Recent Review: Kyle spent extra time with the mildewed porch railing and it looks good, although it identified some trim paint I need to do. This is the age of the paint and not Kyle's doing. The deck in back is in shade and did not dry quickly enough for it to be sealed on the same day. I expressed concern about the inbound hurricane messing up next week's weather, and the very next day Marcos returned to seal the deck. He did a splendid job. I paid more than the original offer because of the size of my decks. It was well worth it and I would hire Blue Monkey again.

Recent Review: They are awesome. Was a big job they completed over two days. They pressure washed drive way, house, back patio, pavers around pool and pool coping. They cleaned all exterior windows and cleaned debris in all gutters. Scott and his team were on time and were so thorough. They are my go to guys everytime.

Recent Review: They were able to come out within 24 hours to provide us with a detailed written quote. The quote was comparable to our others. We liked their quick response and thorough assessment of our project. We felt like they took a little more time explaining details to us than others we called out. Once we signed the contract we were pressure washed a couple days later and work began. We had some difficulty deciding on our color but our estimator helped show us the differences between different color samples and how they are affected by light and shadows. The color came out great, my wife was happy. :) The crew was very polite, worked hard and cleaned up each day. The job took about a week. We did a walk through with our estimator and the crew at completion. We found a few touchups and they took care of them. We paid with credit card to get our points. This was another reason why we chose APAC, some companies we called out didn't accept credit cards.

Recent Review: If anyone is looking for a phenomenal pressure washer you should absolutely call Lucas Management, LLC (678-316-4768). Tyrone just finished our driveway/walkways and I had no idea they could look this white and clean! Sadly pictures do not do his work justice, our neighbors tree casts a large shadow on our images, but the difference is staggering in person. There were water stains on our 15 year old driveway that I thought were something I’d just have to embrace with an older home. However, Tyrone made our driveway and walkways look like new…maybe better since I don’t remember them ever being this white. Truly a hard and thoughtful worker, I highly recommend him! He kept us informed all along the process, telling us exactly when he was going to arrive and being punctual (something I never experienced on a job we didn’t need to be home for, but greatly appreciated). Meanwhile, his attention to detail will be hard to find with any other company, our curbs at the street even sparkle! Thank you Tyrone, we love your work and greatly appreciate you!

Recent Review: Was very impressed. Elias gave me a quote over the phone. He arrived to find that the specific project was much less than anticipated and offered either more service or less cost. I elected to have him clean the front steps/walk and he did a great job. I asked that he try to wash the house trim. Although he was unable to clean the trim, he took great pains to protect our garden. Would definitely recommend him to others.
