Lauren and Stephanie handled my calls in the office and got John Hutchins out to me within the week of my call (week of May 19th). On the day of service, the company sent me a profile with a picture of Mr. Hutchins Mr. Hutchins arrived just moments before the quoted 10a-2pm window started. At 10 am, he was inside, investigating the needs, and making a diagnosis. Mr. Hutching replaced a 3-handle tub/shower faucet, cutting through drywall, around a difficult work space. At our request, Mr. Hutchins prepared quotes for future work. I researched the quotes and found them to be on par with or better than other Angie's providers; so, I am having them (hopefully Mr. Hutchins) back out to do at least some of that work. The work looked nice when he finished and we have better shower performance than when we bought the home 22 years ago.
