Recent Review: Can't say enough about the service we received. We initially contacted the Marietta office this Sunday and were contacted by the next day, which happened to be Memorial Day. An appointment was scheduled for the following day. The team onsite were extremely courteous and knowledgeable. They quickly identified the problem and walked us through our options. Once we agreed on how to move forward, they quickly got to work, staying past normal hours to complete the job. They kept us informed of their progress the whole time. Once they finished, they cleaned up, replaced the dirt and left us with good advice on how we can keep the septic tank working well. They have quickly become our go-to septic guys!

Recent Review: They came out on short notice Sunday night. Dug to septic tank, which was overfull. They got us up and running that night until they could bring a truck out to clean out septic tank. They fit us in the following day to pump out the septic tank. In addition, they flushed out the pipes to remove the accumulated debris. It was discovered my line did not have an outside cleanout, so they installed one of those as well. While testing, they tested the ejection pump in the basement and found it did not appear to be pumping as it should, so they pulled the pump, finding it clogged. They cleaned that up as well. All the time, they were very friendly and explained what was going on and answered all my questions, which I always want to know exactly what's going on, and they were very patient with my questions. I will definitely call them again when I need plumbing work, hopefully not for years when I need my tank pumped again though!

Recent Review: A friend referred me to Apollo Plumbing. I called and he gave me a price, day and time he would be there. He showed up on time and finished the job in a relatively short amount of time. I paid him a fair price, then submitted the bill to the water company and received a credit!!! Great service!

Recent Review: I needed to have the tank pumped and cleaned as part of the recommended maintenance. I was concerned about being "ripped off" and being charged additional fees or being told I would need additional work on the system. I researched the various companies doing septic work in the area. I selected this company based on the ratings and information provided via the website. When I scheduled the service I spoke with the owner who provided some additional information that was straightforward. On the day of the service the technicians arrived on time, actually a little early and they called before they arrived. I had requested that they dig up the soil by hand rather than with a tractor, which they did. The technicians were polite, professional and knowledgeable. They explained what they were doing and why. There was no attempt to sell me anything. I was pleased with the response and scheduling, the technicians who performed the work, replacing the dirt back over the covers (clean up), and the price was as quoted, there were no hidden charges. They left a clean work area. I was very pleased and will use them again, as well as recommend them to my neighbors.

Recent Review: The overall experience went extremely well. When scheduling the service, the customer service representative told the customer what the septic tank pump would cost. The technicians, Chad and David called when they were in route to my home. They arrived on-time, quickly located the septic tank and dug the area for pumping and removed the lid. The technician inspected and began pumping the septic tank. The customer was told the septic tank was in good shape and nothing additional was needed. The customer was pleased and satisfied the technicians did not try to offer or sell me additional products or services that were not needed. The original price was $375 but customer received $25.00 pumping services Angie's List Members discount.
