Best Price Custom Cabinets
Everything went very smoothly, and we love the result. They were very clear, though, that they are not a design team; you tell them what you want, you purchase plumbing fixtures, tile, and paint, and they bring it all together. The total cost for the bath re-do was closer to $9,000 when you include our purchases. They were the most pleasant and diligent contractors I think I have ever had.

I acted as my own general contractor on this project, but Ron from West Georgia was very helpful giving advice as the project went along. I ordered Wellborn cabinets from them with silent-close drawers - a high quality product. Ron had a great idea for a different kind of cabinet over the toilet too. I returned a tile warming system that I had bought at Lowes when Ron showed me the superiority of their system. He allowed me to take a huge plumbing supply catalog home that we picked our fixtures from. I know this company does remodeling too. While I didn't use them to do the actual installation, their products are high quality and their design ideas are awesome.

The day I called the company they set up an appointment for the next day, in which they came out and looked at the work. I was given a guaranteed price in writing and signed the contract. They did the work and when it was completed, they did a walk through with me to make sure I was satisfied. Then I called the office with a credit card and it was done. The office staff was kind and courteous and very professional. They sent me the contract by email. The handyman was uniformed and friendly. He did excellent work and even did a few extra things for free. I will definitely use and recommend again.

The plumber from RS Andrews showed up right on time and was super friendly. The faucet in my tub was leaking and he was able to quickly resolve the problem. Although a simple problem, the noise of the dripping faucet was annoying and slowly wasting water. I am so happy he was able to fix it! Also, their selection of fixtures was extensive and I love the look of the one I chose. The plumber identified and addressed a few other leaks in other plumbing fixtures during the house call. Once again, the reliable service that I have come to expect from RS Andrews was provided. Glad I have them on my speed dial!

BUNNY'S CONTRACTING
Bunny was great and easy to get a hold of in the beginning. But, although giving a reasonable bid to do the work, we wound up spending an extra $1000 on parts and supplies that weren't included in the original estimate. As far as the work was concerned, I am extremely displeased with how everything turned out. I expressed concern about the floor tile (small mosaic ceramic tiles) as he put them in b/c the tiles looked crooked and uneven but he assured me it'd turn out fine with the grout. It did not. The tile now is wavy and uneven and the grout was done sloppily, such that there are places where it's not even filled in. In the shower, although the tile is straight, again lots of uneven/unfilled grouting. The new plumbing fixtures in the tub were also put in crooked and caulked poorly. In the end, the bathroom was left completely dirty and all supplies were left behind. Bunny had since been unreachable, although I have called many times. I would not recommend his services.

Nick arrived at his appointed time. We described the concerns we had with two bath drains, two toilets, and replacing faucets and controls for the tub and sink in one bath. He estimated all the work we wanted, made several suggestions and we agreed to do some of the work now and the rest later. He pointed out the regulator and recommended it be replaced due to its age. He said the regulators have a life of five to ten years and failure could cause major problems with all the plumbing fixtures. He performed all the work and cleaned up the work area.

Renee called the day before to remind me of the appointment and confirm the time they would arrive They arrived on time, spent time understanding the issues I was experiencing with the various plumbing fixtures, and developed a gameplan with how to troubleshoot and address each one before getting to work to address them all. Thoughout the process they did a great job communicating what they were doing and spent time educating me on each fix and future maintenance ideas. Excellent beyond my expectations! I contacted Majestic Plumbing and Electric in August 2017 as I was the general contractor for my bathroom remodel and needed both plumbing and electrical experts for advice. The entire project took until 8 November. This included all plumbing and electric from upgrading to meet current codes to final installation of plumbing fixtures. Ben Stickney (plumbing) and Jess Sams (electric) were always on time and courteous. The plumbing fixtures installation included a 300 lb caste iron tub in a tight space and custom work for the floating vanity.
