It started out very well. Bill came out and gave me several quotes for work to be done. I was happy with the price and agreed to move forward with several projects. Spencer and Mitch came out, and installed the railing around my sun porch. They did this quickly, and I was very happy with the end result. They came back and installed a railing up my staircase, and at the top of the stairs as well. Again I was very happy with the end result. We then agreed that Bill would send someone else out to repair, pressure wash, and paint the ceiling, trim around sun porch, as well as front entry. The last I heard from Bill was via e-mail to let me know that his crew would be there Tuesday morning to get started. Tuesday morning came and went without anyone showing up. There was no phone call, text, or e-mail from Bill. Two weeks passed, and still no word from Bill. Against my own convictions, I called and left him a message, asking him what was going on. Approximately two weeks later I get an e-mail from him saying been tied up, what work do you still need done, please advise. At this point I had decided I was done with him. I felt if he could not give me the courtesy of a phone call, I would find someone else to do the work. I moved on and found a father son team that have been doing a lot of work for me over the past couple of months. I still needed some other things done, and decided to swallow my pride, and give Bill another chance. This was based on the work that Spencer had done, and I felt he would be perfect for what I still needed done. I got in touch with Bill, and we agreed Spencer would be perfect for the job, we also agreed Bill would come out Sat. afternoon to give me a quote. Bill did not show up, nor did he give me the courtesy of a call, text, or e-mail. today is Wednesday, still no word. If I could call Spencer directly, and have him come out to do the work, I would be very happy to do so. Unfortunately, I have to go thru Bill who as of today I can honestly say is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever come across in this industry. What's really frustrating about this situation, is when asked would you use this company again, all I can say is I tried.
