They came for 3 separate jobs; in each case they were prompt, polite, and knowledgeable. (a) First they cleared a clogged drain (b) Second they fixed a leak under the sink, even coming back a second time when there developed a second parallel leak. On that visit they identified our water pressure as too high. (c) They installed a pressure reducing valve. That turned out to be a much harder job than they expected, taking place over two days. After they left, we experienced vibration in our pipes, so they came back without charge to adjust the pressure valve setting, which fixed it

Service was excellent. Cost was explained up front as well as the fact that there might be some time involved due to the age of our home and the fact that it is made with stone so some chipping may be involved. Wanted to make sure we were okay with having to chip stone from around the pipes in order to remove old faucets. Chipping was to a minimum and we got good quality faucets. I signed up for their Round Table maintenance plan. I haven't called to use the plan yet so will reserve review on that until I actually get the water heater flushed and the plumbing inspection done later this year

It went very well. Paul showed up on time and did a bang up job. He also cleaned up afterwards and hauled off all the trash from the job site. He had to do some additional work because our shut off valves froze up and had to be replaced.

Power Plumbing & Sewer Contractor Inc
Power sent a service guy out who arrived on time. After he inspected the faucet and showed me what he thought was the issue. It was a break or leak in the copper feed pipes, that required a new faucet and 2 to 2 1/2 hours estimated repair time. He also would only do the replacement of the faucet if I bought the faucet from them!?? So Power quoted me a new faucet $310 and repair time $280, for a total of $590. Would it make sense for me to go through them to buy a faucet that is under warranty. I called Moen they shipped a new faucet for $70. I called a different plumber to installed at a low rate. Handyman came out replace one part and not the entire faucet for $139!! And the leak was fixed. Power Plumbing showed me their inexperience serviceman, lack of knowledge and ability to scam a customer. Thanks

It went great! Ed was here on time, worked nonstop and got all my work done. He went to Home Depot to get parts needed and did such a good job. I even called the company back and had them out for more work a week or so later. Just an outstanding experience. Ed was great both times. Highly recommend this company

Initially called Excaliber Plumbing to look at a AC overflow pan. The technician said that I would need to call an AC company as it needed someone with HVAC capability. Excaliber Plumbing DID NOT CHARGE ME! When I wanted to have my kitchen faucet problem evaluated, I called Excaliber Plumbing. They came out (Curtis was our service man - he was great, very professional, knowledgeable and courteous) and said that we could replace the existing faucet cartridge or buy a new faucet. We told Curtis that we would go buy a new faucet and he said that while we did that, he would go to his next location and to call us when we were back home. He came a few minutes after we called and installed the new faucet. I would highly recommend Excaliber Plumbing to anyone and will definitely use they (and hopefully, Curtis) in the future

He arrived within the designated time. He was friendly and professional. He ran into a problem with my faucet during installation, but was able to come up with a solution that worked. Has to be the best Handyman service in town. The handyman showed up on time and did the work as detailed. The installation of the kitchen faucet was very challenging with pipes not fitting properly and causing a bit of leak. This was fixed. The faucet was installed very cleanly. The old faucet had rusted and it was cleanly removed
