Good experience. We hired Chase to lay down modern gray cork to unify a mish-mash of flooring materials before putting our NW Hills 70s house on the market. Nice selection of all types of flooring, helped us choose the one we did as most bang for the buck, gave us a quick and comprehensive quote. Installers were on time, polite, skilled, and fast. The job site was kept clean and the debris promptly cleared. A couple of areas we weren't thrilled with were quickly corrected without hassle. I was very impressed with Bruno's work and attention to detail. He was able to fit the cork floor perfectly in my irregular kitchen in my old bungalow built in 1920. The leveling job was also impressive, my floors are now totally level! Feels like a major upgrade. Well worth it and highly recommended

It went very well. The team started in late July and intermittently would assign one expert at a time to perform the work of their specialty. They started by removing the old grungy tile in the entrance way and installed the new. They installed all the flooring including the cork in the kitchen and the bamboo flooring throughout the house while we went on a two week road trip. They were very trustworthy while we were gone and installed a lock box on the premises when they were not present. The handrail/new pony wall was started before we left for vacation and the stairs were rebuilt while we were on vacation. All the work was performed a the highest standard and they performed excellent work. The finished all the work on 8/27/2011

Landers Premier Flooring provides a great selection of flooring with the added touch of having sales staff that understand design and how stressful it can be selecting floors. Cristen Finnell looked at my countertop selection and ask a series of questions to guide me through deciding on my cabinet wood and color. From there, I was able to select my cork, tile, and back splashes. Cristen brought samples by the house when she was measuring and also designed the tile layout for the bathrooms including tile shelves. Installation was excellent and I'm very happy with the overall experience

We contacted Ron and met with him to go over our requests on September 10. We told him that we needed these five things done before Christmas - that was our mistake. Ron said he would be able to get to us in October. We had five jobs listed in the request for services. He e-mailed us in October and said that his wife was sick and we would have to wait until Thanksgiving week. He had things to finish so "he" didn't actually make it here until late afternoon on December 1. I didn't actually see Ron on the job site until about noon on Dec. 2 The drywall in the garage was fixed satisfactorily and so was the replacement of the column on the front porch. The problems came with our request to put laminate flooring in our kitchen. Because we have a narrow galley kitchen, he thought it would be too difficult to lay the flooring the way that we wanted and he would have to turn the flooring to run perpendicular to the existing laminate in the dining area and though he said we had enough material to do the job, he said that he couldn't be sure. We ordered a cork vinyl to finish the job and the transition piece between the two floors matches neither and is unfinished. This job was finally finished on December 21. The other two jobs that were on the list were not estimated and were not finished as we had requested

Delgado Wood Floors exceeded our expectations by transforming our 19th century oak/walnut inlay floors to their near original beauty. The sanding, filling and sealing of our varied species of wood floors was completed in a very professional manner. The workmanship was excellent. The Delgado team was equally skilled when installing our LVT at laundry room and engineered wood at kitchen. We were especially pleased by the concientious nature of the team who returned multiple times to complete our kitchen floor after 2 or 3 occasions finding the humidity too high to complete the work. Delgado Wood Floors will be my go to from now on, and I will recommend them to my design clients with confidence

We have worked with Kris in the past and were eager to work with her again on our new big project. We trust Kris, like her viewpoint on design, and follow her guidance/advice. For this project, we were downsizing from a large newer home to an older much smaller home. Kris provided consulting services before we closed on our house straight through to the completion of our remodeling project. We needed to gut the kitchen and dining room to create a new eat-in kitchen. We needed to eliminate furniture that wouldn't fit in the new house. We were replacing the flooring in the entire first level of the house. We replaced all the windows. We needed to remove popcorn ceilings and repaint 100% of the interior of the home, including removal of wood paneling. We relied on Kris' design expertise throughout all of this work. She consulted and made recommendations, which we executed on, regarding design improvements, color selection and product selection. Kitchen: Kris was instrumental in the creation of a new layout for our kitchen and the selections for the entire kitchen - wall color, backsplash, flooring, countertops, cabinet color, window treatments, light fixtures. Light fixtures were sourced through Kris. Living Areas: Furniture placement, color palette, feedback on area rug selections, wall décor placement. Windows: We worked with Kris to select all our window treatments, which she sourced for us. Came up with the perfect solution for our window needs - roman shades. And so pleased that we finally did the black-out lining for our bedrooms! Flooring: We decided to go with a hard wood floor throughout the first level of the house, Kris helped us select the wood, sourced the product and recommended an excellent craftsman who could do the installation of the flooring. Kris can take most of the credit for the beautiful result of the remodeling project. ;) We couldn't have done it without her! Side note: My husband and I have a very dynamic relationship especially when it comes to big decisions and can be a challenge to work with. Extra points go to Kris for being able to successfully navigate the highs and lows of working with a couple like us

The floor was installed in a 43 year old house. The foundation was more uneven than expected an the old walls and flood repairs presented challenges. The installer did a beautiful job of floating the floors so there is no flex or noise. The representative helped find wide baseboards that matched the door frames and other trim but also helped cover up wall gaps and damage. No one knows the floor isn't wood. The maintenance is easier than wood or laminate flooring. We love it

I had originally called asking for help in putting the transitions between my tile and hardwood floor between my kitchen and living room. I just couldn't figure out how to make it work right--based on my DIY project. In addition, I had an entrance where the tile was a different level than the hardwood. Finally, in an effort to level an area where the previous owners had the floor leveled, using a sander, I "lowered" the floor to much creating a dip in my flooring. This was not good. They came in, fixed all the transitions (including the ones going into a bedroom I'd forgotten about) but the big thing was he took up over 1/2 the floor to get to the 'dip'. He poured a compound on the area and smoothed it out to now be level with the rest of the floor. Then replaced all of the hardwood (again). It all looks great now. Then I asked them to replace the faucet in my sink. All done in a 1/2 day. Very happy with the results

3-31-2022 Incredible customer service experience! Our beautiful wood floors had been ruined by a dishwasher malfunction. The wood floors covered the kitchen, dining room, and living room, and the water damage had gone into the dining room too. We were very distraught about having to replace the wood with a different type of flooring, because we loved our wood floors! A few companies came out to give us an estimate, but it seemed that no one wanted to take on the job, because of the problems involved. When we reached out to Doug Taborn, with Floor Coverings International, he was quick to set up an appointment with us! Doug seemed confident that his company could resolve the problem! They would replace the damaged dining room boards with wood that was taken out of the kitchen, and install a wonderful new product, Coretec, in the kitchen and pantry! Doug's wife, Janet, came with him when he brought the new samples, and she was extremely helpful in picking out the color/pattern! They are both extremely delightful to work with! And in the end, we could not be happier with everything! The floor guys, Luis, Jerry, and Alex were wonderful! They are very professional, very detail-oriented, and very hard working! You cannot even tell where the boards were replaced in the dining room! And the kitchen product, Coretec, is beautiful, and very comfortable to stand and walk on!
