we had a siding job done and they pointed it out. Otherwise, when they did the work, it seemed fine and we were happy with them

The price was reasonable, not the cheapest but certainly not the highest and certainly the best quality. For the French doors, it was about $7000 and most of it was the cost of the door itself, not a lot of labor. The windows were about $6500 and that was vinyl windows for the entire house.

We also discovered the bottoms of the doors are rotting out, but Despite this He was able to reset the doors to close properly and fixed a gap under the threshold. The gentemen was very nice and provided lots of information about what we would need to get order a new set of doors in the future. My only complaint was that he was 45 minutes late for the appointment, but he called to let me know and finished the work in a timely manner

They rebuild framing and removed the wall below the window. They also did the plaster too. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They did the work in high quality. They also accepted last minute changes in the order as well. All of this was done in one full day to get the door in and sealed. It took the 2nd day to get the inside framing work done. Then the 3rd day they did the outside framing work and the stucco work done. Instead of doing all this work in one day, they did the work in 3 days. The sealing was done in one day and that was important to us, because it was cold outside. The sales guy was pushy, but the salesman was very good at compiling all the discounts I could get in that day. He and his supervisor were both understanding when we re-corrected the order. The bid was high, but that estimated included EVERYTHING. That included buying the window and they also repainting to match the existing exterior. They worked with 3 other contractors and the end result was fabulous

I already had purchased the doors, and after the installer had a look at what he was working with, he went out to Home Depot the same morning and bought the remaining materials needed for the job. He and his one man crew knew what they were doing and finished the project very quickly, despite the horrible weather. The fit and finish of the job was top notch. Very professional with no surprises thrown in - would definitely recommend them in a heartbeat

Marcus came out promptly to measure and discuss the french doors I wanted to add to my enclosed porch to replace the previous storm doors. He gave me a rough estimate for installation and the name of a supplier in town that he likes where I could look at the options. I went there, but became confused by the measurements and was afraid to order anything myself, so I had Marcus take care of the ordering for me (for an additional cost). He remeasured to verify what we needed, did the research with the supplier, and sent me a written estimate via email. After I accepted the proposal, we had several emails back and forth to iron out small details, such as which door opened and the color of the threshold. A date was set for delivery and installation. The supplier delivered right on time, and Marcus arrived with his helper just as scheduled. The installation went smoothly and the doors operate perfectly. I've very satisfied with the work and would use them again in the future for any door needs

Very impressed with the speed and efficiency that they replaced the door. Arrived at 0830 and finished by 1130. Gabriel and Ruben did a amazing job installing the sliding glass door. Could have found a lower price for the door but went with the higher price for the lifetime warranty and quality of materials and workmanship

Sam at Austin We Fix It was truly a refreshing experience for us. This was our third estimate with other providers that just never called us back or took over a week to provide a proposal. Sam came and measured very quickly and gave us a fair price and estimate immediately. Him and his crew were at the store that was holding our french doors the next day, picking up and delivering the doors to our house. It was amazing to us to have such a quick turnaround. What I really enjoyed was sharing with him our frustrating experiences with installers thus far and him actually listening and caring. He squeezed our job in quickly in the middle of his other job and I was very impressed by him as a person. So, onto the job... they installed the doors very well that same day. And thank goodness they had a very careful eye to detail, quality and longevity. I say longevity because they were aware of protecting the exterior from wood rot, and caring for the interior trim to look the best possible aesthetically. I highly recommend his services and plan on using him for other handyman jobs and remodels in the future
