The service turned out fine. They did the service promptly and they did a great job as the job was pretty difficult. They had to go into the attic and replace a coil and it was very hot at that point. The price they gave was the best estimate we received and we have had no problems since the installation. They cleaned up after themselves as well.

Very quick response directly from Angie's List. Svc call to cfm system couldn't be repaired for reasonable amount (less than a cheap replacement). Quoted a new Unit with NO pressure. We chose Reliable not only for price but for professionalism, knowledge, and ease of working with them. We have a roof mount pkg which required a crane for installation, yet Reliable handled everything easily, efficiently, and promptly. Everyone from the contacts at their offices to the installers were so friendly and helpful! Terrell and Garrett, you guys are wonderful! Even though I haven't yet gotten my Svc chg credit (hint, hint, Jason!), yes, I'd recommend Reliable for any heating and air project. We had a mess here, and they've take care of everything.

They came within a couple of hours each time, and even though it was an emergency type situation, they did not charger us any emergency fees. They were friendly, and the receptionist was friendy. It went fantastic. I called mid-morning in the middle of July for an issue with the a/c not working and the fan constantly running. I was able to get a confirmed appointment for the next day but also went on the standby list for that day. I did not really expect to get anywhere on the standby list since is was peak season. But, to my delight, I received a call at 4:00 pm that a tech was available and on the way. Awesome! Kris, the tech, identified the issue within 5 minutes (a part he had on the truck) and was already aware of my warranty coverage. He replaced the part and checked everything else in less than 30 minutes. He was personable, professional, patiently answered my questions and shared his knowledge with me. It was very obvious to me that both Casteel and Kris were highly motivated to make sure I had a great customer service experience and I did. Awesome job Casteel and Kris! Thank you.

I RECEIVED ESTIMATES FROM 4 COMPANIES FOR A HEAT PUMP INSTALL IN OUR BASEMENT. MONCRIEF HAD HIGHER PRICES, BUT THEY ALSO HAD THE BEST QUALITY UNIT (TRANE) AND THEY HANDLE ALL OF THE ELECTRICAL HOOKUPS. FOR THE OTHER COMPANIES I WOULD HAVE HAD TO HIRE AN ELECTRICIAN TO SUPPLY THAT. OVERALL THAT MADE THEIR PRICES COMPETITIVE. ADD IN SOME DISCOUNTS I FOUND ON THEIR WEBSITE FOR A NEW UNIT AND FOR PAYING WHEN FINISHED (INSTEAD OF FINANCING), IT HELPED DROP THE PRICE TO WHERE THEY WERE THE BEST CHOICE OVERALL.

Comfort Zone Heating and Cooling exceeded our expectations. When our heat pump stopped working we called three different companies for estimates. We chose Comfort Zone because of their customer service and price. They were very prompt at responding to our calls and emails. While another company's quote was about the same as Comfort Zone, Comfort Zone's heat pump came with a 12 year parts and labor warranty. We were impressed with everyone we dealt with during this process. The receptionist, technician, and installation team were all very professional and efficient. We will absolutely use them for all of our future heating and cooling needs.

Recent Review: Better than expected. Phil was the only contractor that responded AND came to my house on the same day that I called all the other contractors. He provided me the potential problem for my heat pump issues on the phone that eventually was confirmed during his initial visit and then during disassembly of the old duct system. He was very helpful in providing me additional savings and existing tax credits for the Attic Breeze vent system installed including for the heat pump providing me with the forms. Swift service done on a short time from initial call to complete installation (less than 1 week and completed installation in 7 hours). Recent Review: Im very satisfied with Vital Air's service. Making the appointment was quick and easy. They provide a lot of information beforehand about who is coming to your house which is always nice. Eddie was prompt in arriving after the notification was sent and he did a great job answering questions and performing the work. He completed the Tune Up that I originally purchased, he also fixed the heat pump problem by correctly reprogramming the controller. Lastly, he added some freon since it was a little low. Once the service was complete he sent a nice summary with all the work done with comments and pictures included.

Recent Review: It didn't cost me anything for them to come and do all of the air ducts because I bought a heat pump from them and the ducts were not compatible with it, so they re-did the ducts for free. I really like them; they were helpful and came right out after the heat pump to do the ducts. I didn't have to wait a long time. They have excellent customer service and were professional.

Jeff was knowledgeable, prompt, reasonably priced and easy to work with. He came, he saw, he fixed. We communicated by telephone and email.
