Austin Mosquito Control

Mosquito Authority is a summer life saver! We signed up in March and didn't have another mosquito in the yard ALL SUMMER LONG. The guys are punctual and very polite. I never had a second thought about them being there when I was at work. I have recommended them to everyone who will listen. We're already signed up for this summer, and for life as far as I'm concerned!

Very professional, nice, prompt, and not at all pushy with trying to get us to buy a monthly pest control plan. The mosquito treatment itself didn't last very long, but I don't think that necessarily reflects on the company. If I had pest control needs again, I would probably use them.

Very well. Tim Oggier explained to me some options for mosquito and chigger control for the spring plus what he was planning to do on this visit. He is very friendly and trustworthy.

Much better, but mosquitoes still present after treatment. Company is always easy to work with. Good communication. Have used them for various pest control issues with good results.

Everything was very professional from scheduling through the treatment. The technician arrived on time and took time to explain what the treatment would accomplish for us and made sure we understood all safety aspects of the treatment. I would certainly recommend the company and would use them again for pest control.

They came out last July and the service went fine. We did get the mosquitoes back pretty quickly, we did have a lot of rain at that time so that's why. I thought it was a little overprice for a deal. I found a deal seeing after that one that was much cheaper that didn't seem to vary. They were professional and they came out and did the work on time but we got the mosquitoes back pretty quickly. I don't know if that's because of the stuff that they use or if it's just because of the rains. I probably would not go with them again.

We have used Bella before and have been satisfied for the most part even though I think their eco-friendly pest control might wear off quicker than other services. We received the same professional, responsive and punctual service as before but the pest control treatment seemed to work about 1-2 weeks and even started to see a couple bugs around the foundation after about a week which usually is not the case at all. My real issue was with the mosquito treatment that did very little to control the mosquitoes. Generally, the pest control treatment tends to limit the mosquitoes and gnats to a certain extent but during the spring months I figured it made sense to add mosquito treatment too and it did little to control the problem. I had them comeback out 2-3 weeks later to re-spray and they blamed it on the rainy weather and standing water on the side of the yard. Granted, there was a small puddle in the side yard from a storm the day before. However, I found this to simply be an excuse as we had little to no precipitation in the first two weeks after the initial treatment and well before the torrential rainfall we had in mid/late May. I understand the product is not going to work miracles but my disappointment was well before all the recent rainfall and felt like it was being used as an excuse. If the products are not going to work sufficiently with a small bit of rain then it might be time to find a new product or treatment offering during the spring months. I would use and still recommend Bella but I will consider other vendors in the future now too.

They were okay. I don't know if the mosquito stuff really worked. They came out to re-treat. They were pretty quick.

They're willing to come out between quarterly sprayings, too. They're great at everything except mosquitoes (it's just a grass spray that doesn't seem to do it). Other than that they've very professional, easy to schedule, very responsive, and their treatments are effective. They also helped with a mouse problem.

They were awesome. They were very prompt. They answered my request via e-mail and set it all up within the same day that I had purchased the big deal. I think they were there if not within the next day, it was the day after. So, they were really good. I just paid the price of the big deal. They did not charge me anything extra. I would recommend them. They were also courteous. They left me a note on my door to tell me about different things in my yard that were good and bad as far as homes for mosquitoes. It was great.
