Recent Review: Where do I start? Brandon has been so gracious and very professional with us!!!! We initially called him out for an estimate around the beginning of August 2016. He came out, evaluated the property and gave us an estimate right there on the spot! (other providers took at least a week to respond to us) Brandon wrote out his proposal, gave us ideas, shared a catalog of different materials that he could use etc... we were very satisfied with his proposal. Unfortunately, at that time, we chose to go with another company who promised to use a different type of landscaping material called reddi rock (which is heavy duty prefabricated concrete that is used to build highways and commerical properties). To say the least... that turned out to be a three week nightmare and we ended up calling Brandon out again for a second time. This time our yard was in total disarray from the previous contractor. Brandon felt our pain, empathized with us and even gave us a break on his initial price because of the horrible experience we had endured at the hands of the other person. I cannot express myself enough to ANYONE reading this!!! How happy I am with his team! They worked tirelessly, meticulously and diligently making repairs to the yard, erecting the retaining wall, pouring concrete, leveling and mulching our yard. It looks immaculate! He called us everyday, asked us if there was anything we needed to revise, he was available and responsive. I would refer him over and over again!

Recent Review: I was impressed with their pre-sale communication and the work they did was astounding. The new patio does add a bit of bling to our backyard. The ONLY issue I have is that about two years afterwards, some of the finish appeared to be flaking. It wasn't the concrete but the dye used in the stamping process. Hemma called to do a follow up, and I mentioned the flaking. They promised to send someone out to look at it, but I never heard back. I called again and asked for a status, and they never replied. I don't know why they dropped the ball. The flaking has not continued, and it's only in a few spots. So the otherwise dark brown concrete appears light tan in a few spots. I just wish I knew what was going on and whether or not it could be easily corrected. I would likely use them again, but that item would come up during the discussions, and I would expect an answer before moving forward.

When water penetrates the concrete and the freeze/thaw cycle occurs, the result will be flaking and decay of the concrete drive. Recent Review: Due to Covid and teleworking full-time (1 yr+), I decided it was time to make my home more peaceful and a sanctuary. American Landscaping Company (ALC) did an outstanding job; they were fair, listened to what I wanted and what would (and would not) work in my yard and responded to all my questions immediately! Ruben, Hugo and their team (it was nice to see a woman as part of the team) were professional, respectful of me, my time and my home. To ensure that I would have no drainage issues, grass would grow and that I could appreciate and enjoy the beautiful outdoors, ALC installed two catch basins and down spouts that went from my backyard to the street, added sod and an irrigation system (in my front, back and side yards), installed a beautiful dry creek bed, a gorgeous retaining wall and huge stamped and sealed concrete patio, and finally planted trees to give me privacy from my neighbors. Recent Review: In one day, Driveways R Us changed the water flow direction, extended our water spout and ran it under the little sidewalk that ran from driveway to patio and gave us a new, flat patio. Next time it rained we literally stood in the ran with smiles on our face as we watched the water re-direct away from the house. Now I sit on that patio every weekend. Contractor and workmen were pleasant. Good job!

Recent Review: We called on a Tuesday and by Thursday Ramos Concrete Construction was building the patio on our backyard. We selected to stain the concrete to get it to look more like stone and it looks wonderful. Excellent quality and price! This patio will do double duty as a basketball court and the kids are super happy with it.
