In general the service was fine. Nothing needed to be done to the hot water heater after it was flushed. All three toilets in the house needed he flappers replaced, but it would be $93.00 each for Excalibur to do it , so I declined. Knowing how expensive they are without an Angie's coupon, I would not hire them again

The water heater flush went fine. However, even though there is nothing wrong with my current water heater, the plumber tried to sell me a new one for $1800. He also reported a leaky faucet in the bathroom and quoted several hundred dollars to replace it. I had another plumber take a look since I have a home warranty service, and the leak was non-existent

From our first contact on the phone, to the home visit to select materials, to the last visit to complete an inspection our experience was perfect. Greg and Sam are knowledgeable , professional, reliable, and very courteous. The work was done in a timely manner and friends and family who come into our home admire the transformation of our kitchen from a run of the mill, builders style kitchen into a truly beautiful and functional space. Everyone who worked in our home installing the counter tops, plumbing, and tile did a superb job. I had one small, very small, issue that was immediately addressed to our complete satisfaction. Ken helped me with several installations in my guest house, which was just a wooden shed when he first started. He installed new insulation and drywall, flooring, kitchenette and painted the interior and exterior. He was always on time, got things done in a timely manner and was able to resolve any issues we ran into along the way. I will definitely hire him again for any handyman work in the future

Very prompt response. Very professional. Two gentlemen performed the services. They requested installation instructions in advance in order to bring the appropriate tools. They arrived on time and installed the fans and doors in less than one day. Very polite and respectful. Wore masks. They knew what they were doing and cleaned up when they were done. All I had to do was vacuum afterward. I will call them again when I need work done

Raymond Davis installed/modified the gas pipe to accommodate installation of a new dual fuel range and installed the range. From start to finish it was EXCELLENT! When I requested an estimate for the job, he responded promptly to schedule a meeting. He arrived on time and efficiently diagnosed the needs and gave me an estimate both on the spot and in a follow-up email. After I purchased the range, he responded quickly to my request and accommodated my schedule. He arrived as promised on the date scheduled, worked steadily and efficiently to complete the work, instructed me regarding operation and safety features. He made sure my other gas appliances were back up and running properly after the gas was turned back on. I couldn't be happier and I highly recommend Davis Plumbing Services! I will definitely call them again

James came in and was able to fix the few tiles that had been set incorrectly, and then quickly finished the job with grout and installed fixtures. He also installed a new threshold where two flooring types (bamboo and tile) were butting up at different heights. All his work is very professional looking, and he had some good suggestions on how to fix things that had gone awry. He was very professional, and very considerate of my pets and baby. He always closed the doors and warned me when he was going to start up his saw.
