Brandon inspected our house before we bought it, permanently exterminated rats, and has kept our home and yard cockroach, termite, rat and fire ant free for 13 years. Sovereign Pest Control
Sovereign Pest Control came out promptly. They found how and where the mice and rats were getting into my AC closet, place two bait stations outside my home and made suggestions on how to keep my pests from returning. I followed their advice for blocking the entrance way into my house and haven't found any evidence of any other intruders. We have found several dead mice and rats outside since then and my dogs find the ones I miss. I'm changing my pest control company when my next quarterly service is due

ABC came out and sealed 17 entry points to our house. Set traps and came back in two days. Caught roof rats and mice in the attic. Reset traps and check them again. Caught one more roof rat. Bulwark Exterminating-Austin
The tech was friendly, professional, and was even able to come early. Went thru the house and sprayed in all the areas that the roaches were trying to claim. He then sprayed all around the outside house perimeter. I don't know what the spray used was, but I liked that it had no odor and was not a danger to my dogs. After 2 weeks it's still killing any roaches that happen to get in. I will say that the rat control was just putting down glue traps in areas that the dogs couldn't get into and nothing came of that. Even though Bulwark bug exterminators will include rat extermination, they don't take it as far as companies that are only rodent exterminators. I've since called in another company that is strictly rodent/small mammal control. I would have no problem using Bulwark in the future for any bug problems that come up, but not for any rodent control

We'd been hearing noises in the attic for some time eventually caught one rat on our own with a cage. Apparently he had friends, though, because the noises continued. ABC gave us a quote for 1-time removal, and added the option of a "guarantee" which is actually an on-going service plan, to maintain a pest-free home. We added on bug control because we didn't have plan in place already and we have had an ongoing ant problem in one of our bathrooms. They use more earth-friendly bug control options than a lot of companies, which I am really happy about.When the technician came out, I was expecting him to take an hour closing up whatever holes the rats were getting in - but he ended up taking 3 full hours to seal the entire house. I don't think there was a single nook or cranny he didn't seal up. For rats, they use snap-traps, and while I'm generally a no-kill kind of person, I agree that with rats in the attic this is the best method. They set the traps in the attic and came back every other day to check them. There was some confusion one day, as we had told the office to have the tech enter the house through our garage and he didn't get the message from them, so he missed that day, but it wasn't a big deal. He actually never got any rats in the traps, and we have not heard a peep from the attic since the initial sealing!We now have them come every 2 months to spray the outside of the house for bugs. They come more often than other places because their products aren't as strong/toxic so it requires more applications, but I'm totally fine with that. Our "guarantee" that is in place covers everything we might find in the meantime - whether that's more animals in the attic, ants, wasps, whatever. They will even cover ant mounds out in the yard

Roof rats and mice in my house! Yuch!!! I interviewed several well-reviewed firms and selected Waterloo because they had the best price and because they could start that day. When you have rodents running about your bedroom at night keeping you awake, you want results quickly. Earnest got on the job right away with traps and closing holes. It took a while to find where the rats were getting in, but once this was found we were able to close it up and the rats vanished. These rats were nasty and were burrowing into our insulation. They were also big, so having a professional handle them was necessary

We were referred to Trutech by our existing exterminator because the do not perform removal or exclusion of rodents. Waylon is the tech that came out right away, was very professional, and explained to us thoroughly the cost. We were a bit skeptical at first having never had an experience of rat infestation. It seems like a lot of money and we thought it should be a simply removal. How wrong we were and Waylon earned every penny. You have no idea how quickly they get out of control and how much damage they can cause to you electrical wiring. We first noticed them and within 2 weeks we had a whole colony that caused another $500 damage by chewing through our electrical wiring. It took about 6 weeks to finally get all the rats out of our attic. Waylon came out several times a week to trap and check things until all was under control. He was very knowledgeable and professional. We would recommend this company to others. It's not cheap but it is worth it to prevent further damage

Bulwark provided excellent service; checked all areas in the house, inside cabinets, new plumbing access in kitchens and baths, attic, and all other access points; added materials to block insect access or advised on possible methods to block access; sprayed all around the house, set bait for mice and rats outside. We have not had a single insect in the house since then. We also received a follow-up call a few weeks later to determine if we had any follow-on problems and to confirm that we were satisfied with the service

Not being an expert in pest management I decided to hire a professional. Found A-Tex Pest Management on Angie's List and submitted online quote request. Erick called me in 15 minutes and same day afternoon appointment was set up for a free inspection. Door bell rung as promised. Erick inspected very thoroughly the damage and surrounding area and concluded that it was not caused by pest, just water and bad deck design. He gave me multiple pro tips about DIY pest management and sound deck design that can last :). No upsale! Great way to build trust and consumer network! Solid business practice for a long haul. Will consult/hire again when a need arises

Jeff Narum and his crew were great. Jeff was friendly, professional, and very informative on what they can and were going to do to resolve our problem. The team did a great job sealing up the house, attic, and garage to avoid further animal entries. Jeff even participated in a not so great prize at the end scavenger hunt in my garage due to a bad odor. After an hour, Jeff finally discovered a group of rats that had crawled into the back of my outside refrigerator and died. After a few trips checking the traps in the attic, it appears that there are no more rats and the fun scratching noises have stopped. Jeff completed the job with decontaminating and sanitizing the attic. Best of all there is a guarantee. The cost may have seemed high, but Jeff and the Omega company are worth it

Usually they will first ask us if we have any issues before they begin their treatment. Last time we had wasps problems then cockroaches on our porch. They placed the bay trap outside the house and backyard so that the cockroaches will not enter the house. The bill is going up $5 every year.

TERMINIX HAS BEEN A GREAT SERVICE PROVIDER. WE CALLED THEM INITIALLY WHEN WE HAD A PROBLEM WITH CARPENTER ANTS. THEY TREATED FOR THE PROBLEM AND WE SIGNED UP FOR THEIR QUARTERLY SERVICE. THEY HAVE COME OUT TO HELP WITH A MOUSE AND RAT PROBLEM AND TO TREAT FOR ANTS OVER AND ABOVE THE MONTHLY PLAN.

Had dust falling from the ceiling and landing along the baseboard of one wall. Technician came out and said it was carpenter ants. They sprayed the attic, injected chemical into the ceiling and sprayed the perimeter of the house and the trees. It did the trick. I have also used them for trapping mice at another house. They always come quickly and are very professional and friendly. Once you are a customer you seem to get preferential time on appointments
