Treatment cost: $79/visit I personally found that mosquitoes would be abundant around the front of the house where flowers existed. Unfortunately, those are the areas not sprayed but the areas you spend the most time gardening and maintaining your yard. I also found that there were fewer mosquitoes when the treatment is done every 21 days, instead of monthly. Recommendation: Try different mosquito treatment companies to see which best meets your needs. Or, you may find that because of the amount of blossoms on your bushes and frequency of blooms, you may not be a great candidate for this type of service.

Purchased a coupon for their service from LivingSocial.com for $89. I had looked into mosquito treatments and had some quotes but they wanted >$120/treatment and you had to do it from April through October ... just too much money to commit to. So when I saw the coupon I thought "what the heck, I'll give it a try." The service tech arrived right on time and promptly put the insecticide treatment in the creek behind my house and along the ground. In addition, he used a backpack blower to spray a mist on all the trees & shrubs where the mosquitos rest during the day. He was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Very polite & professional. I have not had a mosquito bite since the day he treated and it is great to enjoy our backyard again.

Before using Mosquito Authority we had used another service and still had some mosquitoes. We have used Mosquito Joe of Decatur for a mosquito barrier spraying program. We have a large yard and in the past mosquitos caused quite a problem with being outdoors. Mosquito Joe comes out every three weeks during mosquito season to spray for mosquitos and we have not had a problem since. The company has a guarantee and on one occasion when we saw a few mosquitos, the company was very responsive and re-sprayed. We appreciate that there is no contract and the options are customizable, so that we can get an all-natural option if requested. We also appreciate that this is owned by a local veteran. The company is very easy to work with. Highly recommended.

They came out promptly and sprayed, when mosquitos started coming back I called and they came back. Very few mosquitos now.
