Recent Review: Gerado and his crew are excellent. We used them on a large re-model on an investment property and Gerado was the only contractor out of 5 that I did not have to chase down to actually get me the bid. He was there when he said he would be and he gave me the estimate before he left. That went a long way in our decision making process. He was also very friendly and professional. It was also great that he has contacts for other jobs that came up when we needed it done. The crew that he used Adam and the guys were very professional and friendly as well and understood exactly what I was needing or wanting when they were addressed. Our job was pretty large with twists and turns but Gerado was able to address everything when I needed it done and his guys worked when I needed them to. They also left everything very clean. I have referred them to several of my friends and business partners already and will use them on my next investment property.

Recent Review: We selected Adam Dutton because he seemed to have the best grasp of what needed to be done to solve the water problems that had rotted both an exterior and interior portion of our house. We didn't know what to expect when siding was removed to reveal unseen damage. After seeing the hidden damage, Adam clearly explained what had to be done and offered us a very fair price for this repair. His crews were very capable, polite, and well supervised. Work was completed even before the completion date he had calculated and we were very pleased by the results. I would definatelly hire him again and recommend him to my friends.

Recent Review: Greenlee repiped our whole house. Repiped the house in one day and patched the drywall the second day. We are completely satisfied with the job. We have used Greenlee the past several years to repair/replace toilets and kitchen/bathroom fixtures and replace the PRV. Based on our previous experiences we used Greenlee again. All the employees are polite and courteous. All the floors were covered. The drywall repairs are excellent. The visible piping in our garage is much neater than the original installation. All are concerned that the job is satisfactory. All concerns, problems are addressed quickly and resolved quickly.

Recent Review: This was maybe the 3rd or 4th time Mateo's Painting performed work for us. This time, we had to have our Brazilian Hardwood deck stairs replaced. We used a company familiar with this type of wood to remove and rebuild the stairs, and add a little extra decking at the bottom of the stairs. So we now have new decking meeting old decking. Mateo's team came out to remove all of the outdoor furniture and pressure wash the old deck and privacy fence. The deck would need to dry for at least 48 hours, which isn't easy during GA winter. After a few weeks of waiting for a big break in the rain, Mateo's team showed up and did a phenomenal job staining the old section of decking, and sealing the new decking. Note that it was the recommendation of the deck builder to use a stain on the old deck and a seal only on the new. Once the stain and seal had dried, it was obvious that the color match was off. Not the fault of Mateo's team, but the direction provided by the builder. I suggested to Mateo that we stain the new deck area to match during next years sealing, and he offered to stain it to match now vs having to wait and have a deck and stairs that don't match through summer. Again, these are the things I really appreciate at Miguel and Mateo's Painting. They not only do great work, they do the extra's that just make you happy. On this round of work, we also had Mateo's team paint a small bathroom, install a towel and toilet paper holder, a light fixture, (2) AC vent cover replacements, and (2) restroom fans as well as patching a 16" square area of drywall in our dining room and repainting the entire ceiling. As always, the drywall repair was flawless!! Perfect! Not sure if you have every noticed with these types of patches, they are usually very noticeable. Not with Mateo's team. I honestly can not tell that patchwork has been performed in that room. The bathroom looks great and we are so happy to have a nice little bathroom for our guests to use.

Recent Review: My wife and I bought a new house that had polybutylene plumbing that we wanted out. We called about 5 different plumbing outfits and Atlantis was who we ended up going with. Jackie, Barry, and Brandon came out to do the work. They protected our floors and cleaned up every day. We permitted the job and Jackie knew everything the inspector would look for and inspection passed without a hitch. Installation was very clean and professional. JC was their guy who covered the walls back up and patched the drywall, sanded, and painted. Looks great, can't even tell they were there. Would 100% recommend Atlantis. Great people to work with.

Recent Review: Eddie and his crew were excellent, accommodating and extremely easy to work with. The entire interior of my home needed to be repainted. Not only did they do a superb job painting, their preparation was phenomenal. Without asking, they recommended (and did not up-charge) smoothing all areas of drywall where any minor imperfections were. The crew painted a 2700 sq. ft. home in five days, which included the preparation time. Another day was spent on painting the large front deck, doors, and installing the handlesets. The team was respectful of the other contractors working on other parts of the remodel, and covered all cabinetry and hardware to minimize paint spillage. Eddie was very accommodating with any changes I asked for, which were minimal. He worked within my budget, and even went above and beyond it. I would highly recommend Eddie and his team for any interior and exterior painting needs.

Recent Review: This was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. I was not looking forward to doing this renovation but it went so smoothly. All work was done promptly, people arrived and left when promised, the house was clean after they left and everyone was polite and considerate. Recent Review: The work was incredible. The entire project took about 1 week from start to finish. They were very professional and polite. Tom at Tile Everything made sure that I was informed and aware of what was going on and what the project timeline looked like. We contracted them to replace the shower in our Master suite. They exceeded our every expectation. When we do a complete upgrade we will be using Tile Everything to do the work. These guys were great! Thanks Tom.

Recent Review: Fil and his team are outstanding. They are the consummate professionals. We had the old tile removed, wall board replaced, and new backsplash installed. The company removing and replacing the counter top had multiple problems that caused multiple scheduling changes over a 2 week period. Fil was great about working with us to minimize downtime. The job they did was perfect. They show up when they promise, finish when they promise, and charge a fair price. They are true gentleman and look after your home as if it was their own. I will always use Rocca for any future projects.
