They have a good selection of fireplace sets and grills in stock, so you can see just what you're getting. Then they do the installation (ours was within a few days of purchase) carefully and professionally, again answering all your questions and offering helpful suggestions. Everything is done by a family member and an owner of the business. They are friendly, experienced, knowledgeable and professional. We will definitely go to them when we need to replace our grill

Grant responded promptly when I called and scheduled a time to come out and do an estimate. He showed up on time, discussed what was needed, made some good suggestions, then emailed a quote. He stuck to the price he quoted. He was very good about showing up on time, calling if there was a delay, and working late to get the job done on time. He replaced the kitchen counters, removed the florescent fixtures and replaced them with track lights. He also rebuilt the fireplace surround and built a new mantle for it. He replaced the dressing room vanity and counter and installed dual basins, medicine cabinets and light fixtures. He also re-textured the entire living room/dining room ceiling. The quality of the work was excellent. Grant is personable and helpful. He has a lot of experience and expertise and really pays attention to detail. In addition, when asked, he offered several tips on how to do some other projects I was working on. I was very pleased with the work and will certainly call on him again

From the moment we walked in the door at their store to shop for the gas logs until the moment that the installers walked out of our house after they finished the installation, we have been super impressed with every aspect of this business! This is a family owned and run business. The son, Mike, that was working the store the day we walked in, was super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He patiently answered all of our questions and was upfront about all of our options but was never pushy in any way. We left their store and went and shopped several other stores around town. The prices at Gas Logs Express were very competitive and the quality seemed to be higher than other places. Plus they were the most helpful of all the stores we shopped. So, we went back and purchased from them and we could not be happier! Today they came out and installed the logs. A son and daughter in the family were the install team. They were also extremely nice, polite, knowledgeable and efficient.. They were very respectful of my home and everything was cleaned up just perfectly by the time they were done. They were super quick to install it and took the time to show us all the features of our new fireplace and go over proper usage. I am extremely impressed with this family run business and I will highly recommend them to anyone I know based on this fantastic experience

As a very picky customer, I can say with confidence that Ed is picky too. He is a consummate professional. He listened carefully to what we wanted, offered suggestions, and made certain we were happy with every aspect of his work. In fact, after installing new soft-close hinges for our kitchen cabinet doors, he chose to take them all down and replace the hinges with a slightly different size, making the doors fit together just a little better. It went well. The serviceman came when he said he would and was able to figure out the jigsaw puzzle of cast iron fireplace pieces and fit them into the correct fireplaces.--Each fireplace was different. It wasn't as easy as it may sound. He also installed the new metal back to the cast iron insert since the original fire brick was missing. I was happy with the work. I was charged the minimal service fee. Again, these are nonfunctional fireplaces and are for looks only

I paid him a lot of money and he didn't even complete half the work. His contractors caused more damages to my home and he refused to fix the issue. He wouldn't return my calls or visit my home to review the work that was done. He refused to give me the glass inserts that I've paid him for that goes with the new cabinets ordered and his contractors damaged my new cabinets while trying to install them. Cabinets have cracked frames, multiple screw holes (because they had to take them down and put them up multiple times because they put them up wrong). They caused more drywall damage to my home while trying to install the granite countertops and multiple holes where they cut the drywall in the ceiling trying to put up the recessed lighting. I have chipped paint / scratches on my new cabinets along with screw holes through the outer frames. The doors are not aligned and they cut through all the cabinet crown molding trying to put the molding on and did not replace the material. This is the worst company when it comes to customer service response and if you want good quality work

We seldom use our fireplace so it wasn't really dirty, but we're getting a new door for it so this seemed a good time to have it checked. It's probably been 15-20 years since it was last cleaned, etc. Top Hat went over the fireplace and clearly explained how it works. Noted that we didn't have a chimney cap. They were able to install one at that visit. Would definitely use them again

Jay is an outstanding builder. He worked with us on various changes we had to make due to local regulations that forced a change in the original design. His team cleaned up every night and attended to every detail. I could not be happier with the work they did. I would recommend him for any internal or external job. The enclosed unit was new to him and he spent his time with the supplier and the manufacturer to ensure it was both installed correctly and minimize new material purchases to help keep the cost down. Top Hat Chimney Sweeps LLC
Requested the chimney on a rental house be cleaned. Top Hat reported that the chimney liner was fractured and a new liner was needed. Top Hat provided an estimate and requested a down payment of $500 to order a custom chimney liner. The repair took two days (the mortar on the chimney cap had to set prior to installing the spark arrestor. Great job

I was offered a discount equivalent to the sales tax if I would pay in cash (I declined and paid by personal check). The agreed-upon service date had to be rescheduled due to rain, which had made it impossible to trim the trees as scheduled. Rescheduling was easy. The crew was very efficient and friendly. The lead/supervisor was present at the start of the job but left while the job was in progress (this seems to happen a lot with all sorts of services involving physical labor; the lead/supervisor assured me he was available via cell phone if necessary, but everything went smoothly). A follow-up call asking to seal some cuts was handled promptly, professionally, and cheerfully

Had to replace the glass on 1 fireplace that required new parts to be ordered, which took several weeks to complete after the incorrect size was initially delivered. Jack came out right on time and went right to work. Our gas kit is 9 years old and was pretty worn out. He suggested a couple of nice ideas to spruce up our fireplace. I had never been happy with the noisy pilot light on our remote control gas kit. He suggested going back to manual lighting to save on gas and have a quieter fire. He did a thorough cleaning job on the fireplace and we arranged for him to return in order to install some fresh gas logs. Jack is a great guy and a hard worker. He completely cleaned up the work area and hearth. The fireplace looks brand new! I highly recommend Wolfman Chimney to anyone needing cleaning and/or installation. You can't go wrong

Was Very impressive and pleasant introduction and detailed explanation of product, options, insurance and prices by Starr Roofing Representative - Ray Mondro. No push, no rush, no tricks like “let me call to my supervisor”. I had enough time to think, compare, google some information. Starr Roofing company was my best choice. I liked price, material, agreement, warranty and offered add-ons. On agreed day Star Roofing’s crew showed up around 8 am and finished job in one day. Very professional and customer oriented job. After work was done crew left around 9 pm Next Morning, I looked on my fantastic brand-new roof. With the Best 50years-shingles and 25 years labor warranty. I'm very satisfied with how fast and clean they worked. It’s amazing, I did not find any screws or trash anywhere around hose, backyard or front yard. AGD did a great job. Luis, who did the estimate and the measurements, was punctual, professional and communicative. He and the other staff members were extremely helpful when I contacted them in a rush after firing my previous countertop installer. They did everything they could to get the measurements and installation done as quickly as possible since we had already been without counters 3 weeks by that point. The installation itself was quickly and expertly done, and the countertops are gorgeous. The seam connecting two pieces is so thin, and the pattern on the quartz matched so well, that you have to look really hard to see it. I am more than thrilled with my countertops, and I recommend AGD highly

They also pointed out some damage on my chimney that may cause problems in the future. Offered to give an estimate for that repair to prevent future problems

Andy showed up on time. The initial telephone contact went very well. Andy is an honest service provider. I told him what I had done to try to correct a low flame including buying a new regulator, checking for leaks, filling the propane tank, etc. He connected a new regulator with a new hose that he brought. The grill worked. He explained what the problem was, why the regulator I purchased did not work, and told me how to fix the problem in the future if it recurs. I recommend Andy and Q4U Outdoorz for anyone who wants to have a grill fixed
