I was talking to one of my coworkers about how I would need to be off work the next day because I had find someone to come and look at our AC the next day and he turned me on to Barron's. Turns out a bunch of people in the office all trusted their systems to Barron's. Anyway, I gave them a call that afternoon and explained the situation. We have kids and they are home for the summer and the house was sweltering. They said they would arrange for someone to be there that evening. I couldn't believe it! I was even more stunned when the owner showed up to look at my units. Turns out we had critters and they had chewed through the thermostat wire. The owner crawled all through the attic, found the break, managed to run new wire without having to damage any walls and get the system up and running. While he was there, he check all the filters, showed me how to change them and got everything running really well. I totally understand why almost everyone in my office is a Barron's customer! In talking to some of my coworkers the next day, it turns out that this is par for the course.
