041i started my discussion with your floors in nov/dec 2013 to price the flooring on a new home we are building. they priced my project and were very willing to receive my material and store it at their facility until my home was ready for installation. they priced and repriced the project with the changes we made each time providing me 50% of their discount if I pay the entire cost of the material before delivery. now at the end of march, 6 weeks before installation they indicate that they can no longer honor their quote/invoice and the i should expect to pay for all the material upfront but not expect to receive the discount we agreed to. at that point i severed all contractual agreement with them joe comis

I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. I sent a message on Tuesday night, and first thing Wednesday morning Corey was calling me to set up a consultation. Thursday morning John was at my condo with samples and knowledge, and he was able to provide me with a quote before he left. He gave me good advice on underlayment and flooring materials, and the custom t-molds the crew installed match the flooring in the hallway perfectly. I would recommend this company to anyone.

They forgot to include the cost of removing the old flooring in the original quote but they were very reasonable when they requoted. They arrived as scheduled and installed the hardwood floor in one day just as promised. The floors look great! Excellent installation work. I am very impressed with the Bamboo flooring they provided that came with a 50 year warranty. Will use them again if I ever need to in the future.

Super Service Award Recent Review: Concept Flooring took up the old flooring and installed new laminate floors. They did the labor only but did pick up the flooring where we had purchased it and also disposed of the old floor. They did a great job and we would hire them again.
Recent Review: David and Ramon were absolutely fantastic to work with. They made it a point to do everything they could to please us! Each day they left the sight, they left it clean and tidy. They put up dust barriers so nothing else in the house got disturbed. We picked high end finishes and the job could not have been trusted to better people. The finished product is simply gorgeous!! It has been three years and to this day there has literally NOT been ONE DAY that goes by when I don't look at my bathroom with total awe, I SIMPLY LOVE THE JOB THEY DID! Thank you David and Ramon! Super Service Award Recent Review: From start to finish, everything went smoothly. Bruno Bertolli and his brother came to my house to give me an estimate. I originally wanted cork or bamboo, but after a lengthy discussion I decided on laminate and staining of existing hardwoods. We were on vacation while the work was done. My mother was the local contact. She had a lot of questions, and Bruno answered every one, always returning her call promptly. I also asked a lot of questions via e-mail and always got a prompt response. The workers were extremely courteous to my mother and followed the schedule Bruno provided in an e-mail. My floors were in really bad shape, and the crew had to do a lot of sanding. I chose a light stain with a matte finish. The results are beautiful. In the kitchen, the laminate looks great. They left me some additional laminate in case I damage the floor and need to make replacements. When they were finished, they moved the furniture back into the rooms. Although their price seemed high, I now think it was appropriate for the considerable time and labor involved. This job could have been a huge hassle because we were on vacation, but it was totally hassle-free. Only after we returned did Bruno tell me my fridge had a leak and he called a plumber to fix it.
Recent Review: Danny was great. The price includes our sub floor being replaced with plywood. The dining, living room and hallway had to be replaced. There was water damaged and the floor was basically crumbling. Now we have a solid floor and beautiful hardwood flooring. Would recommend Danny to anybody interested in hardwood flooring.
