Well the first issue wasn't so bad but I had an appointment one day, they never did come. They never did call to say they weren't going to make it until l I began inquire, which was late in the evening. So that prohibited me from doing things I wanted to do. They finally called to say they would reschedule. They didn't call when they said they would but they did finally call to reschedule. When the tech came out he just started doing things. He did not check with my wife to find out what it was he was supposed to be doing. She had to stop him and directed him to the area we needed to have seeded and aerated. He finally went around to that area and she gave him instructions. She asked the technician to let her know how much of an area he could cover for the price we had paid for. Well he finished doing his area, that she had directed him to but he never stopped and then he left. He never checked with her to say ?We are done" or "this is the additional area we did" if any, or anything like that. I just thought it was really unprofessional the way they went about it. The last conversation I had with them, because I did fill out the survey afterwards, with comments so they called me. I told them the concerns and she said she would have the guy, technician call my wife to let her know. To my knowledge, my wife has never mentioned that he called her and the time I did ask she said no he had not called her.
