They initially did paint the siding the wrong color but they quickly fixed it and did not blame me so it was not an issue

I contacted the company in early December for a bid to replace all of my aluminum windows with vinyl replacement windows. The salesperson Jacob was very accomodating even though they were extremely busy with the energy tax credit deadline looming. He was able to quickly set up an appointment and came by to see the house and gave me a bid. They were able to suggest options that resulted in a lower cost for the project. The installers arrived on time and finished the installation in one day. The install team also inlcuded a carpenter that was able to replace rotted wood from a bay window and did so without additional labor cost. Greg the owner visited the job site to start the install off and returned to make sure I was happy with the results. I am very pleased with the look and performance of my new energy efficient double hung and sliding windows

The box stores had told me that they could not do that because the window area was too small, but since Ringer makes all their own windows, they were able to do it. They were professional, worked with my schedule and left the area spotless when they were through. I was so pleased with their work that I used them again to replace some windows on my home and plan on using them in the future to replace the rest of the windows in my home

Although very costly, we had Andersen windows before and knew they were extremely high quality. Our house was very cold in the winter, hot in the summer. To bring down our energy bills and to increase the comfort level in our house, we bit the bullet and replace the first floor windows. Andersen is very professional and did exactly what they promised in a timely and orderly way. We had only one small glitch, which was caused by the office staff not returning phone calls. We had ordered new blinds and wanted the touch up painting done before they were installed. Since it was a very small job, it must have been put in the "to do later file". This was the only small complaint

The crew showed up on time and got right to work. They pulled our blinds, moved furniture that my wife and I couldn't, replaced 8 windows, Rehung the blinds, replaced the furniture, and cleaned everything up nicely. All in about 8 hours. Probably would have been faster but the original window installers used improper methods to attach the windows and they had to be careful to not damage the interior or exterior walls. The windows look GREAT! My wife is tickled pink at how much better the house looks, from inside and out. Our crew consisted of Ben Amato, the boss, David Smith, Trey Amato, Brad Floyd, and Greg Tyce. They were excellent, knew their stuff, were VERY careful with the demo and install, and it was very apparent that they were all about doing the very best job possible. Didn't hurt that they were friendly and funny as well. Not enough words in my vocabulary to show how much we appreciated them

Ordered 27 windows for my older home. Manufacturing delays caused a few weeks of delay on the expected timeline. Once the windows did arrive we were very happy with the quality of manufacturing. Provider failed to test for lead appropriately during the sales process and discovered after the first day of chiseling and knocking out windows that indeed lead was present on many surfaces. Immediately upon discovering, the owner took care of the lead issue by properly sealing the work areas. Post install we paid for the AC ducts to be thoroughly cleaned and provider offered to pay that bill as a result of the problems on the first day. I appreciated that but won't let that influence my review. A third party painter/carpenter came to review the work and give bids on the painting of the trim, their feedback was that the windows were installed correctly and were of high quality but that the trim work on the inside was very badly done. Because the new windows were substantially shallower than the old frames, the trim used was too shallow, in many places the trim was not fully attached and was buckling due to missing nails, as well the trim at the bottom of each window was done in a very odd shape so that there was a gap between the bottom trim and rest of the trim, overall it just looks mediocre. Painters did their best with fillers and caulk to fix the botched trims. I might use this provider again in the future because they represent what I think are the highest quality replacement windows but I would be more diligent about reviewing the trim work before paying them. Perhaps my ignorance as to window install quality is why I didn't catch the trim issue and It's quite possible they would have come back and fixed the trim because they were responsive to any complaints but I didn't have the patience to drag the project out any longer

I had 2 tires on the front of my VW Passat that were close to the end of their useful lives. However, I had a full size spare in my trunk that had never been used. They were willing to the replace on the the worn out front's with the same exact tire I had for a spare, then put the spare on the other front. They mounted and balanced a total of 3 tires. The cost of the tire was $118 plus tax, add an oil change, and it all ended up being quite reasonable. The wait was not long since it was a weekday morning, but they could have called right away when it was done, not wait until I returned

Firstly, I like the fact that Mike answers his phone. I know a lot of people are busy, and I dont demand thsi type of response...but when it happens this way...well it is just a great bonus. I explained what I needed done, and it was difficult for me to set a time as we were at the mercy of the counter contractors finishing. Mike called me to check in , and I finally gave him the green light.It turns out that there were some "extra " things that needed to be done in unison with the job, and it was my error for not describing. Mike took care of the issues..having to make 2 home depot runs. He didnt ask for more money, ut out of fairness I offered and paid it. He is a nice guy...clean, respectful and knowledgeable. The job took longer because of the additional issues, and I knew that he had a previous engagement, but he finished the job without any anxiety or complaints. That was good. As a woman I get intimidated when I have to deal with hothead males. I would definitely use him again, adn I found out afterward that he is knowledgeable in tile work as well

We had gotten bids from several window replacement companies. Of the companies we got bids from, Four Seasons had the best product, not the best price, but certainly the best product of what we had seen. Once the deal was signed, they had to submit to our HOA in The Woodlands. After not hearing anything for a couple weeks, I called them and asked if the windows were on order and when the install date was. They said they hadn't heard back from the HOA yet. We started calling and found out the HOA had never received the paperwork. Turns out Four Seasons did not have the correct address, seems like that would be something they would make sure they had prior to sending them off. In any event, once we took care of that, the windows were ordered and approx 6 weeks later they were in and install date was set. During the time between making the decision and final install, the folks at Four Seasons were responsive to our questions and kept us informed of progress along the way

Excellent experience. I had broken window out after locking myself out. SInce we had been doing some remodeling recently, decided to look at replacing some or all of the windows in our home. I looked at and got bid for lowcost vinyl replacements but didn't like the look of the materials. I checked another installer, but they wanted to do the sit down with both the wife and I for a sales presentation. That wasn't necessary!!! I had known about Anchor Ventana from my days in the insurance business and more than twenty years in the community. I called AV, set up an appointment. Mike arrived as scheduled, he was clean and courteous. He took the required measurement and stated they would be getting back to me next day with the cost figures. Next day Linda called me and faxed over the numbers with a breakdown as requested. I discussed with my wife, decided not to replace just the broken window but replace the full set of bay and kitchen windows with Low e-glass because they are oriented toward morning sun and thus would eliminate glare and allow less heat penetration. ( I was not eligible for up to $1500.00 rebate because I did not replace with vinyl windows) We scheduled and install date, Gary and Jessie came out, got to work and completed the job in a timely manner. I was very pleased with the results. I will be using AV for another wall of windows soon.
