The electrician, Steve, was prompt, and I had used his ABC services a year before to install two ceiling fans. I had marked the ceiling where I wanted the new lighting fixture to be located, and Steve's laser measurements confirmed that I was almost perfectly on the centered spot. He moved the wiring in the attic, installed a new box, hung the new chandelier at just the right height. I was pleased and would definitely call on ABC Home & Commercial Services again in the future

The electrician was knowledgeable and showed me several sub-code issues before he installed the devices. Everything has worked beautifully since the installation. The only tiny issue I had was the cleanup after the work. The boxes and filling were left strewn all over the place. However, cleanup was a small price to pay for the excellent work

Jeff called to ask if he could arrive earlier. When he arrived he put the chandelier up quick and efficiently. Took a look at the bathroom fixture and did a minor adjustment so light would work. The scheduler called promptly and was very polite and efficient. I described my light hanging project and suggested that perhaps 2 people would be required. She allowed me to talk to John the installer who asked me to send pictures so that he could assess the job. That was a good idea. My only complaint was that nobody informed me I would pay double the cost if the second person came along. I was a bit surprised at the size of the bill after the light was installed. It may be a fair price but I was not expecting it

It went very smoothly, and the AC is working better than it ever has before. Now that the evaporator is installed correctly, it will not cost an arm and a leg to do regular maintenance. The original installer, Casa Mechanical, had installed the evaporator upside down and backwards, making it impossible to reach the access port or any of the working parts. Casa refused to fix the installation and instead I paid Precision to do a complete re-install

I was referred to Austin Hardi-Pros by a friend of my wife and I called asking about an estimate. The company president (Mr. Doug Rives) came over right away and we conducted a thorough walk-through around my house to assess the situation. Mr. Rives was VERY friendly and knowledgeable and he determined that only two sides of my house needed siding and that the other two sides could be painted to match the new siding/trim. He also suggested window replacement on the sides of the house where new siding was to be installed as my existing windows were old and not very energy efficient. He gave me an estimate of $13,125 to complete this work and based on my impression of him, I accepted his bid. The work began within a week of my selection of the siding/trim colors I wanted and once the new windows had arrived (around August 15th). A crew of 4 men performed the work about 3 days a week for the next two weeks (since I had several trees removed from my yard, I asked the crew to stay away for a couple of days the first week). The crew was very careful to not disrupt our home too much and was very meticulous in cleaning up. The work took a little longer than expected to complete as I continued to ask for additional items to be addressed as they arose, and the crew took care of them. Mr. Rives called to talk with me several times during the installation process and came over to the house many times to check on the progress and to answer any of my questions. There was a delay in acquiring the financing I was hoping for, but Austin Hardi-Pros worked out a deal with GE Capital for 12-months, no interest financing - just what I had requested. And best of all, I was not asked to pay for anything (except for ordering the replacement windows) until the financing was in place. I am very pleased with the responsiveness, attitude, and work quality provided by Austin Hardi-Pros and especially Mr. Rives - oh and by the way, my house looks really great

Great. I would recommend them highly. The whole team is reliable and pleasant to work with. They are meticulous in completing the work. The bid is made on a line item basis and as the work progresses and sometimes changes, they simply remove or add any items at cost. There are no "change order" extra charges. My bathroom is beautiful and I would definitely call them to do any future bathroom remodeling in my home

I worked with 512 Solar to install a Level 2 EV Charger in my home. They provided an incredibly seamless and professional experience throughout the process! I went with them initially because they were the only company who could provide an upfront estimate (after receiving some basic home info, like photos of the breaker and install location) without having to schedule a consult or service call. Since this is becoming a more common job (the City offers a rebate for it), it felt like a no duh moment, and I’m so glad I did. Everything from the organization of the project to the actual install itself was so incredibly easy and well within a good price range. Everything was communicated extremely well and I never felt out of the loop about what was going on or what was needed from my end. If you’re looking to have an electric vehicle charger installed, definitely use their services! Thanks so much

We can’t say enough good things about IES Texas Solar! We wanted to take advantage of the solar tax rebate program and spent time getting quotes from many solar companies which resulted in a lot of unclear information. However, Kristen stood out as an extremely patient Solar Consultant immediately and took the time to answer all of our questions about calculation, layout, installation, and explain every step of the quote and process to us. We never felt like we were being persuaded to buy more than we needed, in fact when we suggested adding more panels Kristen explained why it wasn’t beneficial for us based on the exchange rate with our local electric company. Kristen was really honest with us in setting expectations throughout the whole process. The crew who installed the panels were also very friendly and professional. Roy, their electrician, was super knowledgeable and was always available to answer my questions when he was here working. Dan, the manager, also played an important part in our overall customer experience. Aside from the great people at IES, one of the main reasons we chose them over other big names was that they have been around for decades and are Central Texas based, including their customer service team. Overall, we had a great experience with IES and we highly recommend them

I hired Danny to replace an old recessed light in my living room with a small chandelier and everything went very smoothly. Danny provided the receipt for the electrical box he needed to purchase for the conversion and even with that, the total cost of the project was $67 less than another electrician had quoted me and the quality of his work was just as good. I would like to add that in addition to being courteous, efficient, and accommodating, Danny works very cleanly, which is a big deal for me. He either removed his shoes or used booties (I can't recall which, but it was appreciated), put a cloth beneath the area where he would be working AND he meticulously cleaned up all the fingerprints on the light fixture after he was done with the installation. I plan to use Danny's services again when I replace the light fixtures on the second floor of my condo

It was scorching hot outside and our AC went out. We immediately called Petrocelli Services and they sent out a professional Technician to diagnose. It turned out we needed a new AC unit after 16 years. The staff was considerate of cost, time and made it extremely easy for me to understand the next steps. The open line of communication was amazing and kept me involved and provided me with detailed order form. Staff also played a huge roll in educating us on maintenance when caring for our new product. I will definitely call them again and refer them to my friends and family

I contacted Dunman to install replacement lighting fixtures I'd purchased, as I'd used them a few years ago to replace a faulty hardwired smoke detector. Becky scheduled my appointment for Wednesday afternoon at 1pm. By 1:30, nobody had shown up, so I called and left a message. Becky promptly returned my call, and let me know that Craig had another job that was going longer than expected. I let her know that if he wasn't able to make it by 3pm, that I'd have to reschedule. She said that if I had to reschedule, they'd give me a discount on the services for the inconvenience. I wound up having to reschedule, but Becky was very courteous and professional throughout, and she was able to fit me in on Friday morning. Both Becky and the technician called me on Friday morning to let me know that they were on their way. The crew showed up around 9:30, and quickly went to work installing the fixtures. The fixtures were imported, so the wiring was apparently a bit different than domestic fixtures, but they were able to figure it out and got the fixtures installed with no problem. They also swept up the area where they'd been working and even boxed up the old fixtures and put them up in my attic for me. Excellent service and another great experience with Dunman Electric

I was impressed with this company's punctuality, expertise, and efficiency. The only reason for the "B" in professionalism is that I wish I had been told about certain charges. The rep. offered to run to Lowe's for supplies I needed. I expected to be charged the hourly rate, but I was also charged a commission on the products purchased. Not a big deal, but it would have been nice to know. I also forgot to use my Angie's list discount! Don't make my mistake - the service was done well and promptly, but it wasn't cheap. I was charged from the time I got a call indicating the rep. was leaving the store to the time he left my house. Despite my concerns, I would use this company again.
