They honored 2 coupons on Angie's List. Tech, Charlie was personable & professional, and did a good job replacing toilets seamlessly. First appointment, was a "no show", however Atlantis offered further discount as a result, so that was great customer service.

They cancelled first appt because of a bigger job. They charged 200 to install a brand new toilet that was already in place when I told them it was too much money so the worker called his boss and took off 20 I did not think that negotiating was very professional

WORK QUALITY WAS VERY GOOD. PLUMBER AND HELPER WERE PUNCTUAL, FRIENDLY, AND CLEANED UP AFTER JOB. ONLY PROBLEM WAS PLUMBER BROKE THE CERAMIC COVER TO THE NEW TOILET. DIDN'T OFFER TO REPLACE OR ADJUST COST. HOMEOWNER HAD TO HAGGLE A BIT TO RECOVER THE $32 REPLACEMENT COST OF A NEW TOILET COVER. PLUMBER SHOULD HAVE OFFERED UP FRONT TO REMEDY AN HONEST ACCIDENT.

Steve was here on time to give me an estimate on tiling my bathroom. I thought it was a fair price and contracted with him to remove old tile and carpet, remove and replace toilet and install new tile. We bought the tile and grout and G&E installed it, cleaned up and sealed the tile. The job was done in 1 day and 2 days later the sealer was applied. I'm very pleased with the outcome.

Overall it was a good experience. I purchased the deal quite a few months ago, and Water Savers was good about staying in touch knowing that I needed to complete some remodeling before installing the new toilet. The new toilet seems to be good quality, and the plumber who did the install was courteous and easy to communicate with. Upon installing the new toilet he observed a problem with the height of the flange. He explained the issue and how he would attempt to work around it. Sure enough a few days after installing the new toilet there was a leak from underneath the toilet. However, with regards to the purchase and installation of the new toilet, i was very satisfied...and the fact that they alerted me to the problem with the flange lessened the blow when it eventually began to leak.

Jason from Atlantis Plumbing came out to remove and haul away my old toilet, and install my new replacement toilet. He was very prompt, courteous, and professional. He went about his work with no unnecessary fanfare. Jason did all the work I'd agreed on with the customer service rep when I first called Atlantis Plumbing, and at the price agreed upon - with no "extras" or surprises. He completed the work in a timely manner, leaving the work area clean and as he found it. I'm very satisfied with the job he did and my overall experience with Atlantic Plumbing. The pricing for the job was competitive, as I'd called several companies for quotes. I went with Atlantis Plumbing because of the highly favorable reviews on Angie's List. I would definitely use them again.

Ron fit us in to his packed schedule and immediately responded to our emergency call about a leaking toilet, and his assessment was swift, accurate, and the least invasive to our bathroom. The reason for the leak was the inadequacy of our original plumbing, not due to any problem from his prior toilet installation. We had already ordered another new toilet from 24/7 which was scheduled for installation the following week to replace a constantly running toilet in another bathroom, and Ron looked at that toilet, too. He replaced the "flusher" so that we would be able to use the toilet and not have it constantly running while we waited for the new toilet to arrive and be installed. Ron is the owner of 24/7 and he likes to take care of all his Angie's List customers personally. I know this sounds funny to observe about a plumber who comes to your home briefly, but Ron is a great guy--a loving family man with a great philosophy about what is important in life--honesty, having fun cooking for your family and enjoying your wife and kids (he has many), shopping wisely and well, kindness toward others and making your word your bond. Oh, he's also a fine plumber with loads of experience.

Replaced toilet and tuned up another. They were helpful, fast and professional! Will recommend and use again!

Removed the two old toilets and installed two new toilets. Did a great job, both toilets are working well. I will be calling with more projects in the future. Thanks Rafael and Marshall Plumbing!

Anatoli was very professional and responsive! He even offered to hall away old toilet and did free inspection on other toilets and even tested water pressure at no additional cost!!!
