Installation went well. The installer was pleasant and got right to work. It was clear that he had installed many ceiling fans before. He did a fine job and was done installing the fan in about forty minutes or so.

Found this company through yelp, they didn't have reviews there, so I looked them up on [Redacted], which was promising. I allowed them to do my partial remodel finish out, They installed (hung) the drywall, offered orange peel texture and painted it. They also passed my insulation inspection, and added a few duct lines to my new room. They were on time most days and stayed on the time line promised. Pretty happy with the overall work. Would happily use them again

Very prompt with estimate and arriving to start the work. Most of the work was performed in 1 day, but came back early the next day to finish up with caulking and install a small piece of rain gutter.

Chris was prompt, professional, personable and knowledgeable. The formal living room has a 14-1/2 ft. ceiling, so removing the ceiling fan and installing a chandelier was a challenge using a ladder, but he did it! The work was performed within the time frame estimated in the quote and the price was exactly as quoted. I was very happy with the work performed

The initial install was great. What really puts the icing on the cake was Casey's follow up. A year after he built the shower for us, we noticed some discoloration around the baseboard on the wall backing up to the shower. We called Casey out and it turned out that a pipe connected to the fixture had somehow cracked in its threads. Anyway, Casey cut out the wall, replaced the pipe, installed a new shower fixture and then did the drywall repair himself. Didn't charge us a penny. Simply amazing customer service and not a single grumble of complaint. The man stands behind his work, that's for sur

Rooms were completely remodeled from floor to ceiling. Kitchen ceiling was raised. All existing drywall was removed. New drywall was textured and painted. Attic was reinsulated above kitchen and dining room. New cabinets were installed. Floor and backsplash were installed with porcelain tile. New sink, garbage disposal, and quartz countertop was installed. Ceiling and under counter lighting was added. Pantry door and all wood molding was replaced. All plumbing and electrical work was included. Cabinets, tile, sink, and countertops were purchased separately from contract but for the amount of materials, time, and effort involved in the remodel, I'm very satisfied with the cost and result. Eric is very skilled, knowledgeable, helpful with many of my decisions with color and design. I would definitely use him in any future projects

Rawsko's Renovations

Both jobs went very well. We were lucky to have found Jon Wehr. Getting these 2 jobs done was high priority for us before considering other renovations. The first job was to remove an old broken garage door, frame in a wall with 5 windows, install insulation and drywall, float and texture. The second job was to reframe a walk-in closet by removing an interior corner and relocating the entry. This also required drywall installing , floating and texturing. Jon is a superb worker and takes real personal pride in what he does

Louis Huggins recently completed numerous tasks at our home. He: replaced mailbox post and installed house numbers; cleaned and painted lamppost; patched broken concrete; repaired and painted yard house door and wall; replaced every HVAC vent; replaced translucent plastic panels below fluorescent kitchen lights; repaired and painted bedroom, bathroom and family-room walls and "popcorn" ceilings; painted walls and shelves in pantry; replaced pull-down attic stairs; touched up stain on kitchen cabinets; painted edges of front porch to match bricks; power-washed siding and foundation on back of house; replaced weather stripping around utility room door; cleaned and repainted porch-light fixture; made and installed new trim molding in kitchen; disposed of old and excess paint. Based on the variety and quality of Louis’ work, I believe he deserves these adjectives: affable, accommodating, meticulous, innovative, resourceful, dependable, versatile, experienced, knowledgeable, and several other complimentary terms. The prices for his labor and materials seem reasonable. He has my highest recommendation

Levinson's Construction

I obtained four bids for my home repairs and luckily, I chose the mid-range bid from Levinson's Construction. They replaced and finished sheetrock and trim in three areas of my home due to water damage. In addition, Levinson's Construction replaced and finished my pantry door and installed two new upper cabinets in my laundry room. They also addressed four other minor carpentry issues to my satisfaction. Even though their bid was not the lowest bid, I chose them because of their excellent reviews on Angie's List and the confidence they exuded during the walk-through and explanation of the proposed repairs. The damaged sheetrock and trim was replaced and the orange peel and panda's foot texture techniques match my existing texture perfectly. The existing pantry door was removed and replaced with a new door. Their paint job was excellent and the damaged areas look better than new. Alex and Israel were the excellent repairmen and they were very careful of my property. April Levinson is the owner and supervisor. She helped me schedule and complete my repairs quickly and efficiently. Thanks to everyone involved for putting my broken home back together again

WILD WEST REMODELING

The new cabinet for the sink was perfect, including kickplate drawers I had spotted on a floor model at Home Depot. Love the cabinet. Electrical subcontractor and plumbing subcontractor did fine work. Where the project went downhill was the tiling. I had selected for the floor tiling to go in at an angle. Installer initially laid the tile straight. Contractor spotted error and had it corrected. Work was sloppy (spacing inconsistent). The tiling for the tub enclosure was non-traditional and I had provided the pattern via a drawing on draft paper. Once again, installer got it wrong. Contractor came over quickly and removed before it set. Next day the contractor was there to inform the installer and the installer quit. Days went by with no work. Finally installer returned and finished the job but did an even sloppier job. (For example, I had to chisle grout out of one of the soap plates.) I spent the next two weekends finishing up - sealing grout, sealing exterior of installed window, replacing tub faucet (a wrench had been used to tighen destroying exterior finish), etc. After seeing the obviously damaged faucet I just wanted them to be gone and didn't bother to point it out to the contractor. Things I was not able to fix are the scratches on the counter and cracked flanges for the shower curtain rod

I'm extremely happy with the work that was done. Grant and his crew did excellent work and I plan on using them again in the future. I had 2 rooms with major drywall damage. Both look like new again. They also installed cold air return ventilation for the furnace. Grant took extra care to make sure I was fully satisfied with the results. I appreciated the prompt communication and status updates throughout the work

Quality Handyman Services

I am very pleased with this service. Dave was great to work with and his crew are all competent and pleasant to work with. I initially wanted a vanity installed and some toilets installed. The vanity was an issue because the walls were warped and getting it in to fit was a challenge. They did a great job of fitting it in without damaging the cabinet and prepping all the cut-off valves for the new plumbing to be installed later. They removed two old toilets and installed two new hi-rise, low-flow toilets and they are great: no leaks and firmly seated. They also replaced two old track light systems with two new, contemporary LED fixtures. They repaired and replaced drywall, hauled away the old toilets, debris, etc. and cleaned the work site very thoroughly. I am very pleased with the interactions with Dave and his crew and the pricing and quality of their work. I am planning future work and intend to have them do it for me once the new materials and cabinets arrive. My dogs liked them all, as well, so that is a big bonus

The work began on a Tuesday and was finished by Friday, a day earlier than anticipated. I met Mark, the contractor and John, the carpenter, at my Mom's. They were early every day but one and that was due to having to go pick up supplies. They got the cabinets torn out the first day, prepped the walls and picked up the cabinets the second day. The ceiling repair drywall was done and the fan and switch installed. The third day the cabinets were installed. There was a glitch as far as a couple of the cabinets and how the range hood was to be re-installed due to trying to replace custom cabinets with off the shelf cabinets, but it was figured out quickly. The ceilng repair texture was applied and it so closely matched that no painting was needed and I couldn't tell the difference between the patch and the rest of the ceiling. The cabinets were painted Friday and the hood re-installed. John re-hung the bifold doors in my mother's closet for me at no charge

Project was a success! The work was started on time and completed within the time frame originally stated. Jeremy kept in touch throughout the process. My husband and I are very impressed with the work completed, it looks great. I am a very detailed person and he passed the test. Everyone that came through our door was extremely pleasant and did a great job of cleaning up at the end of every day. Until we noticed the progress in the bathroom, we wouldn't have known anyone was even in our home! His pricing was very competitive as well. We received many quotes, not one other company was as informative as Jeremy. Not to mention, he was the only one to actually get on the floor and look to see what our issues were. We are planning on having tile installed in various parts of our home in the near future, this time, I will skip all the quotes and just call Jeremy! Great job
The total job with the den ended up being much more complicated than expected; however, Legends did a tremendous job coordinating all the different contractors involved and getting the job done. Some contractors I have dealt with in the past just disappear when the job gets more involved; however Legends are very professional and I will recommend them to any friends or family members. Mark C
I was referred to Austin Hardi-Pros by a friend of my wife and I called asking about an estimate. The company president (Mr. Doug Rives) came over right away and we conducted a thorough walk-through around my house to assess the situation. Mr. Rives was VERY friendly and knowledgeable and he determined that only two sides of my house needed siding and that the other two sides could be painted to match the new siding/trim. He also suggested window replacement on the sides of the house where new siding was to be installed as my existing windows were old and not very energy efficient. He gave me an estimate of $13,125 to complete this work and based on my impression of him, I accepted his bid. The work began within a week of my selection of the siding/trim colors I wanted and once the new windows had arrived (around August 15th). A crew of 4 men performed the work about 3 days a week for the next two weeks (since I had several trees removed from my yard, I asked the crew to stay away for a couple of days the first week). The crew was very careful to not disrupt our home too much and was very meticulous in cleaning up. The work took a little longer than expected to complete as I continued to ask for additional items to be addressed as they arose, and the crew took care of them. Mr. Rives called to talk with me several times during the installation process and came over to the house many times to check on the progress and to answer any of my questions. There was a delay in acquiring the financing I was hoping for, but Austin Hardi-Pros worked out a deal with GE Capital for 12-months, no interest financing - just what I had requested. And best of all, I was not asked to pay for anything (except for ordering the replacement windows) until the financing was in place. I am very pleased with the responsiveness, attitude, and work quality provided by Austin Hardi-Pros and especially Mr. Rives - oh and by the way, my house looks really great
It didn't. THey kept telling us we would get scheduled. Week after week after week.Meanwhile our ceiling "patch" of wet ceiling continued to grow from the leak. We moved on. I guess they do a good job if they can ever get to you. We are moving on. THey couldn't even get us scheduled. WOnders of ANgies list- beware of the only roofing company with 400 A+ repairs- likely they won't have time for you. The office replies to our inquiry about when we would get scheduled were curt and not entirely professional- perhaps from being tired and overworked. **Update/Reply to Company- (June 1, 2015) I received an email Saturday that Monday we'd be scheduled. Monday we were scheduled for the crew to come out on Tuesday, at 2pm. In answer to Mr. Gavin's reply, he erroneously indicated 14 days ago when in fact it was 5/13. I posted the review on May 30th. 17 days. And the ceiling panel is starting to detach from the weight of the leak. I look forward to getting this taken care of. I will update this based on the quality/timeliness of work, given weather constraints going forward. Update/Reply to Company- (June 8, 2015) It turns out it was a chimney cap that needed to be replaced. Great work and detailed explanation provided by their repair technician. I did not indicate a review on price as I have not gotten the total cost of the repair. Under the contract, we are having a 2nd leg of work being performed to replace the ceiling panel inside and potentially address mold as warranted. Update/Reply to Company-(June 24, 2015) I gave them A on quality of work and professionalism. They were quick, succinct and good workers. The estimate process was somewhat suspect- They looked at the damage internally on initial visit, and then from the yard examined the roof for signs of damage. Due to the rain they weren't able to get up on the roof. They provided an estimate of $1,995 to fix the roof, plus $660 from the external repair service to get them in to fix the interior ceiling panel. I went up on the roof with the roofers when they came to do the repair and they pointed out that the cause of the leak was a simple hole in the chimney cap which needed to be replaced. They indicated there was no problem with the rest of the roof structure and no further work was required. When I spoke to the principal contractor, I informed them that all they did was replace a chimney cap. I also confirmed the typical cost of this work by calling a chimney service company in the area who advised that this type of repair would cost $550. That said, Clear Choice Roofing did reduce the overall roof repair invoice from $1,995 to $1,695. Bottom line, if you go with them, you will get good work done, but make sure they get on your roof and provide a complete assessment before locking you in with an estimate that exceeds the cost of the repair. I will update this review with future news if a leak in the same area occurs again
In the bedroom, the broken sheet rock was replaced and re-textured. New insulation was also installed. In the hallway, the sheet rock was not damaged but just needed to be screwed back up securely, floated, and re-textured. A small area in bathroom where the floor was sagging was repaired. This included repair to the hardie board. Cameron was very thorough and repairs look great
Yamil was great! He worked carefully and did a great job. I thought his estimate was low and I was fine with paying him more and I thought the quality of his work warranted an extra 100. Great guy with very high standards! I will hire him again, for sure!
The contractor mainly looked in my attic and came up with what I thought was a very expensive fix to increase my insulation. They did replace the weather stripping around my door. I thought they would have adjusted my doors and locks and would add a better quality weather stripping. In the end, the weather stripping they provided did little or nothing to seal our leaks. The real reason for coming was to sell me an expensive attic insulation upgrade
Dave and his team are always my go to people whenever it comes to painting my rental houses. I have a number of them and I will always call him in to do a whole house interior paint job. If I ever needed my exterior house painted I would probably call him as well. He came in and painted my entire house and did a wonderful job patching up all the holes and dings that previous tenants had left and made it look good as new. I often times have trouble locating the holes because the wall looks like a new wall altogether :-) I am always very pleased whenever he comes through to help me with any of my rentals. Always call Dave, you will never regret it
It was great. Brad was super responsive and always available. His guy, Mel, was always on time and got right to work. Both very nice and professional. Very happy with our new kitchen.
We did an eco remodel on our small, original 1958 kitchen. LMG spent the time to go to the store we chose for our eco products and price them for the contract. They called and emailed during the contract period to discuss the various items being written into the contract. An ecologic remodel was very important to us. LMG understood this and worked with us to do it this way, including learning about and using products they had not used before. We wrote our own subcontractor into the budget for a specific product and in spite of some issues with our sub, I do think it was important to have an expert in the product install it. We used our old cabinet boxes and LMG made new doors with non-formaldehyde plywood. The had to add wood strips along the edge of each cabinet to hold the new doors onto our old ones. This is not noticeable at all. LMG also made new drawers for the kitchen. The no voc primer and paint was sprayed on the inside and outside. Tile was set as a countertop edge. The back splash is stainless steel with a pressed metal pattern. A new window and additional lighting was installed, as well as an under the counter pull out trash can, and new flooring. The ceiling was a mess and it was beautifully redone. The new appliances were installed. The entire time start to finish was about 3 weeks. LMG arrived at 7:30 and if we needed to talk to the lead person we would usually do it then when he arrived to line out the work for the day. To keep confusion down we always spoke to the lead person, not directly to the subcontractor or workers on site. The kitchen is beautiful and the experience was as painless as possible. LMG kept the hubbub in the house to a minimum and they were typically gone when we arrived. They were available by email and phone when we needed to contact them. We LOVE our kitchen now. Budget The original budget was $13,000. We added on painting the inside of the cabinets and it was $13,500 when we signed the contract. We bought our own appliances, dishwasher, venting microwave, gas wall oven, and countertop stove and LMG installed them. After the contract was signed it went up an additional 1,995 because of having to replace some plumbing elements etc. I wasn't surprised by this as this was the original kitchen. Between the appliances and the additionals we spent $2,005 not in the contract. We were refunded anything we did not spend that was written into the contract
True A+ work! Tyler came out and fixed the damages caused by a busted water pipe in a very timely manor and was able to make alterations that improved the accessibility of the area that was damaged. We will definitely be using him again for additional work!
Michael was very responsive and asked great questions when he was doing a quote. His team was always on time and worked fast. Only minor items were missing after the first stage which were promptly corrected.

Luis and his team did a fantastic job on our drywall repair project. We replaced can lights with a chandelier in the dining room and they installed the patch, matched the texture perfectly and painted the patch so you cannot even see it was patched. I would definitely hire Luis again!
