Visionaire interfaced well with tenants in the property and was respectful of their time. They were very responsive on the phone and in person.

Recent Review: So excited to have new efficient windows! CRSI (Matt McCurdy) was so patient with us (as we do not make fast decisions)! He actually came back to help answer more of our questions and took us through the entire process. The crew was amazing too. They worked so hard and were miticulous with their work and yet completed replacing over 25 windows in one day. And the followup has been great too. We're actually picking out new shutters now for them to install. Before windows, we had to use 2 space heaters in the kitchen. After new windows, no more space heaters!

Recent Review: We just replaced the windows in our home and I’m extremely happy with how they turned out. After talking to 3 different companies we decided to go with Apex. I’d never heard of the company but I read an article about them in Entrepreneur Magazine and was impressed with their business model. Our salesperson was extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful, expedient and on time. It was easy going through the various window options and he clearly laid out the steps in the process as well as timeframe. On install day, the crew arrived on time and did a fantastic job. They clearly communicated what they were going to do and how long it would take. They did a good job of answering my questions and after the install, they showed us how to operate all the windows. Lastly, they cleaned everything up superbly. It was as if they had never been there. Most importantly, the windows look and work great. We’ve already noticed increased energy efficiency. We have Nest thermostats in the house and their data back up that observation. Another huge benefit is that the windows do a great job insulating the house from outside noise. I work out of the house and with our previous windows, I would have to take calls in the closet during lawnmower activity or driveway basketball games. No more. Those hired to install have been very efficient. If anything needs fixed or adjusted, Green View quickly sends a technician here to fix the problem.

Recent Review: Installers arrived on a Friday morning and promptly began by removing our living room picture window. In a matter of four to five hours, they had our new bay window installed.

Recent Review: The job went extremely well. The installers worked non stop to make sure all was complete at a reasonable time. The only problem they had was one of the windows was miss measured by two of Andersen employees. But they made it good by putting trim up so you could not tell that it was not measured correctly. And it happened to one of the bay windows.

Recent Review: Made an appointment for an estimate and Jim showed up on time, demonstrated the sample window, and answered all my questions. Felt very comfortable, no pressure. Of the three estimates I got they were in the middle price wise and didn't charge some of the fees the other two wanted to charge. Also, they didn't advertise their product at a low price and then tell you about a bunch of add-on you need in order to bring it up to code. The total estimate for my home was $3500, which is steep for someone just getting over the economic down turn. So I called Jim and asked if I could do them 3 at a time. He said no problem and I placed my order for the windows. A day or two later one of the installers called and we set up a time for him to come measure. He showed up on time, measured, and my order was sent. It took a months for the windows to come and the other installer, they have 2 with over 40 years of combined experience, called to set up a time to install my windows. The second installer showed up, a little late because of traffic and he called to let me know, and installed the windows. It took about 5 or 6 hours and he left making sure to clean up after himself. I love the look of my new windows and can't wait to get the rest done. They are a no pressure, professional company that I highly recommend.

Recent Review: Great. The person who gave us the quote was a little goofy, but was pleasant and adequately knowledgable. No high pressure to sign a contract same day for a discounted price like another company we got a quote from. All prices clearly layer out on a sheet as opposed to the person giving the quote clacking on his computer for a while then coming up with a total quote without a price breakdown for individual items. The windows took about 3.5 weeks from the time of order to come in and window world was able to schedule installation soon after on a day that fit our schedule. The windows all went in on 1 day and the garage doors on another. The price was very reasonable and much cheaper than other places we looked at and we don't feel that the quality of the vinyl windows with the energy efficient bells and whistles was of any less quality. Plus we totally love our new bay window. With the money we saved from choosing window world for the rest of the windows, we splurged on the custom bay and the new garage carriage doors for the same price the other companies wanted for the windows alone.

Recent Review: What a great experience with Pinnacle. Pablo and Rafael did a fantastic job of removing 40 year old windows and replacing with new Okna windows and a Provia front door. Very detailed and hard workers (from 8 AM to 7 PM). In the middle of their work I requested cladding on a bay window to match the new beautiful trim. They were very accommodating, as was Nancy on giving me a new estimate. The very poor company hired this summer to replace some rotted siding put trim over old trim on my bay window. Pablo and Rafael removed all to do the job right. Cannot tell you how impressed I am with Pinnacle and their attention to their customers. Thank you so much Pablo and Rafael!

Recent Review: Great work! Gurdon's team is very professional. They are very honest and do really beautiful work. They are also flexible and take great care to give you exactly what you've asked for with good attention to detail. The materials are of excellent quality. The new flooring is pretty. New cabinets and granite. All new electrical and all new plumbing. Our bay window looks gorgeous and the kitchen is lovely. It is so much more open and bright now. Updated and fresh - we are very happy with the outcome.
