Bruce did a fantastic job. We originally hired him to replace a defective light switch and install a lighting fixture. In working on the switch Bruce noticed that one of our electrical outlets looked "burned" and investigated the cause. It turns out that all of the electrical outlets had been installed in an incorrect and unsafe manner by the original builder. Bruce replaced all of the electrical outlets in our home and we now feel much safer. He was prompt, courteous, helpful, and took the time to explain what he was doing and why. We will definitely use him again in the future

He came back a second time and put in two new outlet boxes we liked better. We was satisfied with his work both times. I needed an electrical outlet added in a closet area to supply power to a alarm system. I was hoping to get this done quickly to finish our alarm system installation. I called Duhon Electric and they picked up immediately. They were able to make an appointment for the next day. I've learned that's very rare with electricians in Austin. The serviceman showed up right on time and was very friendly. I was doing things around the house so I don't remember how long it took for him to complete but I was surprised when he said he was all done. It looked and worked perfectly. He cleaned up his mess and he was on his way. I highly recommend Duhon Electric

Upon arriving home and inspecting their work, I was upset to find that they had changed the plug on my dryer to the outdated 3 prong type instead of upgrading our new (resale) home's old 3 prong outlet with an up-to-code 4 prong outlet as I had requested they do. I immediately called On Time- it was after 5 pm- and informed them of their mistake after forewarning them I was quite upset. I would say whoever handled the call did a great job- she pointed out that THEIR records showed they performed the work I requested, but wasted no time being confrontational and assured me they would have the technician out within the next two days to put the 4 prong plug back on our dryer, and change out the wall outlet. The technician (re)did the work cheerfully and precisely and I was not charged for their mistake. I will add however, that replacing a plug on a dryer is very simple and inexpensive to do and that I would personally never pay $149 for that service

I hired T Electrical Services as the electrical contractor to completely wire my new construction 4500 sq foot home. From setting under slab conduits prior to pouring the slab, rough in, and final trim out, all went well. Obviously with new construction there will always be change orders, and minor glitches, that all require lots of communication and I had no issues at all getting in touch with them, either by text, phone call or email. Always prompt to return my calls, and always took care of my concerns. Patience and communication is the name of the game when you're building a house and they were certainly patient with me as I had a lot of requests that didn't necessarily show up on the house plans. I'm sure I'll be using them again as my future needs dictate as I develop the rest of my property

I expected the electrician at 8 am. When he appeared to be late I called Dailey and inquired if something had happened. After checking their records they said they had me down for a 1 pm appointment. I believe there was likely a mix-up when I made the appointment two weeks prior. 1 pm is when I said I had to be at work and could not do the appointment. Dailey checked with their electricians who were out working and quickly had someone out to my house in less than 30 minutes. The electrician that arrived was efficient and polite. He installed the new plug and 'cleaned up' some nearby wiring. I always appreciate someone taking an extra moment to leave things a little better than they found them. (My house is over 50 years old, I have seen my wiring, and yes-it is a mess in some places.) The plug is ready to go for the water heater tomorrow and I'm a happy customer
