Recent Review: Ralph was awesome. I called him Monday afternoon about installing 2 ceiling fans and replacing a toilet. He said he could come out the next day at 9:30 and quoted me $350 (barring unforeseen problems). He showed up the next day a little early and immediately began work. After assembling the first fan Ralph discovered it had a defect (no chain to change the speed). Not only did he take it back to the store and exchange it for me, he didn't charge me an extra cent for all that work. Once all the work was complete, I inspected it and it was fantastic. I plan to use Instant Repair for all my contracting work from here on out. Fantastic service, great prices, and a high level of professionalism (even removed his shoes before going to carpeted areas of the house) have earned a customer for life.

Recent Review: They had a very high quality fan display. After we picked out a fan they had a quick response time to get it installed and had it installed within a day or so. They cleaned up after themselves and we really liked the work they did.

Recent Review: The electrician assessed the area and removed the old fan, then installed the new fan. The electrician seemed irritated when I asked questions about the cost and the installation process, and when I asked him to elaborate on his comments that the original fan had been installed incorrectly. Also, when the assistant asked to use the bathroom, they seemed irritated that I asked that the area be cleaned (wipe down the toilet rim of any urine splatter) if his assistant wanted to use my personal bathroom. It makes me VERY UNCOMFORTABLE when strangers want to come in my home to use the bathroom.
