Recent Review: The entire project was a screaming success! Amy was wonderful to work with on all aspects of the design - everything from the initial consultation to the final touches. She was very consultative while giving us freedom to make decisions we felt strongly about and the finished product is something we will enjoy with our family for decades to come. Jesse and the demo/construction crews were fabulous as well - always punctual, always polite, kept the job site clean and were very accommodating of our crazy life with two work-from-home adults, two toddlers and all the chaos that creates with a kitchen remodel going on. They responded quickly to concerns, even after the job was technically complete, handled the inevitable hiccups with professionalism and concern to get the job done right. While I do think the price may have been a bit on the high side, the outcome was worth every penny.

Recent Review: I can't say enough good things about Kevin and his outstanding crew. Kevin worked with me due to our ever changing weather. Always emailing me, etc. So how did it go? Kevin came on Friday and pressure washed the house, concrete and deck. What an amazing job and no damage to my lawn or shrubs. He was very careful and detailed. When he returned the next week to replace the rotted wood, rebuild the deck rails and replace warped boards, paint and seal the deck, I expected this to be a week long job. There was quite a bit of work. I came home the first day of actual start of the job and Kevin and his crew had almost finished everything! My jaw dropped. These guys busted thier butts all day. By day two he was finished! I waited a while to write this just to make sure all work stood up. I am very pleased to say his work is outstanding! If you want quality, with attention to detail and a very fair price, Kevin is your man. I will use him when I need my house painted outside or inside in the future.

Recent Review: This was maybe the 3rd or 4th time Mateo's Painting performed work for us. This time, we had to have our Brazilian Hardwood deck stairs replaced. We used a company familiar with this type of wood to remove and rebuild the stairs, and add a little extra decking at the bottom of the stairs. So we now have new decking meeting old decking. Mateo's team came out to remove all of the outdoor furniture and pressure wash the old deck and privacy fence. The deck would need to dry for at least 48 hours, which isn't easy during GA winter. After a few weeks of waiting for a big break in the rain, Mateo's team showed up and did a phenomenal job staining the old section of decking, and sealing the new decking. Note that it was the recommendation of the deck builder to use a stain on the old deck and a seal only on the new. Once the stain and seal had dried, it was obvious that the color match was off. Not the fault of Mateo's team, but the direction provided by the builder. I suggested to Mateo that we stain the new deck area to match during next years sealing, and he offered to stain it to match now vs having to wait and have a deck and stairs that don't match through summer. Again, these are the things I really appreciate at Miguel and Mateo's Painting. They not only do great work, they do the extra's that just make you happy. On this round of work, we also had Mateo's team paint a small bathroom, install a towel and toilet paper holder, a light fixture, (2) AC vent cover replacements, and (2) restroom fans as well as patching a 16" square area of drywall in our dining room and repainting the entire ceiling. As always, the drywall repair was flawless!! Perfect! Not sure if you have every noticed with these types of patches, they are usually very noticeable. Not with Mateo's team. I honestly can not tell that patchwork has been performed in that room. The bathroom looks great and we are so happy to have a nice little bathroom for our guests to use.

Recent Review: Manuel and his helpers did an outstanding job; we had started a week earlier and then had to postpone a week due to rain which messed up the stain from their initial days work. When they returned they re-did work as necessary and completed the job to perfection. They worked neatly, left the job site just as they found it, did everything we requested of them and were so precise in their staining of the areas without messing up any of the adjacent house that it was amazing. We would highly recommend Jason and his employees.

He goes above and beyond to ensure you are completely satisfied with the work. He is very responsive and takes pride in his work (which absolutely shows in the finished product). His attention to detail is incredible and his prices are extremely fair. The job he performed was an extensive one yet he completed the work in such a timely manner (and kept me up to date the entire time). I have never been so satisfied with work done on my house.
